ahmo (10/5): - Hele fijne plek die wij echt aan zouden raden. Heel fijn zwembad en goede ruime kamer. Ook qua locatie is de ligging goed, je kan lopen naar het centrum maar dit is best wel een stuk! Taxi is snel gepakt en dan ben je er met 5 minuten. Ook kun je een fiets pakken van het hotel, hele fijne service! Wij hebben echt geen op of aanmerkingen!

A day before our arrival they had a cancellation and we received a little house instead of a room ❤️ A pity that you can swim only until 7 in the evening. In April weather was hot and after a day walking around it would be very nice if you could swim

Notre chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner est excellent… L’hôtel est magnifique avec toutes ces fleurs et ces bonsaïs ! Le personnel est à l’écoute de nos demandes et disponible ! Merci à eux pour les conseils pour le tailleur et le cours de lanterne ! L’hôtel est un peu excentré, ce qui permet d’être au calme. Mais le centre du vieux quartier est très facilement accessible en vélo (a peine 2km) ou même en Grab !

They arranged a day trip to Da Nang with the taxi, which was nice so our last day in Hoi An was well spend. The accommodation offers free bikes, we used this to go to the old town and the beach.

Würde ich immer wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen - alles perfekt. Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür hat man aber auch seine Ruhe.

Georgia (10/5): Fantastic stay - This is one of the few places in all of Vietnam that we’ve travelled that is exactly as advertised. Staff is amazing, so so friendly, and very helpful. The pool area is fantastic, perfect for lounging, cooling off, and sunbathing. The Hotel offers free bicycles you can use to bike to the old town or the beach. My boyfriend got a massage and I got a hair wash, both were very nice and a decently priced. The rooms are very clean, ac is tremendous, and the showers are Hot!!! And stay hot 😍!! We were very happy with this hotel, would 100% recommend. Thank you to our hosts 🙏🏼🫰 We couldn’t stay longer

Mathias (10/5): Wunderschöne Anlage in ruhiger Lage - Toll ausgestattete Zimmer in einer wunderschönen Anlage. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür sehr ruhig. Man konnte sich kostenfrei Fahrräder ausleihen, um in die Stadt zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Es gab aber in unmittelbarer Umgebung tolle Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, es war alles top. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wird es nicht genutzt haben. Nix

Breakfast was good with many choices to order. Free bikes to ride to the beach or old town. Clean and comfortable. A place to relax after the busyness and hustle of other parts of Vietnam. My massage on site was not the best experience. No privacy when dressing or undressing.

Ha (10/5): One of the best stays I’ve ever had - As a Vietnamese, I’m so happy I booked this place for my week in Hoi An. The garden is beautiful, filled with lots of flowers and fruits. My room and the pool are big and very clean. The property is located in an alley so it’s very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I always felt welcomed like at home, especially the uncle who is the gardener. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s gem!

Het personeel was super vriendelijk, het ontbijt was top, en we hebben genoten van het zwembad. Het historisch centrum van Hoi An is tien minuten fietsen maar dit is prima te doen met de gratis fietsen van de accommodatie. Daarnaast zijn er ook veel leuke barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand.

Wilma (8/5): - The place is nice and the owners are friendly. It was great to have a bike to go to town and to the beach, both can be easily reached. I really liked the fruit joghurt for breakfast and enjoyed the pool area. I had the bungalow in the first row which was quite dark inside, I wouldn't book it again. When I was there end of January the house opposite of the hotel was being renovated and there was a lot of very loud construction noise the whole day. But it looked as if thi would be a temporary thing.

The room smelled musty, which is typical of Vietnamese hotels. I did not feel like it had anything to do with the cleanliness of the room.

Nicole (10/5): Our wonderful stay at Betel Garden Villa Hoi an - It feels like paradise here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Awesome garden. Location is great. It's a super easy bycicle ride to old town or to the beach. It's a bit out of the chaos of old town so perfect blend of convenience, but also quiet. With just a 5min bike ride in the neighborhood one can find many cool coffee spots and local restaurants. Nhans Kitchen is popular and everyone knows it, but a few steps further at Pho Nua one can get great food at half the price. Would highly recommend staying here. Nothing negative to add

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room was very big as was the bathroom. Location is perfect, close to many bars and restaurants and close enough to old town to walk (25-30 min) or few minutes by taxi. Great value for money.

Ngaire (10/5): Value for money. True Vietnamese st - Love everything about this place, the friendly staff, the beautiful gardens with pool and Vietnamese styled rooms. Breakfast is cooked to order every morning and is so fresh and tasty. Ms Vang does a wonderful job in organising everything eg. extra drinks for the room fridge, tours, car transfers, day trips.

Alice (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Hoi An ! L’emplacement est parfait, à la fois calme et proche du centre, idéal pour découvrir la ville. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, avec une décoration soignée et une atmosphère très agréable. Les vélos mis gratuitement à disposition sont un vrai plus pour se balader dans les environs. La piscine est superbe, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Un grand merci également au personnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, un vrai coup de cœur !

Philippa (10/5): Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. - We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teen girls) for 8 nights at the beginning of October. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The rooms and facilities were wonderful with everything you would need and expect provided. The pool was clean and large with plenty of comfortable loungers set in a stunning & tranquil garden. The location is excellent with the old town being either an easy walk away or a quick cycle on the hotel's free bicycles. There are lots of great restaurants close by, Nhans kitchen being our favourite at the top of the road. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. It was my daughter's 16th birthday during our stay. I asked about arranging a surprise cake for her, which they did, then said it was a gift when I tried to pay for it. It was so thoughtful and generous and the cake was absolutely beautiful. There was not a single issue or disappointment during our stay and Betel surpassed all our expectations. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and thank them for a perfect stay. There was nothing not to like :-)

Susan (10/5): Super verblijf - Mooie ruime en schone kamers! Er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en het personeel is super vriendelijk. Je kan gratis fietsen lenen! Het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar old town en 5 minuten op de fiets Niks :)

We konden gratis gebruikmaken van de fiets en binnen 5min ben je in het centrum, binnen 15min bij het strand. -
