- Elisa (9/5): Ryokan incantevole - Un’esperienza unica in un posto immerso nella natura, personale super gentile e disponibile. Non ci immaginavamo che la vista dalla camera sarebbe stata così bella. Un’oasi di relax con onsen separati per uomini e donne, aperti dalle 6:00 alle 23:00. Prezzo “altino”, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena. Personalmente il cibo non era nei nostri gusti, ma fa parte dell’esperienza. Posizione un po’ scomoda raggiungibile solamente con i taxi dalla stazione (la mattina mettono però a disposizione una navetta gratuita con un solo orario).

Pulizia impeccabile, eperienza completa data da tanti, troppi elementi: "giardino" bellissimo e suggestivo che affaccia dalla grandissima vetrata della stanza, tatami, futon, fornitura di yukata(tipologia di abito tradizionale). Impreziosiscono ulteriormente il tutto cena e colazione davvero perfette, super curate al dettaglio anche nel servizio e l'onsen, tempio di pace e relax. Sono solo un ragazzo e normalmente non mi cimento in esperienze che mi sembrano troppo cerimoniali e formali, ma questa vale ogni centesimo.

- ClaudiaOG (9/5): Experiencia japonesa increíble - Experiencia japonesa al máximo, comidas tradicionales, habitaciones, el personal no puede ser más servicial, yukatas para estar en el hotel, si quieres vivir como un japonés de hace 100 años no te lo pierdas Hay que saber a lo que vas, la comida incluida incluye mucho pescado crudo y sabores y texturas que para los occidentales pueden ser difíciles, no hay ducha en la habitación pero si un onsen. Dormir en un futón puede encantarte o dejarte la espalda ko. La experiencia es magnífica pero es importante ir con mente abierta y respetar su cultura.

- Federica (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno immerso nella cultura giapponese - La struttura era in mezzo alla natura a kanazawa e offre una navetta la mattina per andare alla stazione più vicina e prendere un treno diretto per la stazione di kanazawa. Onsen bellissimo separato maschi e femmine e possibilità di entrare con tatuaggi. Letti con futon stile giapponese tradizionale. Servizio molto attento Colazione tradizionale kaiseki un po troppo difficile per me, diciamo che non soggiornerei più di una notte. Diciamo che l’esperienza 100% giocapoonese però è anche uno dei motivi per cui soggiorni in un posto così.

- Nicolas (10/5): A wonderful odyssey back in time - This was one of my dream experiences while visiting Japan, so I decided to splurge a little to get the real deal. And Motoyu Ishiya delivered thankfully! The staff was exceptional, the breakfast and dinner were unlike anything I've have before in my life and everything was exceptional quality wise and a real treat for my taste buds. Received a warm welcome by the staff, with a quick tour of the premises. Then was shown to my room, which was as expected. The garden view from my room, was a little less than I what had hoped for, but at the same time, the time of the year wouldn't allow for the garden gazing experience on a porch anyway because it was too cold outside anyway. The futon was very comfortable to sleep on and the room itself was great too. But there's several public areas where you can enjoy the inner garden on the premises which delivered my expectations. The staff spoke very good english and was helpful throughout my stay. The onsen area was amazing, my first onsen experience was beyond expectations. I loved it. Due budget restrictions I only had a single night for myself, but I noticed when joining my family again the day after that I felt like I woke up from a dream, which told me all I needed to know. It was exceptional. Thank you for having me, and taking good care of me. It felt like a privilege to stay in your accommodation.

Potrai rilassarti nel meraviglioso Onsen presente nella struttura. Per cena e colazione potrai gustare i piatti tradizionali tipici del Giappone. Il personale è gentilissimo e si prende veramente cura degli ospiti. Cena Kaiseki ottima, colazione molto abbondante ma alla giapponese che per noi italiani abituati a caffè e brioche non è il massimo. Esperienza all'onsen molto interessante. Sorpresa finale, il mattino dopo ci hanno fornito la navetta gratuita fino alla stazione del treno di Morimoto.

- Daniele (10/5): Esperienza unica da provare almeno una volta nella vita! - Ryokan stupendo, personale cordialissimo, onsen giapponesi spettacolari. Il vero plus rappresenta la cena e la colazione tradizionale (anche se salata con pesce e per noi italiani è dura). Consiglistissimo Niente. Posto distante 3 km dalla stazione di Morimoto ma uno prende un taxi con 1600 yen.

- Sophie (10/5): Un trésor de ryokan. A faire une fois dans sa vie ! - Une petite gemme que ce ryokan : on a été sous le charme tout le long du séjour. Un de nos meilleurs souvenirs de voyage au Japon. Foncez les yeux fermés ! - dîner: excellent c’était incroyable chaque bouchée était un voyage d’émerveillement ; très copieux attention à bien avoir faim le soir (18:30 ou 19:00) - Très grande gentillesse des gens et ce malgré un anglais approximatif on s’est bien entendu et compris - Traditionnelle ambiance des lieux qui nous transportent à l’époque des shoguns - Ōnsen incroyable et malgré un ryokan plein on était deux fois 30 min seules dans ce bel espace de soins. - très froid le matin au réveil on a vite rallumé les radiateurs qui sont bien efficaces - aucun ascenseur et bcp d’escaliers : on a laissé les valises ds la voiture et pris juste le nécessaire - localisation en campagne avec un calme incroyable mais forcément loin de tout. Il y a un bus ou le taxi et la majorité des gens sont venus en taxi ou voiture. 20 min de Kanazawa
- lucariillo (10/5): Posto meraviglioso - Il Motoyu Ishiya è davvero un Ryokan. Molto tradizionale e con un giardino spettacolare. L'onsen ha un'acqua molto particolare e un ambiente fantastico. Cena e Colazione hanno superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative, tutto ottimo. Servizio perfetto per ogni evenienza. Non riesco a trovare difetti alla struttura. Unica pecca potrebbe essere il fatto che non tutto lo staff parli inglese ma comunque cercano sempre di soddisfare le richieste del cliente.

