The bathrooms were very nice, and the whole layout of the apartment was simple and elegant. Very much enjoyed the stay, the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The property was right across a grocery store which made it convenient for last minute things.
• Douglas (10/5): DEBII - It is alway a pleasure staying there. The staff go above and beyond what you would expect. Good location, large rooms and very clean. This time I had a smart tv , so could easily watch tv with my accounts. Wifi is fast and reliable. I didn’t need to use the air conditioning this time, but last time a little bit. The whole room was cool in a few minutes. large balcony facing the sea. I would highly recommend this property, for both business or pleasure… Top!!!

• 318mihaig (10/5): Tomis Garden great aparthotel - The place where you should stay if you are working in Constanta during extra season. Luxury is all over the place and you will feel perfect there . You have also your own kitchen if you like to cook yourself or you can experience the food from the restaurant located at the ground floor.
• CataM123 (8/5): Very good choice! - We visited the hotel off-season during September and I must say it was a very good choice! The hotel location is very good and the rooms are quite large. The staff was great and the breakfast very good. We enjoyed our stay and most likely we’ll be back.

Great European continental breakfast. Helpful and pleasing staff. Air conditioned, good quality beds. The only drawback is the price, a bit high for the amenities and value provided. Overall, I would recommend this aparthotel.

This place is really clean and smells that way. The room: it was spacious and had everything we needed, we packed a lot of thing we thought we needed but turned out to be useless because we already got everything we needed there. Excellent stay! We will come back/recommend this to our friends for sure!!

They have security cameras all over wich s Very good. I reccomend an air conditioner in bedroom because it s Very Hot Even now in 30 may-3rd of june. It s Very Close to the beach, 2 minutes Behind the hotel. If you dont like noise please choose a room with garden view. My mum Could sleep But i Couldn t. Overall was Very Nice.
• _86neumann_leon86 (10/5): Excellent hotel - I am verry happy for choosing this hotel. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Bedrooms were comfy and cozy and kitchen had all facilities needed. Staff tried hard and we were satisfied with their attitude and carefulness. Room also had airconditioning. We appreciated also playground, kids had time for themselves as well as we did.

• roxanan_12 (4/5): Could be good if they invest to be clean - Our experience was bad starting from our arrival. The receptionist informed us that the room is being cleaned and it will be ready after 2pm. At around 3 pm we entered the room and i was just shocked when in the bathroom there were hair tights and the floor was so dirty with sand that i had to throw away my socks. Also the bathtub was leaking. We travel with our 1 year son that goes everywhere so we needed that floor to be clean. My husband complained and we moved to another 1 bedroom apartment that was better but still we had to disinfect just to be sure. Another thing that bothered me was that the man who was in charge of the breakfast was washing used cups and glasses by hand with plain water, with no soap and then wipe with a cloth. I never seen a vacuum cleaner and the cleaning staff uses the same water to clean the entire floor so you can imagine... Even if smoking it's not allowed, on the lobby sometimes you could smell cigar smoke. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from next door. The rooms overall are ok. Spacious and well equipped. I also didn't liked that they don't place a new kitchen sponge and they didn't cleaned the support for it. The closets smelled really bad also. They didn't clean the terrace, it was very dusty. This could be a good accommodation but the price it's high for overall conditions. The breakfast is ok but it's not so varied. If you are vegetarian or vegan you don't have much to eat. A good point is the location and the fact that across the street it's a big supermarket and the yard with the playground for kids. I really hope they will improve the cleaning conditions and they will pay attention on this in the future. I would not recommend this location for my friends.
• AdrianFlorea (10/5): THE BEST HOTEL IN MAMAIA - TOMIS GARDEN is located in the heart MAMAIA near the promenade. It is the kind of appart hotel way better than a regular hotel by offering a lot of space and the chance to feel like home. We really appreciate the amenities, including the ground terrace and all the facilities for the kids and the beautiful garden. From Check In to Check Out everything was fantastic, all the staff from the Reception, Security, to Housekeeping are friendly, very helpful, genuine and very organized. But above all, the hotel manager, Ms. Mariana is by far the most pleasant surprise. Without any doubt she really was magnificent. You can easily recognise in her the passion and enthusiasm for her job. She is always smiling , always trying to make your stay better and gave us impeccable recommendations regarding anything, from restaurants to shopping to whatever you may need nomatter if it is something small or maybe something very important. Very hard to talk about minus ... maybe the lack of a swimming pool
• Adrianchioto (10/5): Very nice apartment and helpfull staff - We rented a 2-bedroom apartment and shared it with our friends. Although this is a 3-star establishment, it can easily compare to any 4-star hotel. The bathrooms look very nice with quality fittings and the en-suite was huge. The decor is done in good taste, the kitchenette is equiped with everything you need. The room we had was facing the Siutghiol lake, a nice view but if you are used to sleeping with an open window the noise from the traffic could bother you (it didn't bother us). The rooms have A/C but I avoid it all costs. The included breakfast was well thought, nice variety, everything was fresh. The room was nice as well and they also have a patio with a playground for kids. I recommend it and we will probably visit again.
• lbtraveller77 (6/5): Average+ stay - Location is on the main street. Having lake view. Walking distance from the beach on the black sea. Free parking is available but the access is closed until you notify the front desk to open it for you. Air Condition units are not sized correctly and not all the rooms have AC. Mattress is comfortable. The rooms look nice. The bathroom is ok but poor amenities. No room service and in general the service is poor in the hotel. Cleanliness is ok. Power outlets are less than needed. I recommend Tomis Garden but make sure the bedroom has AC.
• Christian (6/5): Ok, but a bit overprized - Very average hotel. The breakfast is ok, but not more than that. The road outside is very busy with quite some noise. The beach is a few minutes walk away, and you get a discount with a badge from the hotel. There were no curtain at the shower, which meant that there were wet all over the bathroom after having taken a shower. The girls in the reception were all very young and not all exceptionel good at English. The room was very spacious, but not very cosy. The lightning with led-lamps were very cold and not comfortable. All in all the hotel was ok, but overprized for its standard.
• 539stanislavat (10/5): Very nice apartment! - We were there out of the summer season. The apartment is big, clean, warm, with kitchen and balcony. Location is perfect - 5 minutes to the beach, many restaurants near (at this time all were closed), a market is opposite the hotel. Staff is friendly, breakfast was great. Private parking on site for the guests.

