• Nicole (10/5): On y a passé un séjour des plus agréables.A recommander - L’emplacement était idéal: à distance courte de marche du centre ville pour restos, épiceries etc et de la magnifique promenade aménagée. De plus c’est très central pour rayonner ds la région. L’appartement très confortable et très propre offre tout ce qu’il faut comme équipement. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes est superbe, le terrain est directement sur le bord de l’eau et offre du mobilier Nous étions au 3e étage. Un ascenseur ns manquait.

• Blais (10/5): The apartment and outdoor spaces are absolutely wonderful! - The apartment is lovely, nicely set up, and very comfortable. I loved the porch looking over the lake and the cozy, comfy sitting areas. It was a perfect location, close to all the action of downtown Magog, but enough removed to be quiet and serene. Lighting for reading in the living room and bedroom could have been better.

• Nicole (6/5): Not bad needs a few things worked on - My husband and I took 2 nights away to relax and enjoy somw down time. The place was cute. Pros layout of apartment was nice and was cozy and comfy. Cons there is only stairs so lugging bags up the stairs is not for the weak, the hot tub is in a seperate building and was NOT hot more like a warm bath so that relaxing adventure was not so relaxing. Never was able to figure out how to operate the heat so just dealt with it. There was a fire place and prior to arriving I asked if it was wood or electric amd was told it was wood but needed special eco wood they sold at the office, i purchased some and once we arrived at the place realized it was electric. I contacted the rental company and they refunded me my $ for the wood when we left and brought it back. Would > I stay again yes but would ask for a first floor place.

• Carol (10/5): Amazing stay. Perfect location. - Amazing view from the balcony. Pools and hot tub were nice and not crowded. Very convenient walk to downtown Magog and around the lake. Close to everything. Flannel sheets on the bed. Not my favourite, especially in the summer. Three storey walk up was fine for me but may not be for everyone. Staircase to bedroom was a bit steep and steps were slippery. No problem if you are mindful of it.

Car si on va à la piscine, on est en manque… Sinon, le site est superbe.
• Audrey (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway - Great location! It is quiet, right on the lake with a view of Mont Orford and yet easy to walk into town. It was very clean with the basic kitchen amenities. No complaints at all!
• Matthew (6/5): So-so stay - We found our 1 bedroom unit to be very cramped for a family of 4. There were some basic things missing (no shampoo, for example) and the resort's hot tub was not actually hot but just warm. The communication was excellent so they get credit for that, but unfortunately this was a very average experience from our point of view.

The ceiling fan was too noisy. - Confusing multiple instructions (contradictory requirements). - The requirement to use the fireplace only with synthetic logs. 3rd floor without elevators might be a problem for some.

Our unit had a wood fireplace but we didn’t know that so we didn’t bring any wood, you might consider bringing some if you stay there. Cool Murphy bed built into the wall. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were great.

The second bed is a sofa bed, which was too uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on the very short sofa bed, not pulled out. When the listing says two beds, one is too uncomfortable to sleep on...it is a sofa, but not a bed.

• annick (6/5): Nice hotel, rooms too different - the hotel and the pool was great but the condo was nothing like expected. It was old, with a carpet that had a weird smell, there was no table to eat, and it was old looking.
• Iggy (8/5): Nice condo with wonderful views of the lake - This was a last minute get-away weekend and found this condo complex to be excellent. Was called by the front desk on our way to the complex to check on our arrival time so they could assure someone would be there to greet us. I believe each of these are privately owned condos which they are able to then rent out if they would like. This one needed some minor repairs (hot water faucet in the tub get rolling back on its own so you had to turn it on completely, the blinds needed some repairs, the remote needed batteries, the bed needs to be replaced) but the view and the overall feel of the condo was wonderful. I would stay there again for sure.
