• Monika (10/5): - I recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of from the very beginning. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious and very generous, with the added bonus that you can choose exactly what you would like to eat and drink. There is something for everyone. A big advantage is also the free airport transfer, which makes traveling and organizing your stay much easier. It’s also worth mentioning that there is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.

• Anna (10/5): Приняли как дома. Спасибо ! - Жила пять дней. Понравилось все. Чувствуешь себя как дома. В бассейне ледяная вода. Хотя на улице наверно плюс тридцать.
• Anna (10/5): Хороший опыт продивания в Маскате. - Предоставили огромную комнату с высокими потолками, вид из окна на прекрасную мечеть. Кровать удобная, подушки мягкие. В номере есть чайник и можно сделать кофе и чай. В ванной комнате, гель для душа , шампунь, мыло и даже зубные щетки. Также были предоставлены одноразовые тапки, удобно в них перемещаться по комнате , так как везде кафель. Гостиница стоит на дороге, шумоизоляция на окнах хорошая. В отеле есть бассейн, но вода холодная. На ресепшене работает прекрасный человек,к сожалению не запомнила его имени , во всем мне помогал. Отель организует трансфер от аэропорта до отеля и обратно. Завтраки стандартные,голодными не останетесь . Отель находиться недалеко от торговых центров в округе их несколько. Также рядом недорогие кафешки, где можно поужинать. Если вы на машине до всех достопримечательностей недалеко. До моря ходила пешком ровно час, хорошая набережная, вода теплая ( февраль), походила босиком . Интернет бесплатный, ловит отлично.

The staff are very kind (including the driver for the airport transfer), but the level of organization is extremely poor. I waited an hour and a half at the airport because of incorrect information they gave me a few days earlier. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and the breakfast is very disappointing. In my opinion, it deserves no more than a 2-star rating.

But what made our stay so exceptional was the friendliness and the helpfulness of the receptionists, especially Lindo. We were stranded in Muscat because of the political crisis nearby and the receptionist spent hours to help us contact airline companies, solve technical problems, answer our questions and make us feel at home. • VELLAS (7/5): - Nous avons bénéficié d'un grand appartement pour 3 personnes et diné au restaurant de l’hôtel . L'hôtel est ancien et très omanais dans l'ambiance ce qui lui confère un certain charme. Petit café pour prendre le petit déjeuner juste à côté Le repas indien était très bon et abordable et le restaurateur très gentil. L'hôtel situé à Seeb est à plus de 20mn de l'embarcadère pour les iles Damanyat. Le matin en semaine, beaucoup d'embouteillage dans le sens Seeb-Mascate et en partant à 7h15, nous avons failli raté le bateau qui partait à 8h. L'eau de la douche est restée assez froide. Pour les iles Damanyat, choisir un hôtel de Seeb plus proche ou le trajet Mascate-Seeb plus fluide

• Kilian (4/5): Personal Top, rest eher mau - Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Frühstück war auch überraschend gut. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, wir haben jedes Wort unseres Nachbarn gehört. Das Bett war etwas unbequem und das Kopfkissen hatte Flecken. Es hat einen unangenehmen Geruch im ganzen Hotel gegeben, besonders im Badezimmer hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen.

Housekeeping was done on time and everything felt organized and comfortable. The internet connection was stable and worked well throughout my stay. I initially had a small issue with the hot water system, but later realized that I simply needed to turn on a specific switch. After that, everything worked perfectly. I would especially like to thank Ms. Fatemeh, who was extremely responsible, professional, and attentive. She truly made a positive difference in the experience and deserves special appreciation Nothing significant to mention.

Camere ampie Struttura decisamente datata (sembra un albergo in fase di smantellamento) che necessita di una rivisitazione. Abbiamo soggiornato qui quattro notti (colazione inclusa nel prezzo) e solo una mattina era a buffet.

• Falk (7/5): Preis-Leistung passt - Extrem freundliches Personal und sehr großzügige Hilfsbereitschaft. Transport zum Flughafen war inklusive. Uns wurde nach dem Check out sogar ein Zimmer zum Duschen zur Verfügung gestellt. Frühstück mit frisch gemachten Saft und Brot war gut.

