• Kimberly (3/5): Was okay..Buuut... - The facility was clean..staff and other visitors were VERY friendly. I only gave a low rating because I booked a non-smoking room ahead of time (like a month ahead) and when we got there to.check in there was only a smoking room available. We were there for my step son's graduation and were limited with time so we had to accept that room. I felt like i was suffocating in my sleep from the smell of cigarettes. The bed also moved when trying to get in it. I couldn't wait til morning to check out.

• Rachel (5/5): Over all wasn’t horrible stay felt like it was alittle over priced for what I got - I like how me and my husband could get to different places with in 20mins it was a convenient Location I didn’t care for the smell it smelled like weed /smoke Didn’t care for I had to pretty much bring everything that I thought would already be there that wasn’t

• Nejwa (10/5): - Curteous and kind staff. Clean facility and well taken care of. Location surronded with food options and services. I was expecting a sofa or single couch in the room due to the habit of finding in a usual suite that I use for a long time.

• Brandi (8/5): Clean - Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean We booked a smoking room but there were none available
• Ashley (1/5): Literally ended up sick from the filter in the room clearly not having been changed for a long time. - It was close to our family. Nothing, the halls stink. The rooms are so below bare minimum. The stove eyes were nasty It constantly reeked of marijuana and ammonia to attempt to cover the smell. It was so loud in the hallways between the barking dogs and the kids.

• Sklenicka (1/5): Never got to stay lobby was closed up tight and all doors locked - Nothing at all I was charged for two rooms and never stayed in them because the lobby was closed at 900 pm and the doors were locked people standing by the doors smoking pot and a shooting just occurred in front of the hotel

• Melissa (2/5): Why would they give away my room!!! 😡 - There was no stay!! Wood Springs gave my reservation away!!! I drove up there and was told that they tried to call me!!! That is ridiculous!! I had to find another hotel and drive to Circleville!!!
• hayleysF9121DU (2/5): Not notified of cancellation - I made the reservation for 1 room about a week before my weekend stay. I showed up after 9 pm to check in after a long work and travel day only to find out that my reservation didn’t exist. One of the managers canceled my reservation that morning because of overbooking and I received no email about it. Why are you allowing people to book but not have any rooms available at time of making the reservation???? Why wasn’t I notified as soon as it happened?

• We$ (6/5): Eh ok for $80 - Clean, TV, stove, secluded area The entrance was in the back and the back had no view of anything except trees. Couldn't see who was coming or going until they were at the front door... nothing to look at out the window.. bedframe was lighter than the mattress. Me and babe was sliding all over the place lol. The size of the room was exaggerated from the pics because it was super small in person with no desks or arm chairs.
• Tom (1/5): A Hobo can do better for 82 bucks a night. - No sheets on the bed when I arrived! No towels in the room. Room wasn't cleaned I called in advance at 6 o'clock and told them I'd be a late arrival around 10:30. The person at the front desk said it was okay. I've never stayed at any hotel without sheets, towels. At least the toilet and sink was clean. Otherwise I would have slept in my car. See above!

The whole place smells like a burning marijuana pile. The local grocery store had to have armed security guards so that tells you what kind of neighborhood it is.

Ended up with a bed and a single sleeper sofa bed with a thin mattress with a bar the was felt in your back. 4th floor room Got off elevator and smelled like fish. The second night the elevator wasn’t working. It was more like a low income apartment complex than a hotel

• Christopher (6/5): - This is an extended stay that seams more like an apartment complex than a hotel, the room was clean but not very nice, wallpaper torn , no lamp just over head lights no comfortable chairs, no travel shampoos or soap and they don’t have a 24 hour front desk, not mad about it but the pictures we looked at before booking looked way nicer than what it was, it served the purpose but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

• Patricia (6/5): - The hotel was ok but I was on the first floor where the laundry room is located and there was a lot of traffic! It was noisy and had a funny smell to the hotel hallway. The door in my room had a big crack in it by the hinges. The tube had a few hairs in it! The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so I had to wait for the mirror to defog in order for me to do my hair! The staff was super polite.

• Alyssa (2/5): - Everything was horrible. We couldn’t even stay the whole evening. Had to end up staying elsewhere. First the smell of cigarettes and weed was unbearable. I’m a former smoker so it takes a lot for it to bother me. There was so much the hallways were literally Smokey. On top of that, the downstairs check in area was clean, our room was not. There were so many people just standing in all the hallways being loud, like entire families. We left to get food shortly after arriving and when we returned the tv didn’t work. The remote was in multiple pieces. When I huge roach crawled in from under our door we decided to go down to speak with the front desk. However, there was no staff. The desk is only staffed specific hours of the day, so we had no choice but to leave.

• Strohl (9/5): Nice little get away always a good stay! - I had a great stay. The staff was exceptional. The laundry facilities were great, updated washers and dryers. The only complaint I had was the water coming out the bathroom facet was spraying out the facet so it made the shower head water pressure very very low.
