2. None of the rooms are in staying condition.
3. We changed 3 rooms within one night because the Ac didn't work. Fan didn't work. Even switches didn't work.
4. Our manager made the experience even worse. He didn't accept anything. Worst customer relationship handling by the egoistic manager.
5. I think the hotel has stopped maintaining the hotel completely because they are going to get customers either way as it's a tourist spot.
6. I Am positive that any reviews above 1 are fake one's because it's impossible that anyone can like this horrific hotel.
7. Also, the electricity went out atleast 10 times during the night.
Good luck if you still choose t stay at this so called hotel.

First Day one lady staff serve the coffee was awesome.
Suraj who manages post 12pm is a very polite and professional guy. I have asked him to arrange a cake post 10pm and he make it available.
Thank you so much for making my 2 days stay very comfortable, I will again visit this winter. This hotel is on main road and it's very posh area. However in address it's mentioned Near Ganga Ghat that I feel is not correct.
It's 3km from Haridwar Railway station. If you will take shared auto/e-rickshaw it will take 20 Rs. per person.
2nd feedback I personally given to Suraj that only one lift is operating so he ensure maintenance is going on for 2nd lift and it will start working soon.

3: bed was dirty big stinky spots and musk was visible on pillows.when I show them they said keep the pillow slide dont use this nd they didn’t give me new ones 😕

I don't like ugliness, dirty washrooms, no proper shower facilities, no bathroom tissue, and no breakfast available by 7:00 am. Dogs are sitting at the main entrance door of hotel, no debit card allowed, forced to pay in cash. They recommend the worst and ill mannered rickshaw driver who has taken big cash charges from us similar to 4 wheeler taxi. Have not given any replacement of fresh towel, napkin, and the toiletries are garbage level. This hotel is robbing the guests by heavy food bills. This is the lowest and worst category hotel I have come across in my life.
