- Abel (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and welcoming! - The location was great, especially since we were on a roadtrip. The blizzard hit and it was kinda late. There was a food store across the way and 2 open restaurants near bye. The convenience of the underground parking was a bonus. The employee Alison was amazing, she shared some excellent travel tips. She is extremely friendly and made the check in process smooth with great laughs. Just from how she treated us, we almost stayed another night. However the next stated called our names! Last thing breakfast options were great! Nothing it exceeded expectations.

- Danicasays (10/5): Now I Understand the Name! - Whoever hired Ashley at the front desk hit the powerball and jackpot of employees! I frequently stay at this hotel when I’m in town for work, and she has been consistently kind, friendly, helpful, in a good mood, and accommodating. …and that’s just when you walk in the front door! The rest of the hotel is inviting, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Out of all the places I stay when I travel, this is one of my favorites. Thank you Ashley and the rest of the staff for truly making your hotel my home away from home.

- Richard (8/5): Ani e place, but needs to improve bed linens - Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast The bedding was not comfortable. Pillows were thin and floppy, sheets were polyester, fitted sheets came off the bed every night, blanket belt more like a mattress pad (really). How ever, the towels were very good - nice and fluffy and absorbent.

The room was spacious and with a sofa and mini kitchen area. The staff were very courteous and helpful too. The unit for the heating or cooling did make more noise than needed it seems when trying to sleep next to it. Additional large towels would be appreciated for the bathroom. The hard wooden chairs for the breakfast could be replaced with more comfortable ones.

All of that said the 10 dollars for over night parking seems really disingenuous when the sign literally states free public parking.

ICE agents have been detaining BIPOC citizens (Somalis, Latinos, etc) WITHOUT a warrant or due process. ICE sightings so far in Burnsville, Bloomington, Minneapolis and St. Paul. Please do not support this hotel
- 687hazek (10/5): My #1 choice for this part of the country, from now on! - It is very minimalist from the outside, sleek modern, no big "fanfare". The interior lobby is lovely, with a nice welcome area and lobby seating. My handicapped room was perfect! Spacious and easy to move around in, I was very comfortable there. I loved the large desk area, perfect for computer work. There was a large oval table that could be moved anywhere with lockable casters. I used it as a "return" addition to the desk area. The kitchenette was great. I loved the "almost home sized" fridge, as I found it so much more usable than those (useless) tiny little square ones. Having an empty shelf above the sink gave me "pantry space" for my groceries. The roll-in shower worked well for me. I'm not in a wheelchair yet, but climbing in and out of bathtubs is unsafe for me. It was an unexpected surprise to have the ability to pull a curtain hanging from the ceiling to separate my sleeping area from the sofa-TV area. IF I had visitors to my room, this would be a great feature. Or if I had a "roommate" who wanted to still watch TV after my own bedtime. The bed was very comfortable. The closet area had a nice perk of a curtain I could pull, so I didn't have to stare at my wardrobe all the time. Just some of the little things that made the room lovely. The views from this hotel are limited to exactly what I expected, urban views. I was not here looking for a resort, but a working trip. Extra perk: When I come back I can bring my pet, so I don't have to leave Miss Gracie home! Staff: Great. Each one I encountered were pleasant and helpful and kind. From the front desk personnel around the clock to the ladies who serviced the breakfast buffet, all were personable. The breakfast buffet: I never left hungry! Hot & cold cereals, breads, biscuits and muffins, fruit, yummy vanilla yogurt with a "toppings bar" of goodies, eggs, breakfast meats, and the proverbial waffles.

Walked through people smoking outside east doors. The air from Mallards is gross. Must smell it when going inside. Noice hallways and could hear every step from the person above us. Hard to sleep when you hear a constant bang, bang bang

- Jeremiah (10/5): Will definitely stay her again. All in all very nice hotel - Super clean and well kept. Good location. Breakfast could’ve been better. Not many choices and had to wait a long time for staff to restock both mornings. Hot tub was barely warmer than the pool and very dirty.
- Natalee (6/5): It was ok - After reading the reviews I was expecting to be very happy with our room. The room was pretty dusty and the handles and high touch surfaces were dirty. I brought my own Lysol wipes and used them. The bathroom was pretty small but the room was a good a decent size. The breakfast had a lot of options but the way they set it up causes a lot of congestion when trying to get to the breakfast items. It was not a well designed breakfast area for efficiency. For what we paid it was ok but I think I would try and find a different hotel if we are in the area again.

The odoman was worn out, the couch was dingy, the room was initially cold so we crabbed a blanket, but it had holes in it (worn out). The shower pressure was low and the breakfast was sub-par. It was rationed out and wasn’t very good. This was the worse Home2suites stay I’ve ever had.

The room was a bit dingy, with discoloration on the sofa cushions, and the dishwasher had a terrible odor when we opened the door. Other than that, in room kitchen was well equipped, and a nice convenience. The laundry room and gym were conveniently located and much appreciated. Breakfast was fair at best. If we stayed again we would not do breakfast there Even though it was free.

The sofa is a great place to view the television. The bed was quite comfortable. The location is easy to get to and from, next to two interstate highways. We keep coming back to this hotel for stays. Not much could have been better, stronger lighting options would help if you needed to read in bed. Perhaps a robe to have when exiting the shower.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean workout room, and a Peloton bike! Definitely will be my go-to when I’m in the area.

- Dale (10/5): Spacious room with a kitchen included at an affordable price close enough to the freeway. - Having a kitchen included was very helpful after bringing back the included breakfast. Everything needed was there. The room was spacious with a small couch for two to sit and watch TV if desired. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Very little to improve upon for me.Some more larger towels would have been helpful for us. Cold at first and took a while to heat the room up. Not many channels for the TV, no music or dance to hear or see.
- Carol (10/5): amazing - Our room was amazing, clean and comfortable! We visited with family in the lobby, which was comfortable and relaxing. The desk clerk, Julie, gave our grandchildren a scavenger hunt game to play, cut up their apple and later gave them word search sheets! We have never experienced such am amazing clerk. Your hotel is blessed to have Julie. And she made our trip and visit wonderful.

Could have used a little different assortment of foods, after a couple of days, but it was very nice to have breakfast be included! Our room was very spacious and very convenient to have the kitchenette. Our room faced a somewhat busy street and it was noisy on occasion. Very convenient to the MOA and lots of options for food nearby.

- Barbara (10/5): Quiet and comfy. - It was a bit off the beaten track from the Mall of America. not so easy to find. But once we found out way there - the service was excellent. the Breakfast was good with several options to choose from. Coffee was delicious. Comfortable bed, quiet nights rest.

- tc3399 (4/5): 4 stars for the rest of the hotel, but 0 stars for the fitness center - Everything else about the hotel is fine, but there's no excuse not to improve the fitness center. I've never seen another hotel fitness center with only one treadmill, and on top of that, it was out of order during my entire stay. There is more than enough room in this fitness center there to add two more treadmills, especially since they're the equipment that gets the most use by hotel guests. Very frustrating.
- L2421GOrichardj (8/5): Clean, comfortable and good value for money - Stayed here as it was super convenient for a meeting I was having in the area. Check in was smooth, easy, polite and courteous. Within a minute, I was walking to my room on the second floor. My stay was only brief, for one night with a later check in and early check out, but the room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The room contained everything you would expect from a suite, and everything was in good order. The shower and water pressure was good. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, albeit it had a fairly limited selection. I didn't use the fitness facilities, but there was also a small pool and gym on the ground floor. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay. I felt safe throughout, and the local area has a variety of shops, coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would stay here again when my travel schedule requires it.
