The breakfast is fantastic, all freshly cooked with a great choice. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea, with the largest bathroom I’ve ever seen. I can’t recommend this highly enough and cannot wait to go back again.
- Alexander (10/5): - Rafal and his team took great care of us. Staying up late to check us in when our flight was delayed, friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast were plentiful and tasty. The beds were comfy and the rooms clean. The swimming pool was clean and well positioned in the sun. Our room over looked the bay and it was magical every morning to watch the sunrise over the bay. Great stay and would recommend to come stay.

Lots of little extras that were nice to have (free water in the room; welcome drink). Great a la carte breakfast. Bed was extremely comfortable and I liked the shabby chic look of the room. Really enjoyed my stay.
- Julie (8/5): - The property is close to the harbour where there are lots of excellent restaurants. We ate at the Boathouse on two occasions which was very good. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. If you have mobility problems and are staying in the main hotel you may struggle as there is no lift. We were on the top floor and the stairs get quite steep. Our room was huge and had all amenities you would expect although the bathroom could do with modernising. Whilst at lunchtime you can order sandwiches in the hotel there is also a beach bar across the road that you can order from and they will deliver - we went there for lunch and it was excellent - very poplar with locals. Breakfast is excellent and served in a room overlooking the bay - a great way to start the day.

- Gill (8/5): Great stay in St Aubin - Just returned from a 6 night stay in room 8. Great sea view, delicious breakfast each morning and plenty of parking for our hire car. The walking on Jersey is delightful, especially the north coast. We had a really enjoyable stay and plenty of restaurants in St Aubin for s short walk to find dinner each night.

Had to extend the booking by two nights because storms prevented Condor from running the ferry back to France so a bonus for us! Lovely room overlooking the sea. Big free car park. Lavish breakfast. Huge TV in the spacious bedroom. Lots of thoughtful details.

- Sharon (6/5): Disappointed - The hotel is lovely, however when we got there we were told that quite a few of the facilities weren't available, for example the restaurant and bar!! Quite a big thing don't you think? We should have definitely been informed of this prior to our stay but only found out at check-in. The hotel did upgrade us to a lovely room but I feel as though this was only done because of the above. This was a big inconvenience for us meaning we had to eat out every evening elsewhere and we couldn't just pop into the bar for a drink after returning from a long day exploring the island. This was a definite disappointment and really affected our time in Jersey. Such a shame.

Unfortunately a lot of little fixes needed. The bedroom needed attention - number of small repairs required. Bath/shower no rails/mat and shower door hits off sink when open. Mould round bath. Stairs to top floor very steep which is highlighted on sites however the extended hand rails are wobbly. Lack of fire escape info. Not aware of any one being in charge. Lack of atmosphere in evenings. Low 4 star

- Verified traveler (10/5): A perfect stay! - We stayed at La Haule Manor for a few days in December. We were warmly welcomed, with a lovely glass of Prosecco on arrival. The whole team were lovely and friendly and we felt like nothing was too much trouble! The Manor itself is beautiful and our room was fabulous! It was comfortable and beautifully decorated and spotless! It is in a great location with amazing views! We will certainly be back for our next visit to Jersey! :)

Nice swimming pool. For an old gal like me with arthritic fingers, struggled with turning the shower on and that was the only negative. Highly recommended.
- William (6/5): Not a Hotel as such - The hotel is in a very good location. Just next to St Aubin and overlooking St Aubin Bay. Our superior sea view room was lovely. Very spacious with high ceilings, comfortable bed, bathrobes and slippers with an excellent overhead shower. The price included breakfast which was also excellent with a wide choice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool, although accessed by a somewhat steep flight of stairs is very cleanly with plenty of loungers and sunshades and changing rooms with showers and toilets nearby it is not heated so not for those who prefer warmer water My main issue with the hotel is that it doesn’t have all the facilities you would expect a hotel to have. I didn’t discover till after I had booked that there was no restaurant- though there is free transport to the restaurant at the sister hotel which is close by. Also there’s a reality good variety of restaurants within an easy 10/15 minute stroll along the promenade. Our main issue with the hotel is that there is no bar or mini bar in the room. That and lack of restaurant means that you can’t have a drink (tea, coffee, soft drink, beer, wine etc. ) in either the lounge or when sitting by the pool and you have to go elsewhere for lunch. If the weather is good we often opt for a lazy day with lunch by the pool without leaving the hotel but that wasn’t possible. The lounge is very formal so not somewhere to curl up with a book All in all more like a very high class guest house than a hotel.

