• Herna (5/5): Passable - Only one thing, the location is near the beach. 1st, Booked for the room with the sea view in booking. Com. The title also stated "Room with sea view" When arrived at the counter, the front girl did not said anything until we walk to the room. The girl without guilt said that the room with sea view is fully booked for two days. I just feel soo frustrated and cannot do anything because already paid for the room. So for the hotel, please in the future, DO NOT STATED ANYTHING THAT U CANNOT PROVIDE. 2nd, The water heater in the bathroom was not functioning and have low water pressure. Not being fussy, but these two reason made my vacation mood spoil.. Tq

• Yazid (1/5): THE WORST!! - The place that we stay near place to eat and lots of choice but expensive. The beach is near, but there are numerous boats and jet skis, making it unsafe and dirty with lots of garbage due to many stall nearby. The owner claimed that the room had a balcony and sea view but our room didn't even have a window and next to receptionist counter. No parking for cars. The walls were so thin that we could hear and see people from outside at night, which made it difficult for us to sleep because of the noise and made us feel unsafe. The light from outside was also bothersome at night. The connected room had a toilet and we could hear everything that was happening include people doing their business, which was very unpleasant. The sliding door did not feel secure, as it could only be locked with a key. The TV is not working, and we have filed a complaint, but the staff has not taken any action. The cups were dirty, the furniture in the room was outdated, and there was no place to hang dry or wet clothes. The worst booking we've ever made in our lives.

• James (4/5): Worst place we’ve stayed in Malaysia - The bed was comfortable. The location was not as it appeared. It was supposed to be beachfront, but it looked out over a roof to some traders opposite. It isn’t actually a hotel at all, it’s just some rooms over a row of shops: you collect the key from one of the shops. The room was dilapidated and grubby, with nowhere to put anything: we stayed one night, then went to a proper hotel just round the corner where we had a nice chalet on the beach, for a lot less money.

The staff lepas tangan about the room issue and just ask us to give the low rating for the room . The air conditioner take a long time to start working . I already email the Booking.com to take action to this property.

• Chakraborty (9/5): Great location - Great location. Like it for the access of everything . Though it's near beach cant see the beach properly as it's covered by trees. Also beware of booking beach view as there are some room faces opposite to the beach.

• Afira (8/5): Good location, spacious. - Location is good. We stayed at room #5 with sea view and got small balcony to spend time. Room space can fit 4-5 pax. Maybe can put small fridge in the room as the weather is so hot. Got a chocolate shop, souvenir shop and mini mart downstairs. Many restaurants along the road but mostly closed during our stay. Little more busier and noisier during the weekend as people are busking at night.

Room also clean, air conditioning ok, water pressure also ok. Overall, nice place to stay for short trip with friends.

• Afifi (4/5): Hotel in front of food stall - Not much too write about this hotel. Room not so comfortable to stay but the best thing is there is mini market below your hotel and in front of your hotel are many food stall and beach.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Tout est dans le commentaire ! - L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur du prix, chambre spatieuse mais très très vieille. La gérante de l'hôtel est désagréable. Fuite importante d'eau au plafond, ainsi que cafard dans la chambre. Je ne recommande pas du tout la chambre, la literie laisse également à désirer... Tout ça pour 80RM (pour info, moins cher lors de la réservation sur internet). Attention si vous arrivez le weekend c'est 100RM !!!
