• Lynsie (9/5): It was a great place to stay, didn’t like the 10am checkout because we could have used more time to enjoy it, but will p - Everything else! We will stay here again because it was nice, good atmosphere, accommodating, and comfortable. Just a few bad situations that didn’t have as much to do with the actual rental. There was a marathon running on Saturday when we needed to get out of the location and it took us 65 minutes to get downtown for a graduation. Our Uber food delivery forgot half our meal and they only refunded us, didn’t try to bring us our food, so we all had to share one meal which was difficult. Also there were people fishing out back of our place and not their own. So that was a little frustrating.

• ANDRII (8/5): Pretty good, but there's work to be done. - the location is without a doubt just top. And in general the whole area is very quiet. But that's not enough for an excellent rating. The beds in the first bedroom are super uncomfortable. The carpet looks like it hasn't been changed in a long time. And the cockroach that got out of the microwave didn't add to the optimism either.

• Shammah (10/5): Great experience! - We loved our stay at this resort! The AC worked perfectly and kept the unit cool despite the warm outdoor temperatures. The view was stunning, and the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated having a vacuum in the closet—it came in handy after our beach days when sand made its way inside. The price was very reasonable, and we truly felt like we were at a home away from home. We’ll definitely stay here again for future trips to Corpus Christi!

AC worked great against TX heat, the pool was nice and spacious and overall just relaxing. Our unit had such a beautiful view and access to the water for fishing. We will definitely be returning every time we come to the coast.

• Scott (10/5): Great time. - Loved the area. We only had 2 little issues really. The master bedroom has a bay window that opens up to living room. We felt like the temperature of the room was altered because of that and our privacy was reduced due to that as well. Which we understand is as a design issue. The ceiling fan above the dining table was either all on/including the lights or all off. No biggie..

• estefania (6/5): - The villa was very nice and clean, but in the reservation it says that it included housekeeping and does not include, they only change the towels if you let them know but from Monday to Friday, and in our case that we came for the weekend we could not get clean towels, besides the apartment is quite hot, they should improve the AC because we had to ask them to come and check it and will leave us fans to refresh

The townhome was nice but the AC had some trouble keeping up as it is a multi story (3), and the master suite on 3rd floor never did get very cool. An extra fan in the room would have been nice. The unit had carpeted stairs and bedrooms, which were unimpressive to say the least. There were lots of grass burrs in the carpet so going barefoot was not a good idea. Other than needing a bit of updating, it was well worth the money. We loved the location and will definitely book there again.

• Melissa (6/5): Beautiful but HOT - Property was BEAUTIFUL but... It's an older property so the most important aspect for Texas weather didn't work properly: THE AC. If you choose to stay here bring extra fans or you will be uncomfortable.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Very Hot and uncomfortable - We usually stay in a unit there every summer this one however was not comfortable at all. Had to buy box fans to make it cool ac was not working properly despite what they try and say “natives are used to the heat” we’ve been here all our lives and no it was hot in the unit, No washer/dryer in unit but they do have a laundry facility on property. Pool was very dirty as was the grounds of the property. It really has gone down from years past. Kids did have fun fishing on the canal and close to whitecap those are only positives we had this go around. Also checkin and out has changed used to be 3 check in with possible option of early check in and check out was 12 now 10. We will be looking for a new place after more than 15 years coming here.

Gets warm during the day due to the beautiful views/windows facing the bay but like I said host has thought of everything like ceiling fans and standing fans. I would specifically request this room again. This room was 1st floor which i preferred from my previous stay on the 2nd floor.

• Razner (6/5): They need to improve! - Honestly we didn't feel very well this time! The cleanliness was the only thing we liked! The place was very clean as well as the beds and towels. But when we arrived it was dark outside since the entrance light doesn't work! In the kitchen in one of the cabinets we found a live cockroach! Everything there is very old! You can tell it has never been renovated! The bathrooms are horrible, especially the tubs take a long time to drain and the shower in the upstairs bathroom is cracked and gets wet everywhere. I have video and photos! The personal beds are uncomfortable and make a lot of noise! ​​I didn't like the pillows, they are air pillows! Anyway! They have a lot of policies about entry, exit and rules and they charge the same as other apps! They don't invest in fixing and renovating to make their customers feel good!

It's a quiet location, the units are older and a little dated but they are kept clean, they provide you with all the necessities you will need. We stayed her 10 years ago for my nephews wedding and was so happy to be able to go back. I will definitely stay here again.

The convenience store, starbucks, and almost everything else you need are close to this beautiful, peaceful place. It was loaded with all utensils and pots for you t cook the catch of the day or anything else in mind. Island food was awesome Guajillo's and Celsita's had great food. Booking and checking in was a breeze, with the help of the happy and professional staff. In a nut shell, it is a great place to stay.I would definitely recommend and will come back. The Guerra Family

The suite was easy to access, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The balcony with its stunning water view was definitely the cherry on top! • Mickye (10/5): Great location! Amazing Sunset! Perfect getaway! - I was emailed a code to unlock the door to the house and a code for the swimming pool which was just across the street. Air conditioner was turned on when we arrived and it was nice and cool inside. Location was PERFECT! This may be our new spot. View was amazing. Big king size bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, etc., each bedroom had an oscillating fan that we could use just in case. Honestly nothing. The mattress on the king bed was a little more firm that what I like but other than that everything was perfect.
