• Voyage08331150924 (10/5): Amazing value for money and would recommend - We have just returned from this resort after spending 2 weeks there with my mother. From the get go the staff were super friendly and welcoming especially Ahmed at reception. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. The pools are nice and quiet with the beach right next to the pool beyond the snack bar. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have good quality showers. The food I will have to admit is absolutely amazing. In terms for an all inclusive for the price range you simply won’t get better food and quite frankly having visited competitors like Intercontinental it blows it out of the water. The constant variety of the grill specials are amazing and at lunchtime every other day or so they will cook various meats on the charcoal and it is simply to die for (especially the shish tawouk & the chicken tandoori). We visited the a la carte restaurants as well and they were of a decent standard. The standout however was Chopsticks and would recommend anyone staying here to try this restaurant. The bar staff and general waiters are so friendly and work non stop ensuring everyone is well taken care of. I will admit there are 2 drawbacks to this hotel. First being the location. There is simply nothing around to do and desert. If you are someone who likes to venture out of the hotel on an evening then this may not be for you. However, there is always something going on in the bars on the evenings whether it be sport or live music. Another drawback is the comfort of the sun loungers. They are metal and fixed in one position making them uncomfortable at times. What is strange is that there are the foam cushions available to be used but you specifically have to ask for them rather than them being automatically already on the sun loungers. Once we obtained the cushions they immediately made the comfort much better. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to someone travelling to Egypt for its cleanliness, high quality food and friendly staff just bear in mind the lack of atmosphere outside the hotel.
• Faz00622 (6/5): 4 star at a push - I’m here now and I would rate this hotel closer to a 4-star at best, despite being advertised as a 5-star resort. The hotel looks nice in photos, but in reality it feels a bit tired and not very clean in places. The rooms are large, modern, and comfortable, which was a positive and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. However, there were no robes or slippers, which you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The food is average. You will always find something to eat, but the variety is limited and repetitive. The snack bars and poolside food are extremely poor and not worth visiting at all. The hotel also lacks basic service around the pools. There is no waiter service by the pool, and surprisingly, no bar next to the water slides. The hotel claims to have an “aqua park,” but in reality there are only a few slides, which is disappointing. The blue bar next to the slides is always closed and only opens briefly for ice cream, with the machine wheeled over, no drinks are ever available there. One of the biggest drawbacks is the complete lack of atmosphere. There is no music, no daytime entertainment, and no real evening vibe, the hotel feels very quiet and almost lifeless. There is also nothing to do around the hotel unless you book excursions. For families, this resort falls short. There is very little for children to do. The play area is poor, the kids’ club is basically non-existent, and overall the resort feels like it desperately needs a revamp. We were also disappointed upon arrival as there was no welcome or greeting, which immediately set the wrong tone. The shisha is overpriced at $10 and doesn’t even last half an hour. Another frustration was being unable to get small change anywhere, making it difficult to tip, which is unfortunate because the staff truly deserve it. The staff are the absolute highlight of this hotel. They are incredibly friendly, hardworking, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. The service from staff is excellent, and without them, this hotel wouldn’t even reach a 4-star level. Overall: Nice rooms and outstanding staff, but poor atmosphere, limited food options, weak facilities, and misleading “aqua park” claims. This hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating and needs major improvements to meet expectations.
• S9314DFannag (10/5): Lovely place with exceptional service - I visited the hotel twice, in 2023 and 2024. It was my first experience in Egypt and thanks to this exceptional place, I fell in love with the country. The rooms were sparkling clean and spacious, the food so good that I we sometimes went to dinner twice 😁 The a'la carte restaurants were really good, especially the oriental one. On our second stay we were treated with special care and we were given an upgraded room with a lovely pool and sea view. The Staff working in the hotel were amazing, But of course the brightest star in the hotel is Remon ❤️ He takes such care of the guests that I believe he is the reason why so many people return to this hotel, or like me, look for similar service in other hotels of the Amarina chain.

