• Andy (8/5): - Location and price Standard rooms are way down a bunch of slick stairs. Better get the superior room.

• Isabela (5/5): Stay for the bed, but go out and explore. This is not a glamourous hotel. - Location is in a col-de-sac so road if very quiet, close to shops and laundry. Staff were very nice and spoke some English. Food in brekkie is ok, ask for other items if you are not interested in authentic indo food. Free water. Pictures are outdated. Maintenance in hotel is very low. Things are not falling apart but it looks run down. Toilet had a Geico at one point and ants in the hallway. As per culture, prayer is a usual thing, so you may be woken up by this as there is a temple close by. Coffee was horrible, was pretty much sludge. Either grab your food in or go out for food as it’s very cheap.

• Leticia (2/5): No lo recomiendo a pesar del bajo precio - La habitación era grande y el complejo es bonito. El baño estaba súper sucio, lleno de moho, bichos y suciedad en general. El personal apenas hablaba inglés, por lo que la comunicación era bastante difícil. Está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad.

Als ik het een 0 kon geven had ik het gedaan - Niks was goed, het is vreselijk Heel vies met veel schimmel, geen faciliteiten, personeel spreekt geen Engels, niks te doen in de buurt, heel grimmig, heel beperkt vies ontbijt. Geen woorden voor, zo ranzig. Jammer dat ik maar 4 foto’s mag plaatsen in de recensie. Ik had er nog wel meer willen laten zien.
• Valérie (7/5): Hôtel calme et cottage spacieux. - Les cottages sont très beaux et spacieux. Calme . Petit déjeuner correct Quelques salles de bains sont moins soignées que d’autres mais très grandes . Beaucoup de marches d’escalier pour accéder au cottage
• Karin (6/5): Matig - Buitenkant van het hotel ziet er prachtig uit op een mooie locatie, bedden zijn goed. Leuk balkon bij de kamer. De badkamer kon wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken; de wc lekte, er zat een bad in maar daar waren de stukken uit en zag er vreselijk ( vies) uit. Stroom was niet constant waardoor de telefoon niet werd opgeladen

• Verified traveler (4/5): old style - Im a bit dissapointed when i first arrived to check in. The receptionist told me that my booking was unknown so the room is full already. They said the hotel dont have a cooperation with hotel.com so they dont know whether my booking/my payment is valid or not. After long argues,i finally got a room..but it is lower standard than what i booked. I booked superior room in a high floor but i get an old standard cottage in the bottom areas.so inconvenient. Im not sure whether their claim is true or not since at the same time the hotels was full of the tourist group..maybe it is the reason why i get dumped? For your info, there was no computer in the receptionist desk..im not sure whether they can manage the online booking as well..