They are very customer-orientated and always happy to help. I appreciated when hotel contacted me 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp and the driver too in order to organize my stay and transportation. The driver was perfectly there on time to pick me up. He drove very safely and was helpful. I was offered a nice suite with kitchen on the high floor. The room was spacious and had all the equipment expected. It was very calm and there was no noise from road or in the neighborhood. So, very relaxing time. The breakfast was fine for me. I was offered 2 extra hours for the check out. So, in summary a very nice hotel with great staff. A very good value (price & quality). I will come back here. Nothing. All was great and without any issue

• alnaqbi (8/5): المكان هادئ ومريح ويناسب العائلات .موظفي الاستقبال تعاملهم كان لطيفا وبشوشين وكذلك باقي الموظفين . - الافطار جيد وحسب الطلب حيث خالف توقعاتي بان يكون نظام بوفيه مفتوح،، ولكن في الحقيقه تم احضار افطار هندي يحتوي على خبز البراتا والبيض المقلي والشاي والعصير ، كان المسؤول عن المطعم لطيفا وكريما حيث تم احضار ضيافه عند وصولي اول ليله في الغرفه، عباره عن عصير وسندويشات وتمر ،راقت لي كثيرا وتميزوا بها فعلا👏👏👏 كنت ابحث عن القابس لكي اشحن الهاتف ولم اجده مطلقا وتبين لي عند سؤالي انه يوجد خلف المنضده بالقرب منالسرير في مكان لايرى ..اتمنى ابلاغ المقيمين عند وصولهم بهذه الملاحظه .ايضا الملاءات قديمه بعض الشي وتحتاج الى تجديد لراحة اكثر وتعطيرها اذا امكن . لم استخدم الاجهزه لتقييمها .الحمام نظيف ولكن الحوض امتلأ بالماء لعدم قدرته على التصريف .يرجى الاهتمام به اكثر .يوجد ادوات حمام فرشاه ومعجون وصابون وشامبو وشفرة حلاقه ومجفف شعر.الواي فاي عالي السرعه..

Ristorante con piatti vari e molto buoni (funzionante sia a colazione, sia a pranzo, sia a cena), colazione servita al tavolo abbondante e buona (yogurt, uova, salsiccia, pane buonissimo, marmellata, burro, torta, succo di frutta, tè, caffè), costi più che ragionevoli. Servizio navetta gratuito ottimo, puntualissimo (ci hanno prelevato alle 6.30 del mattino). Stanze abbastanza insonorizzate, considerato che si trova su una strada principale il disturbo era minimo. Piscina ampia e parcheggio gratuito con molti posti auto. Caffè e datteri sempre disponibili nella hall. Arredamento un po' datato (comunque i mobili in legno massiccio sono ancora funzionanti). Necessita di qualche attenzione in più, ad es. i phon non funzionavano in nessuno dei due bagni (segnalato ci hanno fornito immediatamente un altro phon) e il lavandino perdeva un po'. Aria condizionata leggermente rumorosa. Presenza di materassi nei pianerottoli delle scale che rendevano difficile il passaggio a piedi.
• Gabriele (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, siamo stati bene. - Personale eccellente, gentile e premuroso, risposte immediate e precise via mail e via whatsapp. Appartamento molto grande (il nostro era dotato di due ampie camere da letto, due bagni completi con vasca, un soggiorno e una cucina). Aria condizionata leggermente rumorosa. Insonorizzazione discreta, considerato che la struttura è posizionata su una strada principale il rumore è leggerissimo. Cucina buona aperta sia a colazione, sia a cena, sia a pranzo, colazione servita al tavolo ma abbondante (uova, yogurt, pane, marmellata, burro, salsicce, succo, tè, caffè, torta), prezzi ragionevoli. Ampio parcheggio, piscina ampia dotata di qualche sedia, tavolino e lettino. Servizio navetta ottimo e puntuale (ci hanno prelevato alle 6.30 del mattino). Struttura consigliata. Materassi presenti sui pianerottoli delle scale che rendevano difficile il passaggio a piedi. Arredamento un pò datato ma comunque con mobili massicci ancora funzionanti. Necessiterebbe un pò di attenzione nella manutenzione (phon non funzionanti, ma prontamente sostituiti), leggera perdita d'acqua in bagno.