• Matthias (5/5): Kantinenflair und Dauerbeschallung am Pool - Positiv hervorzuheben sind der freundliche und hilfsbereite Service an der Rezeption sowie das aufmerksame Barpersonal. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Besonders begeistert haben uns die Themenrestaurants – hervorragendes Essen, toller Service und ein besonderes Lob an das Fischrestaurant am Strand sowie das asiatische Restaurant. Leider gab es aber auch deutliche Schwächen: Der Service im Hauptrestaurant war unkoordiniert und erinnerte eher an eine Kantine. Plastikstühle und -tische sowie laute Tablettwagen passten nicht zu einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Am Pool war es oft zu laut, das Animations-, SPA- und Promoter-Personal für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten traten sehr aufdringlich auf und akzeptierte ein „Nein“ kaum. Unser erstes Zimmer war bei Anreise schmutzig, wurde aber am Folgetag getauscht und war danach in Ordnung. Das eigentliche Hotel mag in manchen Bereichen überzeugen, jedoch hat mein Eindruck vom Management den Gesamteindruck stark getrübt. Besonders bedenklich fand ich den Umgang des Hotelmanagements mit Bewertungen: Noch vor der Abreise wurden meine Frau, eine Freundin auch ich dazu gedrängt, ausschließlich positive Bewertungen abzugeben. Vorallem sollten Personen aus dem Management besonders positiv hervorgehoben werden auch unter Nennung ihrer Namen. Nach meiner Rückkehr wurde ich sogar per WhatsApp kontaktiert, mit der Bitte, negative Bewertungen zu löschen oder abzuändern, da dies angeblich persönliche Konsequenzen für Mitarbeitende hätte. Diese Art der Einflussnahme empfinde ich als absolut unprofessionell und unangemessen. Ich finde es wichtig, dass Bewertungen ehrlich und unbeeinflusst erfolgen können – sowohl positive als auch negative. Solches Verhalten zerstört Vertrauen und wirft kein gutes Licht auf das Hotelmanagement.
• Yoon Joo (3/5): It was bearable except for the old facilities and uncomfortable solicitation - Various dinner menus every day for 10 days. The food was generally tasty. Packing services were practical in case you miss some meals. Close distance to the diving centers and the beach. Easy to do all the water activities. Fireshow on Saturday. Shisha on the beach. Friendly manager who helped us a lot, housekeeping staff, and milk tea/mochi sellers. Overall, most of the staff were very nice and kind. Clinic service inside the hotel. Although we paid a fee, we were relieved that I could receive basic medical service without going to a big hospital. Respect for animation team trying so a hard to encourage and animate people. SCAM. Excessive solicitation. Especially at the hair salon—a guy(like a broker who makes deals with customers) insisted on pushing unwanted services for over 30 minutes. Even after I explained and said no, he complained that he had lost other customers because of me. It was very unpleasant. I’ve experienced bargaining at tourist spots in other countries, but this was extremely uncomfortable. The room condition was generally old and worn, with many broken parts. The first room I was assigned had no usable hangers; they were all rusty. The water came out rusty when I turned it on, and only after changing rooms did I realize that not all the amenities were provided. The new room also had a malfunctioning shower, and all the shelves were sagging and tilted. Our things often slipped and fell. The view was better, and we didn’t want to waste more time, so we didn’t complain, but for a five-star hotel the condition was quite poor. Coffee was the worst. None of us liked it. One of us stayed in Seven Seas Jolie Bay for the first few days, she said that coffee is better there. Breakfast was the same every day. Overall, the sweets and drinks were too much sweet. The bars always served the same drink menu, which became boring. Coriander (cilantro) was in almost every dish; coriander haters, beware. All pools and beachside services had early closing hours. After a full day of scuba diving, you couldn’t even enjoy the pool bar, the pool, or light snorkeling by the beach—there wasn’t much to do after sunset. The songs were too old and were repeated throughout the 10 days—it felt like music from 15–20 years ago. Even the kids’ songs were the same for all 10 days. It would be good to update the playlist. The singers at the daily events were different each day, but except for the one at the fire show on Sept 27, the others did not seem well-trained. It was unpleasant to be greeted with “Ni hao” without asking. Asia isn’t only China.

