Elena (10/5): Consiglio vivamente a chiunque. Perfetto anche per ragazze da sole!! - Perfetto!! Bello, decorato a tema, nella grotta. Terrazzo bellissimo per vedere le mongolfiere o per rilassarsi, sempre aperto. 3 minuti a piedi dal centro, zona sicurissima anche al dopo il tramonto. Staff estremamente disponibile, sempre pronti con il sorriso (ci hanno omaggiato di un tè caldo mentre aspettavamo la fine della pioggia nel salottino)

Chegamos antes do horario da reserva e mantiveram nossas coisas guardadas sem problema. Muito perto de tudo. Nada. Foi tudo otimo. Unica sugestão é colocar um blackout na janela somente.
Magalí (8/5): Buen lugar para disfrutar de Goreme - Tenía una excelente ubicación. El baño era enorme y las camas cómodas. En la recepción me hicieron el favor de gestionarme una noche más en otro lugar porque tuve que hacer cambios de último momento. Siempre fueron muy atentos. El desayuno muy bueno! No me gustó que no tuviera cocina para poder hacer compras en el súper y cocinar. Además en la habitación hacía un poco de frío y no había mantas. Pero tampoco las solicitamos, quizás las hubieran ofrecido.

We booked the deluxe double room with bath- it was really good but the only limitation was that it was on the top floor with tiny staircase and no lifts- so was a bit difficult for my mother- avoid booking if someone with knee issues cannot climb up that high for a stay.

Nethnilu Nadeesha (9/5): It was a wonderful stay. - It was near to all the places that you visit when you’re in cappadocia. Nice place to stay. Nice staff. Very attentive. They even let us early check-in. The room was a little bit smaller than I thought as it was in the photos. If there’s more space for the things like a table inside the room it would be better. It’s a little bit packed.

Van (1/5): Old, outdated, sewage smelling accommodation. - The location is not too bad. The rooms are out dated and the bathroom smelt like sewage. I asked Ali from reception to clean it, they only sprayed it. We booked three rooms. Ali tried to rip us off with the balloon ride quotes. While my brother was quoted $140 Euro, I was quoted $165 then $180 Euros.

Puspanjali (1/5): - Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable, especially as it was meant to be a special anniversary trip. From the moment of check-in, I encountered multiple serious issues in the room: The bathroom tap was leaking continuously. The flush buttons were not functioning properly. There was no proper exhaust/ventilation, resulting in a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The room was not properly cleaned before being handed over to us. Despite raising these concerns at the reception, the response was inadequate. The staff only replaced the shower head, which itself was in poor condition. The overall service was highly unprofessional, and basic hospitality standards were clearly not met.

Yue Di (10/5): Would highly recommend staying here! Great location close to many shops and restaurants! - All the staff were so kind and welcoming, especially Puriya and Muhammad. Puriya was super helpful with helping us book daily excursions and the breakfast was nice and fresh each morning. Everything was fantastic! The drains can smell a little after showering so I would recommend a drain cleaner to help with that. But other than that, everything was excellent, the rooms were extremely clean and we appreciated your hospitality!

And you could see the balloons from inside the room or the balcony I found a chair at the shower and putty at the floor. We mentioned it to the staff and ask them to clean it but they didn't. The cleaning lady came only the first day, they didn't come to change the wc bag. And last but not least when we tried the jacuzzi (which was the reason we chose the room) yellow pieces kept coming out from the holes of the jacuzzi and we ended up not using it

marchito75 (7/5): Soggiorno con la famiglia a Goreme - Posizione Dimensioni della camera (camera familiare) Wi fi Insonorizzazione delle stanze Pulizia delle camere solo su richiesta (non mi sembra il massimo considerando il prezzo pagato a notte) Abbiamo avuto un problema di infiltrazione della stanza con caduta di acqua dal soffitto; ci rendiamo conto che non potevano sistemarlo in quanto il muratore averebbe dovuto lavorare con noi dentro ma almeno prendere l'iniziativa di rifare la stanza per togliere la catinella senza il bisogno che lo dovessimo far notare noi.

JIE (9/5): - 闹中取静的地方，步行可以到饭店，不沿路所以很安静。定的家庭房，在一楼，有暖气，很舒服，只是没有窗，所以时间长了会稍微有点闷。洗澡的热水又足水又大，超级舒服。拍的我们隔壁的3人房，有窗就很舒服。顶楼的露台可以看热气球，早餐不错，就是位置有点少，可能还需要等位。

Thi Uyen Nhi (10/5): Excellent stay. Highly recommend - Excellent location. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop to other cities or nearby towns like Uchisar. Close to Love Valley hiking track. Receptionists do speak English. Airport transfer and hot air balloon tour were arranged smoothly. Cash refund was smooth when balloon tour got canceled. Kitchen staffs and housekeeper were super nice. Family room was clean and spacious for 3 people. Little stairs to walk up to the breakfast room. They arranged early check-in for us which was very kind. However, I’d appreciate not being knocked on the door before the check-out time to ask us to check-out while we were getting ready. Rooftop were not arranged beautifully like a picture but rather an empty space with everything was put away, but worth the view.

On était dans la chambre familiale mais ils ont mit un lobby juste devant les chambres et la nuit impossible de dormir à cause des bruits des gens ! C’est dommage.
