Чистые и опрятные номера, очень вежливый и приветливый персонал, охотно помогали нам с нашими вопросами. За время нашего проживания у нас не возникло каких-либо проблем, о которых бы можно было написать в отзыве, все было отлично!

Marsel (10/5): Наверное, наилучший отель в Стамбуле - Из четырёх отелей, в которых я был в Стамбуле, это, наверное, был наилучший - для коротких или длинных путёвок, для работы или отдыха - в моей комнате было всё, что нужно, и мне было очень комфортно. Отель расположен близко к центру, но при этом в очень тихом районе. Комната очень просторная, и всё в ней работало - больше, чем я могу сказать о других отелях)) Интернет тоже очень хороший, но модем расположен вне комнаты, поэтому я рекомендую работать ближе к двери, чтобы скорость была высокой.

Alina Codrina (10/5): Fabulos din punctul nostru de vedere, vom repeta experiența cu prima ocazie când vom mai avea oportunitatea. Mulțumim și - Foarte bine poziționat având punct de referință Piața Taksim, considerată ca fiind centrul orașului. Legături facile a mijloacelor de transport public către mai toate direcțiile, (3 min. de mers pe jos până la gurile de metrou). Personal foarte amabil, care te ajută, atât cu cartela SIM, cât și cu cartela de transport pentru întreaga perioadă. Mic dejun consistent și gustos. Camera dotată cu aragaz, frigider, aer condiționat, cuptor cu microunde, seif, dulap cu spațiu generos pt haine și fier de călcat. Prosoapele se schimbă zilnic, pat dublu foarte confortabil și produse de igienă. Atâta timp cat mai sus am vorbit la superlativ, nimic de notat ca și minus.

Lăutariu (10/5): Foarte mulțumiți de această locație - Locația este foarte aproape de piața Taksim, in jur de 3 minute de mers pe jos. Domnul Orhan foarte de treabă, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi pe unde să ne plimbăm si ce sa vizităm și ne-a împrumutat istanbulcard-ul său,pentru a avea reducere la transportul în comun. Curățenia se făcea zilnic in camera,iar cearșafurile si prosoapele erau schimbate odata la 2 zile. Micul dejun puțin cam sărăcăcios, dar ok per total.

SVETLANA (10/5): - Очень хорошее расположение отеля, рядом площадь Таксим, пристань Каботаж, метро, автобусы в аэропорты, улица Истикляль! Все было хорошо, чего то такого, чтобы координально не понравилось не было. В отеле очень тихо, персонал очень приветливый и вежливый, отвечали на каждый вопрос и помогали.

That was very lovely The bed was excellent for me (firm), air condition top, and despite it being close to Taksim, it wasn't too loud at night. Streets were safe to walk in the late evening when coming home and the location is top. I also liked that they reached out beforehand, explaining the ways how you can reach them from the Airport, including the pricing. The shower equipment could use an update + had no warm water. Which I didn't mind at the end of a hot day, as it's cool, not cold water - but first thing in the morning it sure was a wake up call I didn't expect 😅 In both messages I received prior to arrival they stated that I should not buy the Istanbulkart at the Airport, as they would give it to me for free. At arrival he said though, that they can not give to me because they have the guests return it upon departure - and that wouldn't make sense for me, as I was only staying there 1 night and moving on somewhere else in Istanbul - so would need the card longer. Fair enough, but that's not how they communicated it beforehand with their, probably google-translated messages.
dmitry (8/5): - The best thing: despite being very close to Taksim square it's a bit isolated, so you can barely hear the Mosque at night. And generally it's uncharacteristically quiet for istanbul. Very considerate host. We liked the breakfast Rooms are pretty old. Bathrooms a bit smelly.

Abbas (1/5): - Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – Achtung! Ich habe ein Familienzimmer gebucht, unter anderem wegen der hohen Bewertung von 9. Nach der Buchung hat mich ein Mitarbeiter per WhatsApp kontaktiert und mir mitgeteilt, dass es kein Familienzimmer gibt, sondern nur zwei verbundene Zimmer (connected rooms). Ich habe dem zugestimmt. Als ich jedoch in Istanbul ankam, hat man mir zwei getrennte Zimmer auf derselben Etage gegeben – nicht verbunden, wie versprochen. Ich habe das abgelehnt, da ich zwei kleine Kinder habe, die nicht alleine in einem separaten Zimmer bleiben können. Das Hotel entsprach außerdem überhaupt nicht den Fotos: alt, nicht sauber, ganz anders als online dargestellt. Ich musste ein anderes Hotel buchen und habe bei Booking um Rückerstattung gebeten. Leider habe ich nur 22 € zurückbekommen – das ist in keiner Weise angemessen. Ich finde es inakzeptabel, dass ein solches Hotel eine Bewertung von 9 hat. Meiner Meinung nach verdient es höchstens eine Bewertung von 1, und das ist noch großzügig.