Leider wird das Publikum zusehends unangenehmer. Vordrängler und rücksichtsloses Verhalten sind sehr anstrengend. Ebenfalls anstrengend ist die Dauerbespaßung durch hyperaktive junge AnimateurInnen. Warum muss ständig Unterhaltung mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse geboten werden. Für Ruhe Suchende der falsche Ort.

• Sylvie (9/5): Bof, sans plus - Les travailleurs sur les bateaux qui sont sur la jetée sont très sympas. La dame de la réception m’a donné une chambre plus grande que prévue, c’était vraiment très agréable. Le centre de Kitesurf Hawa n’est pas trop loin, mais on ne peut pas y accéder à pied le long de la plage, sauf par la grosse route (kitesurfers: si c’était à refaire, j’accepterai la proposition d’hôtel du centre de Kite) La cantine est un peu déprimante. Le personnel derrière le buffet est assez désagréable. Par contre en salle ils sont un peu plus sympas. Les piscines ne donnent pas envie. Les massages au spa ne sont pas bons. Les touristes sont des pays de l’Est et je n’ai pas réussi à avoir un seul sourire ni salutations Bref j’ai pas trop aimé. Normalement je ne suis pas difficile.

• Mohamed (9/5): Sehr toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Resort - Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Dank Mr Maged konnten wir ein paar Probleme am Anfang sehr gut meistern. Er war stets bemüht unsere Anliegen zu erfüllen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und eignet sich hervorragend für Familien. Der Strand war auch sehr schön und es gab immer freie Liegen zu jeder Zeit. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die A la Carte Restaurant waren meiner Meinung nach nicht so spektakulär bis auf das Orientalische (Zeina). Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Daher kann ich dieses Hotel allen Familien empfehlen die ein gutes Preis/Leistung Angebot suchen. Die A La Carte Restaurants waren nicht so gut.

We recently stayed at Amarina Abu Soma Resort as a family of 9 people (7 adults and 2 children) in 4 separate rooms, and I can confidently say this was one of our best travel experiences ever in Hurghada. Although it was our 4th time in Hurghada, it was our first time in Abu Soma and at Amarina, and the resort exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first moment we arrived at 07:00 am, we were warmly welcomed with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The staff greeted us with refreshing wet towels – a small but thoughtful detail that felt wonderful after the early flight and journey with children and luggage. The check-in process was smooth, and we immediately received our bracelets and were invited to enjoy breakfast in the main restaurant while our rooms were prepared. The breakfast was a delight – a truly international buffet with a rich variety of fresh vegetables, salads, live cooking stations for eggs, international cheeses and cold cuts, pancakes, donuts, cereals, fruits, desserts, juices, and excellent coffee. Despite the hotel being busy, the restaurant team was extremely attentive and even managed to secure a regular table for us every day, which made our group feel extra special. Our family room on the ground floor was ready shortly after. It was spacious, modern, and perfectly located just steps from the beach and pools. The design and cleanliness were impeccable, creating the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for families. The à la carte restaurants are another highlight of the resort. We especially recommend the Italian restaurant, where everything – from salads and appetizers to pasta and main courses like pizza, steak, and fish – was absolutely delicious and prepared to a very high standard. The food quality throughout the resort was excellent. The beach is stunning – wide, sandy, and perfectly maintained. The snack bar and beach bar offered plenty of refreshing drinks and snacks, while the animation team kept both adults and kids entertained without being intrusive. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed, the General Manager, who was constantly visible around the resort, engaging with guests, and making sure everyone’s stay was nothing less than perfect. His leadership and the professionalism of the entire team truly reflect the high standards of this resort. Overall, Amarina Abu Soma Resort delivers a 5-star experience in every aspect – from hospitality, food, and facilities to the warm atmosphere created by the staff. Our family and friends left with beautiful memories, and we cannot wait to return.

