- Anonymous (4/5): - Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. At night, we found out our toilet couldn’t flushed properly and called to the front desk for help. All they could do was guide you on how to fix it through phone instead of sending someone in to help. Was charged a fee for extra towel requested. This was my first encounter after experiencing on staying different hotels previously. In addition to that, Could hear pub music at night next to our room and the music played through the hallway at morning in our room. Not worth the price for such services.

- AvaxWei (8/5): Can't sleep too early here - Stayed in Deluxe Queen Room Comfortable bed, clean room. A hairdryer is available but not strong enough. The only downside is you will not be able to sleep early here due to the singing from outside nearby pubs, bars, karaoke places until 2:30 am. Especially noisy on Friday nights. Saturday night was ok, noise level only until 1:30 am. If you are a family with kids, this is not a recommended place. Since I am a solo traveller and I don't sleep that early, so this hotel fit my budget and my condition for a good stay.
- Jozin (6/5): Smell of mould in the room - There was pervasive smell of mould in our room and it was not possible to get rid of it by using AC. The room was small and a bit gloomy (located on ground floor and somewhat dark) but reasonably clean. The bathroom was OK.
- Kimn Huat (8/5): Great Location - Location is very Great, there are many shop around, only a bit noisy at night because there have a pub beside the hotel, room is comfartable and clean.

- placesnisagoes (6/5): Not great, just decent - I stayed here with my family, the place is not bad. Rooms are actually smaller than they are pictured on the net. Staffs aren't so welcoming, that was unfortunate. The place could get a bit noisy as its located around the "bar" area. For muslims, you can find a few halal eating places within the perimeter. I was unlucky, ladies and gents. At 0146, I was awakened by the sound of an unfortunate lady that got cheated on by her boyfriend. The quarrel went on for another hour, could hear her loud and clear from our room on the first floor. If you're on a budget, I'd recommend this place. Almost everything is within a walking distance. You can also use Grab around Labuan (highly recommended), taxi will cost you a lot more.

- Nor Eliza (6/5): - The hotel location is within the city centre and walking distance to the jetty. The room is clean and comfortable considering that I am staying alone. But the hotel is next to the bar and the noise level is very very very high. I cant sleep till 3.00 am because of this disturbance.

- LAU (4/5): Noisy and irresponsibility hotel - The KL hotel just next to disco pub and there is another KTV lounge at the back of hotel. Imagine, at 2.50am morning, the pub music so loud that can beat your heart while the KTV noises almost like your neighbor singing the songs. It's irritating, annoying and frustrating. After such a torment, I have complained to lady boss at front desk. She said this is norm and she had filed several complaints to authority. She said she can't do much with it. (She even no apologies at all). It's so irresponsible, unethical and no moral. The hotel just want to make money regardless the customers priority for their stay. I will strongly recommend you to stay other hotel with the same price point. There are hundred of hotels that offer the same price point. Why you want to pay for the price and get all the frustration and suffering.

- OrangeWhale (10/5): Budget and clean - Stayed here twice on business. This is a small property, room is small, great for 1 person, a bit tight for two. Room is comfortable and very clean. Bathroom is modern and clean. Hotel is surrounded by pubs which comes to live at night. You can hear some noise coming from it at night but it doesn't bother me. Hotel has no lift, ask for lower floors if coming with heavy luggage. Wouldn't mind staying here again.
- terryd985 (6/5): Comfy - Stayed here from 28-30 April when we came for a field trip. Friendly staff, clean comfy room but it can get noisy because of the karaoke next door! However within walking distance of most places in town- banks, laundromats, duty free shops etc.

- mohzan (8/5): Budget hotel- nice n clean - Located town centre, 10 minutes slow walk to Ferry Terminal. Clean n comfortable, rm99 to rm129 per night. Clean toilets, comfy bed, complimentary coffee n other basic needs in the room.Good wifi. But no free parking, use hourly coupons from 8 am to 5 pm
- Verified traveler (6/5): Next door to very noisy Karaoke centre - The hotel is located right next to Karaoke, this premise just stop their operation at 3am. So guest have to bear this very noisy. The room condition is compatible with the price paid but with damp smell as the guest stayed at no windows room. The shower room clogged.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Helpful staff - Good: Very helpful, friendly, accomodative front desk staff, my room was extremely noisy (loud music from nearby karaoke pubs and clubs) on a saturday night, the receptionist was kind enough to allow a room change (after discussing with her superior) without extra charge (from queen to king room). I left my accidentally phone in the room but still able to retrieve it after housekeeping. I was glad. Those who are noise sensitive may want to know that the hotel is very close to karaokes, pubs and clubs.