- María (6/5): - Es una experiencia dormir en un hotel tan tradicional y ver cómo sería un Ryokan de esa característica en la época. Todo el personal es súper amable y se hacen entender. El onsen está bien para ser antiguo. Si coges la opción de cena y desayuno, has de saber que el desayuno no es nada como conocemos en occidente, está bien de calidad pero no es lo que esperaba de desayuno. El alojamiento es un hotel MUY ANTIGUO. Las fotos no hacen justicia al 100% está más viejo de lo que parece, y huele a viejo. Está un poco apartado, pero si vas en coche está bien.

- Pietro (10/5): Tutto splendido - Posto incantevole, personale gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Cena e colazione tipiche molto buone (colazione salata). Onsen bello e rilassante, diviso maschi e femmine. Struttura ottima per vivere una vera esperienza giapponese in tutto e per tutto. I bagni un po’ datati ma niente di cui lamentarsi.

- Carlos (10/5): Desconexión en los Alpes japoneses - El personal ultra servicial, amables y acogedores. El spa onsen un concepto nuevo para mí como europeo que te permite cambiar radicalmente el concepto de intimidad y hace que puedas desconectar de forma tradicional japonesa. A pesar de que el chef es un gran cocinero y los ingredientes eran de calidad, no estábamos acostumbrados al clásico desayuno japonés a base de pescado y marisco… como mejora para el alojamiento que es genial y volvería sin duda, recomendaría que no incluyeran el desayuno en el precio de la habitación y que lo hicieran opcional.

- debora (10/5): A lifetime experience - One of the most beautiful experiences I've had here in Japan and that I recommend everyone to do once in a life time. The price might be a little expensive but totally worth it. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you will feel like home. The staff is incredible, they are amazing, so attentive. You will enjoy the typical room, wearing typical clothes, the onsen (tattoo friendly), and the amazing typical dinner and breakfast (it could be a Michelin star). The atmosphere is magical. In the morning they also provide for transportation from the ryokan to the station, but in case you miss it, the taxi is not more than 8 euro. Nothing.

- Martina (10/5): - La struttura è splendida, in mezzo alla natura e in classico stile giapponese. La nostra camera aveva una meravigliosa vista sul giardino. Lo staff che ci ha seguito è forse il ricordo più bello che ci porteremo a casa, in particolare una signora simpaticissima e davvero disponibile che ci ha seguito per tutto il nostro soggiorno. La cena e la colazione deliziose completano l'esperienza - la colazione è in stile giapponese con piatti salati, quindi non la classica occidentale. L'area onsen è molto rilassante, con vetrate che si affacciano sulla vegetazione e l'acqua molto particolare color ambra. L'onsen è accessibile anche a persone con tatuaggi. L'alloggio ha superato le nostre aspettative ed è un'esperienza che porteremo con noi per sempre! Il bagno in camera non era ben riscaldato quindi faceva un po' freddo.

- Bruno (10/5): Experiência perfeita - O ambiente envolvente, parecia que tínhamos recuado no tempo. O cuidado e simpatia do staff. A preparação e qualidade das refeições criadas pelo Chef Yuuki Enomoto. O onsen é revitalizador. É um pouco longe do centro de Kanazawa mas é facilmente gerível apanhando um comboio para a estação de Morimoto e um táxi desde aí até ao hotel. O alojamento também oferece um shuttle de manhã até esta estação. Não deixem que a distância vos impeça de ir a este sítio, vale muito a pena.

- Angel (8/5): Historic building with excellent hospitality, food and facility style was not my taste. - The hospitality was wonderful and the room style and Onsen was an iconic experience. Kanazawa is known for its fresh seafood so it made sense that the food menu leaned that way, but I don’t like raw food or fish so the neither the dinner or breakfast was a value for me.
- Kyle (9/5): I'd recommend this ryokan to any foreigner who's looking for a real ryokan that isn't too polished. - As someone who doesn't speak Japanese, even though they didn't speak much English, they did an amazing job at accommodating. And they very welcoming to foreigners. The onsen does allow tattoos! Nothing to complain about, there wasn't any super big wow-factor, but I don't have any dislikes to speak of. It was a really good stay, and fairly good value I'd say.

- Anna (10/5): - Difficile trovare un difetto per questa struttura! L'alloggio è antico e rappresenta un pezzo di cultura giapponese. É stata un'esperienza che ci ha permesso di immergerci nella cultura e nella tradizione. La camera è molto accogliente e lo staff molto premuroso nel prepararla. Anche la cena e la colazione sono state impeccabili. Forse l'unico svantaggio è la posizione, in quanto è necessaria una macchina per raggiungerla. Ma mi auguro che chi prenota questa struttura ne sia consapevole.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo tipico, cena e colazione abbondanti, serviti nella sala affacciata sul palco teatrale centenario della struttura.