• TheALN (10/5): Amazing Stay at Amarina Abu Soma Resort – Thanks to Mohamed Ramadan - We had such a great time at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the whole place is very well looked after. What really stood out was the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Mohamed Ramadan made sure our group was taken care of at all times. We were 19 people, which is not easy, but they managed to accommodate every single need without any problems. The food was another highlight – always fresh, lots of choice, and really tasty. The location right by the Red Sea is beautiful, with clear water and plenty to do around the resort, whether relaxing or exploring. It was honestly one of the best holidays we’ve had, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

• corinasZ375AZ (10/5): Amazing stay at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark - with the most friendly and kind waiter, Shareef! - Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. We came to the hotel with Coral Travel Agency, Odeon Tours, they took us from the airport in Hurghada. The staff from the hotel immediately took our baggage and wanted to make sure that we don't carry them. I arrived with my sister, mother and father in the evening and they thought we are tired and immediately gave us a place to sit down, where we could rest a bit and think about what type of rooms we would like. Even if we initially had two standard rooms, they gave us two rooms with pool view, next to each other. We also booked a trip to Luxor (with the travel agency we came) where we visited Karnak Temples, Valley of Kings, Tomb of Ramses I, II, III, Tut Ankh Amun and Queen Hatshepsut. It was very very hot and we were tired at the end of the day, but we enjoyed it! I was very happy with all the food from the hotel. I like it when there is a lot of cake in the all inclusive resorts. I love eating sweets. My favourite one was bananas with caramel sauce. And of course, besides the sweets, I tried rice, chicken, kebab, sushi, French fries with ketchup (of course, the best French fries), pasta, salads with tomatoes and cucumbers, fish and many other meals. All of them at breakfast, noon and dinner were nicely prepared and presented. They even have a zone with food just for kids. ♥️ Oh and all the waiters were very nice to us, very friendly and always joking around. It was very nice to see so many waiters that say "hello, good morning/afternoon/evening" every time they see us. It was our first time in Egypt and I didn't know about the Arabic hospitality. I've never seen such nice people and I've never received so many compliments in my life. It was the thing that surprised me the most and made me feel very good and appreciated. I want to take this moment to give special thanks to Shareef from the Element Restaurant, the waiter who, at some point, already knew exactly what we wanted to drink. He was the one that served us the most and we liked him very much. Oh and by the way, he served us with the best beer I've ever drunk in my life! I loved the cappuccino in the morning as well, very very tasty! We also booked a dinner at Luca Toni restaurant and I loved the Italian food. Very very good pasta. I tried penne with pesto, spaghettini carbonara and Tiramisu. Delicious! 😋 There was just one problem: I unfortunately suffered from Egyptian Belly, because we come from Europe and we were not very used to the food and water from Egypt. We knew about this and of course we didn't drink water from the sink in our rooms (it's not tap water, we went to the reception to ask for bottled water) and we came prepared with the right medication and drank lots of peppermint tea.😁 In the whole resort there were so many people who came to us to ask us "where we're from, if everything's okay" and the minute they knew that we're from Romania, they wanted to say something in Romanian. I think that is very very sweet. 🥰 We enjoyed the private beach and the pools as well. The water temperature of the sea was just as we like it: warmer. Each of us had cards for the beach and pool towels and everything was perfect. We loved the people from the Aqua Gym, such a big energy! ✨ It was a pleasure to meet the person who cleaned our rooms, Jad. He was as kind as everyone else and always smiled at us. He even surprised us with new towels in the room: they were transformed in animals. It was very sweet! 🥰 I also loved the night parties (White Party for example, when even all the waiters wore white shirts, Shareef looked great in his white shirt) and all the music from the other nights as well. It was exactly my type of music and I always sang along with the singer. Thank you very much for everything! You were amazing, it was a pleasure meeting you all. This was my favourite holiday! ♥️

