- 兆安 (9/5): 休閒旅遊好去處 - 性價比不錯Hotel都會有相當的設施休閒很少Hotel有這些設施還不錯，交通地理位置很好，適合大人小孩，週遭便利商店，棒球打擊場，生活購物，尤其武聖夜市就在旁邊非常的方便！ 員工服務態度有點會不耐煩的感覺，非常忙碌基本上是可以理解的，但是這就是做服務業的宿命！如果枕頭可以有兩個的話會比較好一個硬一個軟，而且兩個可以拿來靠腰看電視，讓人可以選擇高枕頭跟軟的枕頭！

- YU YEN (8/5): 教育訓練請加強。其餘房物、早餐、停車都很棒。 - 離夜市近、711在轉角也很近。 空中花園挺漂亮的。 房間很大、浴缸很棒。 半夜請櫃檯人員多給棉被櫃檯也可以！ 員工處理事情的應變能力需加強。 團客早上6.30在走廊嬉鬧、聊天，隔音差。 透過BOOKING訂房，不確定是對方那裡出錯了，導致於價格有問題，第一時間飯店人員打來請我取消訂房。充滿疑惑⋯ 請我直接取消，我覺得有問題你跟我解釋我可以取消，而不是直接打來告知問題在哪，發現是平台的問題，出錯後請遊客自行取消，重新訂房。 而且是假日早晨的8:30分打來，真心覺得客服小姐請加油。 客服小姐當下直言我要取消訂單，我表示確實妳單方面取消後會有糾紛，客服小姐才去請示主管，過兩天又打來說就接受這樣訂單。 真心覺得訂單成立後，要求遊客自己改單，訂了這麼多次第一次被這樣對待，真的觀感很差⋯⋯⋯

- CHIH JUNG (9/5): CP值高 - 本次入住雙人房(500),有停車位(限格),硬體部份經歲月顯的有些斑駁,但環境整潔乾淨,房內空間大,有一套沙發皮椅(方便外食)/冰箱/空調,無菸味,且大空間浴廁,附有大大的按摩浴缸(小孩玩的很開心)/乾濕分離/蒸氣/沖浴蓮蓬頭.另外,館內附有遊戲室(<3y)/桌球/水池/健身房. #早餐(中式),出乎意料外的好吃+親切且辛苦服務阿姨們. #距“武聖夜市”徒步5分鐘,相當方便. 多了一個鎖住的門.

- 渝庭 (8/5): - 離武聖夜市走路3分鐘 已有留言需要澡盆，圍欄等備品，飯店表示有備注，進到房間都沒有看到，跟他們告知請房務人員補上，還問我們要不要幫我們裝？第一次請房務人員幫忙，可能我們表達不清楚，總共需要3個圍欄，所以又送了一次，朋友因為覺得不好意思，所以表示自己裝即可，媽媽帶著小孩，如果房務人員可以更貼心一點主動幫忙裝好圍欄會更好。

- ziyun芓云 (9/5): - 旅館設備很好，有SPA,有撞球等遊樂設施，CP值高。最棒的是早餐食物很新鮮健康，極為豐富，其中也為吃素的人準備很多道菜，這是許多旅館少有的貼心，尤其廚師及工作人員都是一級棒，熱心服務，覺得有回家的感覺，值得大力推薦的旅館！ 旅館唯一覺得要改進是我們的房間冷氣太大聲（即使冷氣轉到最小），很可惜的敗筆！希望下次去，會改進！
