• Joanne (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were excellent — always friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices and fresh food every morning. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. If possible, a tall wall mirror would fit beautifully in the room.

• Sara (6/5): Location great but a bit run down. - Location! Broken fixtures. Loud streets in the evening. Sound from closing doors in the corridors in the evenings.
• Miroslav (8/5): Příjemný hotel za dobrou cenu s dobrou dostupností u Termini Station. - Skvěle umístěný hotel blízko Termini Station, dobré spojení, po všech památkách se dá dojít i pěšky. Snídaně formou švédského stolu byla dobrá a dostačující, průběžně doplňováno. Velmi milý personál, na recepci byl stále někdo k zastižení. Všude čisto a uklizeno. Ulice docela rušná, ale za to hotel nemůže. Bohužel když nefunguje klimatizace, je potřeba okno na ulici otevřít. Pokoj i postel pro dva nejsou příliš prostorné, ve sprchovém koutě se sotva otočíte. Vybavení už něco pamatuje :-)

Personnel agréable et emplacement pratique à côté de la gare et - Bon emplacement, personnels agréables Chambres qui donnent sur la rue très très bruyantes nous avons demandés à changer pour etre dans une chambre qui donne sur la rue. Chambres vieilles avec quelques moisissures sur les tours de fenêtres.

• Katona (10/5): - Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése a közlekedés és a látnivalók szempontjából. Tisztaság volt, minden nap takarítottak, ágyneműt, törölközőt cseréltek. Bőséges, változatos reggelit adtak. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt.

On entendais tout se qui se passait dans les chambres voisines et dans les couloirs. Système de fermeture des portes très bruyant. Impossible de se reposer. Nous étions réveillés très tôt le matin et dans la nuit par les couches tard. Douche très étroite et glissante. Sèche cheveux pas puissant. La réception n’a pas pu m’en procurer un autre. Linge douteux certains jours. La vue de la chambre donnait sur une court intérieure minable.

La ubicación genial para llegar desde el aeropuerto y volver. La habitación es pequeña y con muy poco armario. El baño enano. El desayuno correcto pero muy flojo en cuanto a variedad. Entra mucha luz en la habitación. Si te gusta dormir a oscuras lleva antifaz. Se oyen todos los ruidos. Te deja. Tapones en la habitación.

• Ana Luísa (5/5): Dececionante - Localização e limpeza O quarto não permitia o isolamento adequado dos ruídos. Em um dos dias, encontrava se alojado um grupo de adolescentes que passaram grande parte da noite e toda a madrugada a provocar ruído excessivo, correndo e gritando pelos corredores e batendo repetidamente nas portas dos quartos, o que tornou impossível o descanso. Apesar de ter apresentado várias reclamações, não houve qualquer intervenção por parte dos funcionários do hotel que pusesse termo a tamanha algazarra. Trata se de uma situação totalmente incompatível com os padrões de qualidade expectáveis de um hotel de 4 estrelas.

• Saeid Shahmoradi (4/5): disappointing and uncomfortable stay with terrible service, poor food, and inadequate room condition - Help us after check-out, 11 am, to store our luggage till afternoon. It was nice. Staff: The staff member for check-in were entirely unprofessional. They lacked basic kindness and were utterly unhelpful throughout our 3-night stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was bad. Both the quality of the food and the diversity of the options provided were incredibly poor. Room & Comfort: The bed size was disastrous. It was far too small for two adults and looked like it was meant for two children. Furthermore, the room climate was unbearable. We were on the 4th floor, and if we opened the window to cool down, the street noise was incredibly loud. However, if we closed the window to block the noise, the room became unbearably hot.
• Ralf (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Toilettenartikel, Kühlschrank, zur Begrüßung kostenloses Wasser). In der Straße des Hotels mehrere Restaurants. Fenster haben sehr gut geschlossen und Geräusche draußen gelassen. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung war super. Das Bett war leider nicht sehr breit.

Nonostante la reputazione della zona non sia la migliore,.in realtà si è rivelata essere comoda e sicura. L'arredamento della camera non è modernissimo e in generale, si tratta di un piccolo hotel più utile che bello. Colazione non particolarmente interessante.

• Andrei (10/5): 10/10 - Hotelul este foarte bine poziționat, aproximativ 3 minute de mers pe jos de gara Termini, care face legătura cu toate obiectivele turistice importante. Personalul foarte amabil, bine organizat și atent ca toate detaliile sa fie puse la punct. În fața hotelului există și un mic magazin, iar în zona sunt multe reataurante cu mâncare foarte bună. Recepția este deschisă 24/24, ceea ce face ca check-in-ul și check-out-ul să fie foarte simplu și rapid. Există o cameră de bagaje, suficient de mare și gratuită. Un plus a fost și micul dejun care a fost bogat și diversificat, atât sărat cat și dulce (angajații erau foarte atenți să nu lipsească nimic de pe masă și completau foarte repede în cazul în care era nevoie). În fiecare zi au existat: iaurt (simplu și cu fructe), lapte (normal și de migdale), unt și cremă de brânză tartinabila, cereale/fulgi de porumb, fructe deshidratate, semințe de chia, gem, brânză, salam, 2 tipuri de șuncă, cașcaval (normal și afumat), salată, castraveți, roșii, porumb, măsline, sfeclă, cârnăciori, mozzarella, ouă fierte, pâine (integrală și normală), produse de patiserie (croissante cu diferite umpluturi) plăcintă cu fructe, panettone, biscuiți cu ciocolată, nutella, fructe proaspete (mere, banane, kiwi, pepene galben, ananas, portocale, piersici), suc de portocale/ananas/multifructe, ceaiuri și cafele. Camerele sunt curate, bine îngrijite, și suficient de spațioase. Curățenia a fost făcută zilnic. În baie există uscător de păr și produse de igienă (săpun lichid de mâini, gel de duș, șampon). Nu am avut probleme cu căldura sau apa caldă. Totul a fost perfect.

• johan (1/5): Read my other review and the reviews of many other guests. - I stayed here during January 2026 and had another reservation for 1 Feb. However, on 30 January the hotel canceled my booking and made a booking for me without my consent at another hotel. Read the Booking reviews and you will see thay have done the same to other guests. I refused to stay in the other hotel because of its low Booking.com reviews. All my Booking messages are ignored by the hotel and they did not refund the money I paid them

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great (the staff also gave treat for breakfast to women on St. Valentine's day, which was kind gesture of them), room was very clean and there was maintenance every day. Price-quality ratio is above good. Would recommend and visit again. Size of the room - we expected it to be slightly bigger, but still it was sufficient for our stay. Noise isolation - we could hear people from other rooms or corridors.

• Aleksandra (8/5): - Excellent location. The room was too small but charming, with a classic Italian, old-school atmosphere that gives it character. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was extremely small (we booked a standard room with a queen bed) — there was barely any space to move around. And there were no coffee-making facilities in the room at all. I expected at least a kettle and some basic coffee supplies, but there was nothing. If you want your first coffee in the morning, you have to go out or have breakfast downstairs — you can’t have it in the bed.