This hotel is unreal in both what it has to offer and the genuine hospitality of the people that work there! We had the best time there celebrating my daughters 21st. We had a twin bed sea view room which had dual aspect views. It was clean and very well presented. The beds were large and comfortable and the air-conditioning was perfect! Our room was cleaned as and when we requested and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony getting ready for the evening. Food was plentiful and always freshly prepared. I had no concerns over food and drink whatsoever. We tried the main buffet, the Italian, the Indian and chopsticks al a carte. Chopsticks was the best, but all were very tasty! The beach, although small was lovely and sandy, with showers to clean off the sand before heading back to the hotel. The sea was lovely and warm and due to the higher salt concentration, made floating effortless. There are several pools, but we stuck with the main pool with the swim up bar. It was more lively at certain times of the day and we were grateful for the wonderful drinks. The hotel was the cleanest I've ever known, the attention to every detail phenomenal. Gardeners working throughout the day, everyday. The pool guys cleaning throughout the night ready for the morning, the staff cleaning and wiping down every single chair at night. They do a fantastic job just for our enjoyment. The animation team did their upmost hardest to get us up and do things, sorry we were boring guys, we just wanted to chill, but loved watching you all having fun and dancing. 'Jerusalema' will always remind me of our trip and is still playing in my head constantly! The evening shows were great! Lastly (I know I've said a lot already) I want to say a massive thank you to certain people there, that without them, this trip wouldn't have been what it was. Thank you the guest services manager Rahim, for sorting out our taxis and making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Mostly for all the effort you put in for the extra touches to help celebrate my daughters birthday! And the biggest thank you to Khaled on the pool bar. Every day this kind man would make us delicious and beautiful cocktails. We didn't even need to ask, he just knew what we would like and would spend time decorating them for us. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Barkeeper Kaled an der Poolbar, er hat uns mit seiner herzlich-freundlichen Art den Urlaub wirklich verschönert ♥️. Die gesamte Anlage war jederzeit sauber und machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Zudem gibt es ausreichend Platz, sodass man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt und den Urlaub entspannt genießen kann. Der Essbereich im Freien sowie sie Themenrestaurantes sind top. Die Grünflächen wurden sehr häufig gemäht, was teilweise störend war. Es gab auffallend viele Anfragen von Anbietern für Touren, Massagen, Beautybehandlungen und Fotoshootings, was manchmal aufdringlich wirkte.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, vorgefunden haben wir jedoch zwei Einzelbetten, diese wurden aber sofort vom Personal zusammengeschoben. Der Schwimmbereich im Meer war eher klein. Der Speisesaal wirkte insgesamt eher kahl und wenig einladend gestaltet.

The bars had refreshing drinks. The animation team had excellent shows. That hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever visited Only one thing that made me a bit upset. The cleanness was so bad. The room also needs renovation. The room smelled like pee that we had to change it. We changed it. However, the bathroom also had a bad smell. Therefore, I hope that when we come back, we don't find those mistakes

• Aaron (4/5): - Beautiful hotel and really kind staff but other than that very dissapointing. Should definitely not be classed as a 5 star hotel. We found the whole lobby area always had a smell of vomit. The food was horrendous, even when trying the bookable a la carte restaurants the quality was questionable. The food resulted in me being quite sick for the holiday. The drinks available at the bar seemed to be very watered down and not good quality. If you want a fresh orange juice with your breakfast theres an additonal $2 charge, iced coffees were also $2. The room was large and spacious but the air con wasnt great, the fridge did not work properly. Which when considering its nearly 40 degrees its not great. The wifi was awful and the TV had no channels you could watch and no way of connecting to it. The hairdryer did not work and the bathroom would sometimes smell very strongly of sewage. Though the pools were really nice, being constantly hassled while youre trying to relax ruins it. from photographers, camel rides, boat trips and other excursions, massages or spa visits. You would get bothered several times a day, even after telling them no multiple times the day before. The sauna within the hotel complex isnt available for guest use unless you want to pay $100 for a massage. The one redeeming factor was the beach which although rocky at first was beautiful with warm waters and lots of fish to see with a snorkel.

