Abbas Bey Türkçe çok güzel konuluyor, inanılmaz sabır ve nezaketliydiler. Resmen bir sıkıntı eksik var mı? diye peşimizde dolaştılar. Oda telefonu bozuk , kasa bozuk kumanda bozuk anında yaptırdılar. 24 saat teknik servis var zaten. Hiçbir 3 yıldızda görmeyeceğiniz olay diş fırçası kendiliğinden var ve ertesi gün yeniden koymuşlar. Oda 40 m2 inanılmaz geniş manzarası çok ferah. Geç saat Tur istedim gece yarısına kadar ayarlamaya çalıştılar. Elnura Hanım'a ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Bileklik bırakmıştım kırık değerli sanıp hemen iletişime geçtiler,i fotoğraf attılar. Çok güvenli ve güleyüzlü insanlar. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla çeşitli ve doyurucu altını çiziyorumki burası 5 yıldız değil 3 yıldız ama fazlasıyla. Bu otel ve çalışanlar bize huzur ve mutluluk güven verdi. Sonsuz teşekkürler.

Çalışanlar yardımseverdi kolay giriş ve çıkış deneyimiydi. Tekrar seyahatimde tercih edeceğim muhtemelen fiyat / performans olarak çok iyi seviyede.

• Elena (9/5): - Начну с главного плюса - расположение просто шикарное. Всё рядом, очень удобно. Но самое приятное — это персонал. Ребята невероятно приветливые, а обслуживание действительно работает 24/7. Мы с подругой заказывали ночью лёд и воду — нам всё оперативно приносили, без задержек и без намёка на недовольство. Это очень ценно, когда тебя слышат в любое время суток. Отдельное спасибо за интерьер - стильно, продуманно, глаз радуется. И огромный плюс — размер номеров. Они действительно очень большие, в них можно максимально удобно разместиться, не натыкаясь друг на друга и не чувствуя тесноты. Единственное, что немного омрачало - это шумоизоляция. Стены очень тонкие. Когда сосед смотрел телевизор, было слышно буквально каждое слово и каждый звук. В принципе, это несильно ухудшило наше пребывание, общее впечатление осталось хорошим, но к этому моменту нужно быть готовыми. Если вы чутко спите или цените тишину — берите беруши или уточняйте номер подальше от соседей.

• Stefana (9/5): Aș reveni cu siguranță aici. - Foarte aproape de centrul vechi, raport corect calitate -preț, personalul amabil. E un hotel la care aș mai reveni cu mare drag. Intrarea era în renovare și nu era nici un afiș care să indice intrarea în hotel. Geamurile nu sunt prea bine izolate și se mai aud mașinile.

Çok memnun kaldık. Bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda resepsiyona söylediğimizde hemen temin edildi, ilgileri için teşekkür ediyoruz. Kahvaltıdaki peynir ve zeytinler dışında her şey güzeldi.
• Evgeny Kozlvosky (10/5): Good choice in this price range - Not ideal, but definitely worth the price. I stayed there 3 or 4 times and all the time you receive a predictable level of service. Unfortunately in Baku many small hotels even with 10 rating on booking are places you don't want to stay, so big hotels like this one are much more reliable choice There is no central ventilation in the rooms, so you have to open the window from time to time to get fresh air.

U-Bahn-Stationen sowie zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr geräumig und komfortabel, der Service ist auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die jungen Mitarbeiter Elnura und Ismail, die uns bereits ab den ersten Minuten unseres Aufenthalts mit hilfreichen Tipps unterstützt haben. Sehr professionelle junge Leute mit ausgezeichneten Kenntnissen der englischen und russischen Sprache. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch Tahir, der uns jeden Morgen im Restaurant begrüßt hat. Er verfügt über ein außergewöhnlich gutes Gedächtnis – schon ab dem ersten Tag wusste er unsere Zimmernummer – und hat uns zudem bei der Auswahl des Frühstücks stets kompetent beraten. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Baku werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. 5 von 5 Sternen – absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nichts
• Cristina (9/5): Personale giovane e gentile, camere spaziose - Un ottimo hotel 3 stelle con camere spaziose, personale molto giovane e sempre gentile e disponibile. Per chi è in macchina c'è il parcheggio gratuito proprio dietro l'hotel. Per andare in centro a piedi c'è un sottopasso x attraversare la strada molto trafficata e con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva in zona Nizami street e Fountains square. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sicuramente consigliato.
• Salma (10/5): Happy with our stay at the hotel. - The hotel is very conveniently located. 10-15 mins from nizami street. It has some decent restaurants around it as well. Shops to buy sim card and also a grocery store. The staff is helpful and housekeeping is also good. We requested for a garden view room and they complied. The view was great. We have a toddler who needs a lot of space to play so the connected park as well as space in room was extremely helpful. Overall I'd recommend it for stay in Baku. Nothing. It was all great.