The airport transfers (and extra lifts to st Helier), the glass of Prosecco, the late check out til our lift back to the airport, such happy, welcoming staff and of course the most beautiful sea view made this an excellent hotel all round! Will definitely come back here! Do not hesitate to book!

- Deborah Jane (10/5): Fabulous hotel & service - This hotel was lovely. Clean & comfortable, with fabulous views. An easy 5 min stroll into st Aubin’s with great pubs & restaurants. We had some great recommendations from the hotel staff re where to go, things to see & places to eat. Hiring a bicycle was a great way to see Jersey as there is an extension network of cycle paths. One of the manager’s Craig, was particularly helpful, thank you! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely place! - Lovely place to stay. Large room with lots of storage, although this wasn't needed because we were only there for the weekend. Fixtures and fittings could do with updating, but everything was very clean. Bed and pillows were exceptionally firm, which wasn't to my liking, but this is obviously very subjective. The staff and service are really what makes this place. Friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Good location for getting out and about as well.

Friendly welcome and nice breakfast. Our room was very nice but far too small for us (No. 4 we think). We would definitely return but only if we booked a bigger room. Looking at the tariff it did not cost too much more. Had we realised the size of the room, we would have paid more for a bigger one.
- Tracy (10/5): Would love to return - We loved our stay here. We were picked up from the airport and taken to La Haule Manor where were we greeted with a glass of complimentary champagne. The service by all the staff was outstanding. Made my birthday treat very special. We ate in the sister hotel with complimentary transfers. The food was excellent and not expensive, 3 courses were about £30 . I had lobster which was really delicious. Our room did not have a sea view and if we ever go back this is where I would want to stay but would get a room with a sea view. The location is good for strolling to St Aubins , ( about 10 mins walk ) where there are lots of bars and a small morrisons supermarket. Or if you`re feeling more energetic you can walk to St Helier which I think is about a 2-3 mile walk. or of course get the bus. Overall after staying in three different hotels on our short stay this is the one I would want to return to.

Was very hot weather when we stayed and there is no aircon, just a small fan , which helped but could have done with a more powerful one as was quite uncomfortable at night even with windows open which was risky as on ground floor and near road

She is one of the most efficient hotel staff members I've ever come across and as an x long haul steward I've met many. All the staff were super friendly and they picked me up from the airport and dropped me off no questions asked.

- Mark (10/5): Amazing breakfast - This was a lovely hotel, located on the seafront, a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of St. Aubin. The room was huge, super king-size bed, bath and shower. Heated outdoor swimming pool was good for an early morning swim with changing facilities and showers at the pool. Free car parking at the back of the hotel and never an issue getting a space. The best part would have to be the breakfast - options included a full English cooked to order, with amazing sausages and scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, various delightful pastries and lots of fresh fruit. Would happily return in the future.

- Lesley Alison (10/5): Fantastic hotel and stay - Stayed in a lot of hotels and a few on Jersey, and this has to have been our favorite. Pleasant, friendly and accommodating staff. Room very clean with all the amenities we needed, including plenty of toiletries and bottled water replenished daily. Breakfast freshly cooked to order with plenty of choice. Good location near St Helier and St Aubin with a bus stop right outside. All good but wait, everyone has to have at least one niggle don't they?......😂 NO!!!! Can't think of one😃. They even gave us a complimentary ride to the airport. Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year.

- Rebecca (10/5): Fabulous hotel with wonderful view of bay - Warm welcome on arrival with bubbly and a meticulously cleaned room. Decor is elegant and glamorous but not at the expense of the practicalities- well placed fridge, tea and coffee making, TV and seating, fluffy bath robes and towels and very quiet room. Breakfast delicious and staff friendly and helpful at all times. The outdoor pool and terrace are equally well kept. Never before stayed in a hotel where so much attention paid to detail and with a 10 minute walk into lovely St Aubins the location can't be improved. Would thoroughly recommend it and hope to come back soon.

Stunning views, warm pool, the rooms were large, modern and beautifully appointed and the staff were so helpful in every way. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in any British Hotel.