Mr. Alaa was a pleasure as well, constant great service, making sure all the food and restaurants were up to the standard. Any minor requests they immediately do it with a friendly smile. The food was great, lots of options from Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and Indian alongside with a buffet that’s has different foods everyday. The beach is a very close walk from the rooms, clean rooms and great room service. Lots of bars and snacks around. Constant entertainment to the guests and also privacy and quiet in other areas. This is a great spot for families and couples. They have aqua park for the kids, and an amazing spa for the couples. I’ve traveled internationally many times and this was by far my favorite experience with a welcoming staff, great location, many amenities overall satisfaction was excellent!

Starting from the guest relationship manager Mr Rahim who was keen to make the one comfortable and always there just to facilitate everything for us. Food is marvellous and a lot of varieties everyday. We have tried the Indian, Italian & Egyptian cuisine and they were beyond exceptional. Feeling thirsty or need anything, Hamdy at the bar is always there with his beautiful smile and eagerness to help . Nothing, they are really ready to make your stay comfortable and just to enjoy.

• Mohammad Abo Zeed (10/5): Superb - Die Mitarbeiter sind einzigartig und heben sich von anderen ab! Egal, wo man hingeht, man wird herzlich begrüßt, gefragt, was man möchte, und die Mitarbeiter sind so aufmerksam, dass sie sich sogar Tage später noch daran erinnern, insbesondere Herr Rahim vom Kundenservice, der uns während des gesamten Urlaubs zur Seite stand. Die Reinigung ist großartig, die Lobby, die Bar, die Mitarbeiter in den verschiedenen Restaurants, alle Mitarbeiter sind professionell, hilfsbereit und man hat wirklich Spaß mit allen! Das Essen war gut und der Strand war wunderschön. Was will man mehr für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt?

• Ay (10/5): Spectaculaire - Propreté, organisation, service. Personnel très serviable, M. Rahim était très aimable et le chef italien était également formidable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ! Aucun point négatif.
• Esengul (10/5): Melhor destino de praia para famílias - Gostámos de tudo: a comida era muito variada e muito bem preparada, os espaços públicos estavam muito bem cuidados e limpos, a praia ficava muito perto, a vida noturna era variada para todas as idades e os funcionários eram muito prestativos. Um agradecimento especial ao Sr. Rahim, que entrou em contacto connosco uma semana antes da chegada com uma recepção calorosa e dedicou o seu tempo para nos fornecer todas as informações sem que tivéssemos que pedir. O quarto em que ficámos já precisa de algumas melhorias e a praia também poderia ser um pouco melhorada. Sei que todos são cuidadosos, mas o mar cristalino não estava perfeito devido ao lixo que aparecia... Sugiro fazer uma atividade de limpeza com os hóspedes 🙂

• S. Mc Jalanbo (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit direkter Strandlage – absolut empfehlenswert! - Das Amarina Abu Soma ist einfach ein Traumhotel, das alle Erwartungen übertrifft! Bereits beim Betreten spürt man die herzliche Atmosphäre, die von dem unglaublich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal ausgeht. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt, und das Team erkundigt sich täglich nach dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste – ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Abdel Rahim, der uns jeden Tag liebevoll umsorgte und unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Die weitläufige, gepflegte Anlage ist großzügig, aber dennoch überschaubar, und der wunderschöne Strand lädt zum Entspannen ein. Getränke werden direkt an den Liegestuhl serviert, und Liegen sind zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend vorhanden – einfach perfekt, um den ganzen Tag zu genießen. Kulinarisch bietet das Hotel ein echtes Highlight: Neben dem Hauptrestaurant gibt es vier À-la-carte-Restaurants, die jeweils köstliche internationale Gerichte servieren – von italienischer Pasta über chinesische Spezialitäten und indische Gewürzvielfalt bis hin zu orientalischen Delikatessen. Jedes Dinner hier ist ein Genuss, besonders in der traumhaften Atmosphäre direkt am Strand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Amarina Abu Soma bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist definitiv eine Empfehlung für jeden, der einen entspannten und unvergesslichen Urlaub in Ägypten erleben möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Nix

