- Li Hwa (8/5): Had a enjoyable 4N stay and overall was happy. - Welcoming hotel and there was free complimentary snacks and cold drinks & beer in the fridge. Makes the customer happy and well treated. The house keeping and cleaning was good too. The free shuttle service to Macau city central only starts 12.30pm. This is too late. They should provide early shuttle service like at least 10am or 10.30am.. Breakfast variety was alot but quality not that good. Can improve further.

The food court that near to celebrity tower was good and Don Don Donki was near too! Near to lobby there was Dinsey characters and also Disney songs too, it will be nice for kids! And thank you to Briex for helped me a lot about answering my questions (I asked a lot questions like the shuttle bus locate and time also the way to go to The Venetian Macao) Also the staff in luggage! He was soooo kind and nice person. (I'm so sorry that I didn't check his name..)

- 달님1 (9/5): - 생일 신청시 고객에게 객실에 축하장식과 케익을 보내주심. 웰컴 과일과 12~3월까지는 실내 수영장을 이용할 수 있게 해 주어서 매우 좋았고, 웰컴드링크도 줌. 에펠탑 전망객실을 선택한것이 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 경전철이 호텔2층과 바로 연결되어서 윈팰리스분수쇼와 갤럭시호텔, 타이파빌리지 다녀 오기가 넘 편했습니다. 3월에 경전철을 타러 가며 일몰도 즐길수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔1층의 식당들은 다 평점 이상이었습니다. 한식당도 자동차음식점도... 마카오 전체셔틀이 오전중에는 시티 쪽으로 가는 셔틀이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 9시반이나 10시쯤 1대의 버스라도 운행을 해 주면 더욱 이용객들을 부룰 수 있을 것 같았습니다. 스포트라이트뷔페에 김치가 있었으면 더욱 좋았을것 같습니다.

- MAKO (10/5): 最高のロケーション！ホテル内の津津レストラン最高！ - ホテルからの無料シャトルバスがあちこちに出ていてとても助かりました。 大勢で行ったため、街のレストランよりもホテル内にある津津のディナーが明朗会計、ビール、ワイン、泡、ソフトドリンク飲み放題付きバイキングでポルトガル料理もマカオ料理も食べられたし、スイーツも可愛く美味しくて食後のコーヒーもラテアートまでしてくれて、どれも美味しくいただきました。同僚はここが一番美味しかったと大満足でした。部屋からの景色、夜景も美しく今まで泊ったホテルの中で最高でした。 マクドナルド側の1F、2Fともフードコートがまだ未完成だったのか？やっている店が少なく空腹で期待していったら残念でした。エレベーターのセキュリティがしっかりしているのですが、しっかりしすぎて気軽には階の違う友達の部屋に遊びに行けなくなっていました。

Persino la solita scatola di Nudols liofilizzati! Oltre al casinò molti negozi e punti ristoro. Attenzione dopo le 22 chiude tutto e risulta difficile mangiare. I prezzi sono abbastanza cari...

- Scott.H (9/5): Superb! - A superb hotel and great value for money. Stayed in the Celebrity Suite which was fabulous; it was above and beyond expectation with amenities and perks. The only very minor downside... no iron or ironing board in the room, but available on request. There was only one slight thing: everything was exceptional and well thought of, but on departure, you had to leave on the bus through the 'back door' which wasnt particularly glamorous and the service wasn't particularly great. The complete opposite to arrival.
