• Frankie (10/5): great staying! - The property exceeded our expectations. It looks much better than the photos. The room was cozy and completely quiet. It was very clean. They had the softest towels. Breakfast was good and the service was perfect: professional, helpful and very kind. It is immersed in nature which made our staying very relaxing. nothing

• Fabio (2/5): Mezzo infarto e rapporto qualità prezzo inesistente - La struttura è molto carina ed è immersa nel bosco. Avevo prenotato una suite ma era una normalissima stanza con bagno. Nella descrizione della stanza c’era scritto stanza con patio, si, ma il patio non è ad uso esclusivo della stanza: è semplicemente il giardino della villa. Al nostro arrivo eravamo i soli nella struttura. Intendo veramente soli! Non c’erano altri ospiti e non c’era nemmeno il personale ed il check in l’abbiamo fatto online. La casa è anche immersa nel bosco e lontana dal paese. Circa all’una di notte ci siamo svegliati di soprassalto sentendo dei rumori all’interno della struttura ed abbiamo sentito la maniglia della nostra porta muoversi; nonostante l’ora abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria che ci ha comunicato che erano appena arrivati degli ospiti nel cuore della notte. Peccato il quasi infarto che ci è venuto. Avrebbe almeno potuto avvisarci prima per non farci spaventare. La mattina dopo è comparsa una ragazza per circa 10 minuti per servici la colazione: un cornetto da dividere a metà, due (contate) fette di torta e una brioche sempre da dividere a metà. Alla mia richiesta di avere un bicchiere di latte mi è stato risposto che non era possibile perché non avevano il latte; ci hanno dato invece due succhi di frutta ma non abbiamo potuto nemmeno scegliere il gusto e ci siamo dovuti accontentare di quelli previsti. La colazione aveva un sovrapprezzo di circa 20 euro se non ricordo male e non abbiamo nemmeno avuto un cornetto ciascuno o un bicchiere di latte! Il costo spropositato non è giustificabile da nessun servizio visto che i servizi sono inesistenti. Oltre i cento euro a notte per un letto, un bagno, un cornetto a metà ed un mezzo infarto. Oltretutto tutto intorno alla struttura vi erano posaceneri pieni di mozziconi di sigarette evidentemente abbandonati da tanto tempo; le sedie nel “patio” non erano utilizzabili in quanto completamente ricoperte di sporcizia. Non ho mai fatto una recensione negativa ma questa volta ho dovuto visto il costo per una notte!

• francescacV3010ZA (10/5): Hidden gem 💎 - This place is a gem. Tooked away not too far from lazio training groundsThe house was very clean ,The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We also had full use of the kitchen facilities, which were a bonus. Would I book again definitely Yes.

• Sié (10/5): Beautiful nature stay outside of Rome <3 - Amazing property in pure nature! Very easy check in, Parking & breakfast available and a beaaaautiful modern room overlooking the forest. Waking up to nature sounds is amazing. Not too far from Rome and nice to get away from the chaotic city. Beautiful interior.

• Lada (8/5): Very good - The house looks great, and nature lovers will like it. We especially liked the possibility of using the whole kitchen for our needs. The location is in the middle of the woods, so it might be scary for some people :D also the animals make noises, so also something to take into account