• Barney (6/5): Personal und Anlage Top Essen inkl Durchfall 5 Personen FLOP - Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber Life Guards sehr aufmerksam an jedem Pool und auch am Strand. Snack Bar ist eine super Idee und liegt nah am Strand Überall gibt's eine Bar um etwas zu trinken Essen war finde ich sehr enttäuschend. Immer das gleiche gefühlt. Roastbeef, ein Tag später eine Art Beef Gulasch, ein Tag später Beef in Rahmsoße usw also sehr oft sehr ähnliche Essen. Essen für Kinder sehr enttäuschend. Jeden Tag Kartoffelpüree,.jeden Tag penne in Tomatensauce, Irgendwelche Hackfleischgerichte Mini Fleischküchle oder mal Burger Fleisch angebraten. Toll.waren die Gurken und Karottensticks. Unsere Kinder haben eigentlich fast nur Pancakes gegessen oder eben Gemüsesticks mit Naturreis, wenn es denn mal einen gab. Beschriftungen an den essen oft nicht ausreichend. Getränke Katastrophe die ganzen Cocktails werden mit keinem frischen Saft zubereitet sondern mit so orangen Pulver welches man mit Wasser vermischt das ist dann Orangensaft, selber gibt's als Wassermelone und Ananas. Cocktail werden lustlos zubereitet und überhaupt nicht angerichtet, fairerweise ist schon viel los, aber irgendwie geht da der Flair verloren. Bei dem orientalischen Restaurant wo man einen Platz buchen kann zum Essen gab es 1zu1 das gleiche wie in dem Main Restaurant, sprich alles als Buffet angerichtet... Highlight war das chinesische a la carte restaurant, wo gut geschmeckt hat und man tatsächlich aus 4 Hauptmenü man sich etwas aussuchen könnte. Meine Frau, die Kids und ich, sowie die Schwiegermutter hatten alle Durchfall und Magenschmerzen. Bei den meisten war es nach 2 Tagen weg, bei mir ging es über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Wir haben sehr aufgepasst mit dem Wasser und auch was wir essen, aber trotzdem... Naja irgendwie alles in allem war es dann schon sehr bedrückt weil sich viel darum gedreht hat aufzupassen was man isst und war dann eingeschränkt.
• KAPCAK (4/5): - Çalışanlar çözüm üretmiyor,özelikle hiç görmediğimiz telefonda yazışma fırsatı bulduğumuz rahim bey.yıl olmuş 2025 babaannemden kalma 30 senelik plastik mavi bardaklarla servis yapılıyor,üstelik insanlar aynı bardaklarla kumdan kaleler yapıyor.bu bardaklar özelikle sahil tarafındaki barda sadece suya tutularak yıkanıyor.içecekler sınırlı özelikle alkolsüz olanlar,onlarında tadları idare eder.restoran kısmında yemek sırasında bir personel tepsiye portakal sularını koyarak satmaya çalışıyor.otellerde genelde Türk kahvesi ve taze sıkma portakal suyu ücretli olur,burada ekstradan soğuk kahvede ücretli maalesef. Otel içinde bulunan mağazalar çok pahalı.özellikle havuz malzemeleri satan market çalışanları kaba ve itici.ayrıca bozuk ürün satıp iadesinide kabul etmiyorlar.gece 3 te otel çalışanı gümbür gümbür kapıyı çalarak açmaya çalışıyor,üstteki kilit açık olsa herif odanın içine girecek.gece 3 te resepsiyona gittim hiç bir açıklama yapılmadı.kısacası yıl 2025 babaannemden kalma plastik bardak var otelde bu yüzden fazla yoruma gerek yok.erken giriş için 20 dolar istediler verdik. Fakat 12 saat önce çıkış yaptım para iadesi yapan olmadı.kısacası hurgada ya gitmeyin .şarm el şeyhe gidin.konum denize yakın fakat merkeze uzak.tek güzel yanı denizin temiz ve fazla derin olmaması.
