• Sandeep (5/5): Good for a short stay. Overpriced than what is being offered. - 1. Breakfast was good and several choices were available. 2. Peaceful location. No nuisance of traffic. 3. Polite and helping staff going extra length to help guests. 4. Very good speed of wifi. 5. Rooms having balcony view are recommended, offering fantastic view. 1. Property location is far away from the main road. One has to walk 500-600 meters to reach main road to access transport, market etc. 2. TV was not operational before guest checked- in. Had to request to make it operational. The hotel must have checklist to ensure all facilities are functioning before the guest checks-in. 3. The hot water electric kettle has a very short electric wire which can not be connected to the power socket on the wall. We had to keep the kettle on the ground to connect to the power socket. (highly frustrating) 4. No spa in the hotel though hotel claims to have one in their facility. The hotel has a tie- up with a spa which will pick and drop the guests. This is very highly disappointing. 5. There is a swimming pool on the other side of the hotel which seems to be belonging to some other property. The hotel did not inform that the swimming pool belongs to them. 6. No elevator in the hotel. Difficult for guests who are allotted high rise floors. 7. Room appearance is like very old, especially the floor tiles. 8. No magnetic card swipe locks installed on the room door. Still using old key system. 9. No list of contact no. of the hotel is available inside room. In case of requirement, one has to guess the no. and dial.

• Natalia (8/5): Traditional nepaly building very beautiful in quite place. - They have nice swimming pool, the area is quiet but very near of lake and restaurants. The building is very beautiful. The breakfast is a little simple and they bought for us two bus tickets not in a very good bus.
• Erik (9/5): Very good value for money. Children adore the swimming pool. - Good breakfast with several hot dishes. Spacious rooms with balcony and airco. Quiet location on Street nr. 2 in residential area, just 5 minutes walk from busy Lakeside road and tourist bus station. Friendly and helpfull staff. The Pokhara April smog that makes the mountains invisible!

• Don (8/5): - Nice property. Good rooms with a view of the Annapurna mountains. Good location fairly close to the lake. Good service and good price. We did experience a small problem in the food department. The cooking staff although accommodating, might be well served with a few suggestions on continental food preparation (eggs, fish and even some local foods, which were cooked with more than adequate oil.) However we would stay there again were we to visit Pokhara in the future, although we would probably eat at a restaurant nearby.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel, friendly staff & good food. - Lovely hotel with great mountain views. Friendly staff. Held onto our bags whilst trekking. Would stay here again.