The only minus that I will take into consideration next time is to ask not for a lake view room, maybe it is better with a garden view room. The lake view is just near the road and the noise from the cars did not let me sleep. Very good price for non season stay, hope we will come back during the summer!
• VladC656 (10/5): Very nice!! We’ll be back here sometime - Aparthotel, newly built, very nice and cosy. It has a spacious room with livingroom and kitchen, 2 balconies and the bedroom is big with a dressing on one wall - large enough for a family. Everything was new. We felt great

• VladC656 (10/5): Very nice aparthotel - It is a new apartment hotel, very nice. No restaurant but only autoservice coffe in the morning. Well, the appartment has a kitchen and a fridge. Big rooms, very confortable, nice bed and sofa. Parking places are at the limit, but we've been lucky every time. It is in the center of Mamaia so any destination is reachable.

• 671danat (10/5): Vacationing - Great value for the money. Very clean, staff very attentive to your needs, everything is like in the pictures and more. The robes and slippers are a nice touch. We had the 2 bedroom apt on the 4th floor, #45, views to both the lake and sea. We had 2 AC units, worked great. With the windows closed the noise level from the street is not really noticeable.
• zagos (8/5): verry good option for families with children - we have stayed 2 times at this apartments hotel and it was very convenient as size of the rooms, cleanliness and location (2 min from the beach). As it is located in front of the main road can get a little bit noisi if you have a room facing the road.
• mycdt (8/5): Decent option in Mamaia - Hotel is situated on main bulevard, so can not be missed arriving by car. Parking available and is included for hotel guests. New building inaugurated in 2015, is in near reach of the beach by walking distance. Inside the room, decoration strike to me as it is too much glitter for my taste. Apartment has its own chicinette fully equiped, but also a strange "deo" smell thoughout. For a better sleep, choose a room oposite to main road.
• Ale (10/5): Modern and clean apartment close to lovely beach - I stayed at Tomis Garden with my partner for 9 nights. I came to Romania for a one day conference in Bucharest, and we decided to go to the seaside before, as it is only 2h30 drive. Tomis Garden has clean, good sized apartments, friendly hotel staff and is located less than 5 minutes walk from Mamaia beach. It was quieter at night than I initially expected - despite the many restaurants, late bars and clubs nearby, we had no trouble sleeping, as the apartment window was situated next to a quiet parking/green space. Would definitely book again if I had another occasion to go to Romania when I can mix business with holiday. Lastly, the airport shuttle service, from Bucharest to the hotel (although not included in the Expedia flight+hotel package price) was excellent.