При бронирование на фото один номер, а когда заселяешься сообщают что этот номер полуподвале, и за ту картинку которая стоит как фактическая - нужно доплатить ещё. То есть это у них так сказать заставка для всех номеров, по факту же номера разные.

Renan (10/5): Custo benefício super justo e anfitriões atenciosos - A localização é muito boa, tanto para a parada do ônibus ao/do aeroporto IST, como para a estação de metrô e praça Taksim, assim como para visitar todo centro histórico. Há ladeiras próximas, mas é o charme daquela região também. Os donos e funcionários que trabalham lá são muito atenciosos, sempre preocupados com os hospedes… até nos ofereceram cartões de transporte para utilizarmos se precisássemos. Tivemos a sorte de estarmos em uma época vazia e ofereceram um upgrade surpresa de quarto :) Café da manhã é super justo, e o quarto confortável. Realmente tem um custo-benefício excelente se comparado a outras opções na região. Recomendo. Acho que nada muito específico. Os quartos, elevador e espaços em geral são pequenos, mas é o charme também de um edifício mais antigo. Se você não acaba ficando muito no hotel durante uma viagem, com certeza não vai te incomodar também.

Рекомендую👍 - Для наших целей- погулять по Стамбулу, а потом нормально принять душ и выспаться отель подошел очень хорошо. + Мы не тратили лишнее время на дорогу до интересных мест и на завтрак - завтрак был в отеле, и расположение очень хорошее. Пешком 15 мин Долмабахче, до 10 мин причал Кабаташ и разные трамваи, автобусы, 10 мин- шатл в аэропорт, 5 мин Таксим и Истикляль. Мы ходили много пешком и плавали в очень разные районы Стамбула и, когда уставали, всегда дорога до отеля была быстрая. + Работа персонала на 10 из 10- уважительно и предупредительно, ориентировались на наш комфорт. Идеальный баланс заботы и соблюдения личных границ- это действительно очень приятно, спасибо. Уборка, завтрак вовремя и как надо. Уточняли наши предпочтения, давали полезную информацию для осмотра Стамбула. + Отель, номер, сантехника, белье, полотенца чистые. Нет неприятных запахов. Матрас и подушки комфортные. + Предлагают сим карту и транспортную Истанбул карт, что экономит деньги и время на их самостоятельный поиск. + Для подъема на 4й этаж с сумками мы пользовались лифтом. + Была очень жаркая погода, но был кондиционер перед сном, а спали с открытыми меньшими окнами- было комфортно, нежарко. Шум от заведений стихал в 11- 12, но я всегда в путешествиях с берушами и это было не важно. + в номере был холодильник, чайник, набор чая и питьевой воды. Феном не стала пользоваться- сломан пластик, побоялась, что ударит током. Фен, считаю, лучше заменить. Стекло большого окна очень пыльное, хотя вид на крыши Стамбула интересный. Есть некоторые бытовые вещи, типа не значительных потертостей не новой мебели или оборудования душа. Но так как это чистое и можно было пользоваться легко и без дискомфорта, то не особо напрягало

Maria (10/5): - Der Ali war der beste, so nett, höfflich, hilfsbereit. Sehr gute zentrale Lage aber ruhige straße wo das Hotel ist. Klimaanlage war super. Es gibst essenmöglichkeiten in der nähe und alles mögliche. Das Frühstück war immer von Ali herzlich vorbereitet. Ich fühlte mich sehr sicher und wohl , vielen Dank , ich werde es weiterempfehlen.

Olga (10/5): Уютный отель рядом с Таксимом - Хороший уютный отель, не очень большой. Находится рядом с площадью Таксим, очень удобно. Приехали достаточно поздно, но нас быстро заселили и даже повысили категорию номера, что очень приятно. Достаточно вкусный завтрак. Соотношение цены качества отличное. Удобная большая кровать. В номере есть все необходимое.

El gerente del hotel se comunicó con nosotras para ayudarnos en nuestra llegada, ofreciendo indicaciones de manera muy amigable y quedando siempre atento a nuestras consultas y solicitudes ¡Muchas gracias Orhan! Georgiy (10/5): Уютно, тихо, спокойно, персонал очень гостеприимный. - Очень удобное расположение, гостеприимный персонал, несмотря на расположение вблизи площади - очень тихо. Постельное и полотенца чистые, с сан.узлом проблем нет. При желании дают устройство с сим картой, раздающие вайфай, нужно только пополнить Гб. Так же дают транспортную карту. Странно, но не было зубной пасты и щетки.
Inna (9/5): - Душевный отель, в отличном месте. Видно, что все сделано с любовью. Хозяин сам предложил нам номер повышенной комфортности, видя что мы очень устали. Чистота, постельное белье приятно пахнет. Есть некоторые предметы интерьера лишние и устаревшие в номере, но кристальная чистота и вид из окна все компенсируют! Удачи и побольше постояльцев!