- Royce88 (8/5): Layover labuan - I booked this place for a night since im going back to kk via menumbok, an adventure of some sort for me. I checked in my stuff first as the room is not ready and i have to say the staffs are really friendly especially if you know how to start a conversation with them. As i entered the room, everything was great because during that time it is a new hotel. I slept like a bear despite that theres a pub located behind my room. Have it a go at this hotel if you're young and adventurous .

The rooms were cosy and clean and the place looked like a good shelter for travellers. The shower flows like a fountain and your bathing time will cut short, however, basic requirements are met. Free wifi outside the rooms.

- PhoebeChong (8/5): Cosy, simple, clean - This is the 1st time Im staying in KL hotel in Labuan, compare to others hotel, this hotel is cheaper and new. All the facilities are new and the hair dryer are attached too. One thing very impressed, this is a non smoking hotel, whoever caught smoking inside the room or even the bathroom will be penalty RM200. But another disadvantage is many karaoke/pub are just next door or nearby, so it is quite noisy in the late night.

Had a very pleasant stay even though on one of the nights, a drunk person kept on knocking on our door. The room was small but it's just the right size for sleeping and to freshen up. The quality of the appliances weee very good. The air cond, heater and hair dryer worked very well. Bedsheets are clean and replaced daily. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Overall a nice stay for an on budget trip. Will definitely stay here again when I do come to Labuan.

- mohdatiqj (4/5): Seriously, no mini fridge? - This is my 3rd stay at this hotel this year. The only thing that keeps me going there is because its new hotel & I like the toilet. Good: - New hotel - Nice toilet - Ample parking but you have to park before 6pm Bad: - No parking space after 6pm due to surrounded by pubs. - Floor is a bit dusty. - Noise at night is inevitable. You have to request room further from pub. - The wifi name "DNA_Visitor1". I didn't realize it is free hotel wifi until my 2nd visit here. The receptionist never mention any free wifi during all my check-ins there. - Fridge was free during my 2nd visit. But this time the said I have to move to bigger room to get the mini fridge plus need to topup RM10/day. To me, that is daylight robbery. Normally my stay in Labuan will be more than a week. Today is the first day check in. Since I already paid for 2 nights, I'll check out the day after tomorrow & find another hotel. Better stay in Mariner. Can get breakfast & fridge no need to topup.
- bearchri (8/5): Convenient mid range option in Labuan - This is a small, newer, mid range hotel straight inland from the ferry terminal. If you get to the general area you will probably be able to find the signs but it is mildly hard to find your first time in town. There are not many rooms but they are comfortable and fairly well appointed for this price range although they are quite small. The bathrooms are clean. Good selection of TV channels. There is very limited parking, I was able to get one of the few spaces right in front of the door one night. Overall this is a good choice for Labuan. There are not any common areas to speak of but the desk is well staffed and everyone is friendly.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good value at $25 for deluxe queen - Brand new hotel and in good condition. No elevator. In a noisy area next to a noisy night club. However, we asked for a room at higher floor, room 205 and it was OK, slight disco noise. Excellent value for the money, can't complain for the $25 per night it cost us. Walking distance of ferry and bus terminal. Nice Indian restaurant nearby. We stayed for 2 nights and would stay here again. The room barely fits the queen size bed and a small desk. Bathroom is OK. If sensitive to noise, ask for higher floor and away from night club. Staff was polite and helpful.

Many food stalls surrounding with walking distance. Easy parking, Quiet room but the window was too high. Recommended to stay.

- NURUL SYAFIQA (8/5): Comfortable Stay - I stayed there for 2 nights, the bed is really comfortable and the room was clean. They have Premier Fox channel, so my stay is really good as there's good movie everyday on the TV, as I'm not going out at night. It is surrounded by pubs and karaoke club, so just asking to get on the higher level room, the music can be barely heard. I have a habit to sleep with the TV's on, so the noise didn't bother me at all. The instant coffee provided by the hotel is tasty and they give you fresh towel with toilet utilities. For a solo traveler, I think this hotel get everything you need for a short stay with a reasonable budget. Thumbs up.
- Abd Rahinin (8/5): - Its in Jati area which surround by many club & bar. So you wouldn't get sleep until 3.30am because it was to loud. If you are in family, it is better to find place far from Jati Commercial area.
- Royce88 (8/5): A visit to the past - I stayed for one night and for a good price. The room was ok for a solo traveler and because its a new hotel, no faulty item or appliances detected. The front office service was good and I chatted with them about Labuan and they told me current news of the island. I depart from the hotel the next day and bid them adieu. Btw, for those that like to complain and fussy, please request for upstairs room because noises from the club next door is quite loud and can affect your sleep (if you're occupying the ground floor).
