We were able to have a late checkout which was huge benefit in our schedule. Staff was friendly and helpful! Downside was lack of wash clothes in the bathroom and the fact that the bathroom door didn't have a lock!

- Ш (5/5): Looks like an economy motel on the inside. - Filthy dirty carpets all around. In the lobby, in the eating place, and even the front door. They were not just dirty. They were stained. The hotel staff were considerate, helpful, and friendly. However, they were far from being dressed appropriately to greet people checking in. This hotel cost a lot of money for a three night stay. It bears the name of ”Hilton” and while I am aware that Hilton is not all about 5-star luxury anymore, this hotel surprised the daylight out of me. We would have declined to stay if there had not been a conference in the city, which took up all of the rooms in other hotels.

Reminder, attention to details and comfort or left out. For example, my room was out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, they didn’t offer a hairdryer in the room. It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room as well.

The staff was kind enough to hold it for us until we came back through on our trip. We ended up staying there as we traveled back to our home. The doors are REALLY heavy and can be loud when closing them.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I was told my card didn't go through the first time at check in, so she ran it again, and I was charged twice. When I asked the front desk, I was told it would fall off over night. When I called this morning, I was told it will be 3 to 5 days and rushed off the phone as if it was my fault. So as of now, they are holding $360 for a one night stay... I don't think I've ever had a worse experience.

- PAULA (9/5): Overall, everything was great except the mattress. But, I will certainly stay again. - I liked the location of the hotel, the size of my room and the kitchenette for convenience. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food to choose. I will certainly stay again. The king size mattress really needed to be replaced. It sunk on one side and made it very uncomfortable to sleep with my back issues so I had to sleep across the bed. Since it was just me, that was doable, but had it been two people, someone would have gotten the short end of the stick for sure.

The silverware holder in the drawer was dirty. The bathroom door didn't close all the way, the night light on the light switch was out, and around the door by the shower needs some attention. It needs to cleaned and painted. The sofa had a small stain and was completely uncomfortable. It is hard and not easy to just sit on. And window view could use some type of beautician. Not pleasing to look out at all. And the elevator was always wet from people coming out of pool. I slipped once, I didn't fall, but easily could have. The breakfast was ok. Everything on the cheaper premade by side, but eatable.

I booked one suite for two nights and my card was charged for two rooms. It took several emails and messages over many days before the money was refunded. on- duty staff was not willing to do anything about it, I was referred back to Booking.com to send my complaint to., not helpful. Very stressful process. The accommodation itself is excellent though.

This is probably the only time that we have forgotten a charger box on a trip!! We would highly recommend this hotel for their soft comfy bed, delicious breakfast with lots of options, quiet area around rooms, and good price for purpose.

We loved the amenities, especially the pool, foosball, and pool table. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Only thing was the pool water was ice cold, so i didnt get in. Sucks cause i wanted to try out getting in a pool in my condition. Wonderful tasty breakfast!!! Lots of options!

We would stay again, but would be more prepared to handle the downsides mentioned below. The snacks/wine for purchase were very convenient. 1. Breakfast was disappointing. We were eating close to the end of the breakfast hours, so did not expect much. But very little was available. One day there were hard bolied eggs and fruit (great to grab last minute) but no other days. Similarly, one day we grabbed a breakfast sandwich, but not there other days. 2. Our room needed more USB charging ports--there was one in the bedroom, but it was broken. It's pretty standard these days that rooms have MANY charging ports. We asked at the desk to borrow a USB plug but they didn't have one. 3. Every other day cleaning is fine for us, but they didn't do it. We stayed 7 nights, and they cleaned one time. Two times would have been good. Front desk provided additional coffee and towels when we asked.

The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and kind. We were able to change our reservations and meet up with the wedding party on the second night. Everyone involved was more than accommodating.

- LongSaraJ (8/5): Weekend Stay - This hotel is connected to a Hampton Inn. The room (king) was comfortable and clean. The shower had good pressure and towels were plush. Bathroom amenities were plentiful. Full-size fridge and equipped mini kitchen were a nice feature, along with the seating area — it was accommodating for ordering in and having plenty of space. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, which was served jointly on the Hampton Inn side. It may have been when I was there (stayed two nights over a weekend), but food was not kept replenished and an attendant was not readily present either day.

Good shower room and nice products. Awful coffee in single-use plastic pods in room. Very disappointed to find everything in the breakfast area was single-use and disposable - plates, cutlery, cups, condiments. Almost no presence of staff - reception desk was empty much of the time, and when present staff were unprofessionally dressed and silent - no greetings given on arrival or departure. Experience was not what I expected from a Hilton brand, despite the lurid pink 'Paris Hilton' waffle batter.

Toilet was loose and not bolted to the floor, shower door would not slide. Toilet sat unusually low. okay for a 3 year old but not for adults. no lamp on living room area table. could not read. sofa was frayed and very uncomfortable due to wear and tear. needed to be replaced a long time ago. we have stayed at this property since it was new, and it is not being kept up and deteriorating a great deal. no longer up to Home 2 standards that we are used to. Will not be returning.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to a “renovated” one and am so not impressed. It’s still old, janky, not at all a $200 a night stay. Also I checked in at almost 2am and didn’t even receive any type of booking discount for left over rooms. Just overall not the quality I expected from a home 2 suites or a $200 a night room.

A lot of the other guests were complaining about that also. We stayed on the 1st floor, which was fine, but our room was by.the pool table and the guest were loud, and we could hear them in our room.

The clerk even informed me how to order pillows online when I asked about it during my check in. Definitely my favorite hotel in the city. If you are taking suggestions; Consider having toasters that customers can have in the room by request and food trays for those of us that prefer to eat breakfast in the room.

- sircampsa (4/5): Consistently subpar - I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years as its location is a convenient mid-point stop for my business trips. This hotel has been consistently disappointing. Somehow the management insists on being unwelcoming at every level. For instance if you read my September 2023 review of this very same hotel you will see that I wrote " A sign which read something along the lines of "We temporarily stepped away from the front desk to help other guests. Will be back momentarily. Thank you for your patience" was permanently displayed on the front desk during my entire long-weekend stay. "I stayed here a few times since then and experienced the same unattended front desk syndrome every time. Want a proof? See the first picture I have posted to this review. Somehow they manage not to have a staff at the front desk whenever you need one. If you have the Hilton app on your phone and received your digital key before you arrive, don't bother directly going to your room. Your digital key will NOT work. It never has. As I said I stayed here several times. It never worked. You always end up going to the front desk for a plastic card key. While I was waiting at the front desk to get my key (because, you guessed it, they were not there and said so with their sign) another guest came in looking at his Hilton app digital key. I smiled and waited. Surely enough he joined the line behind me waiting for the receptionist because his digital key didn't work either. During my stay, they decided to paint the parking lot (yes, paint, not asphalt, pave or anything meaningful, just a thin layer of black paint, see my images below). Of course, since they don't care about their guests, guess what they did? They just blocked the half of the parking lot creating a total chaos. There were even fights between guests because someone ended up blocking someone's car. Do yourself a favor, go find another nearby hotel if you have to stay in the area.
