- Jennifer (10/5): Huge executive suite for a really reasonable price. - Huge suite! This was by far the biggest hotel suite I could find at a reasonable price after hours of searching. Close to Teeminal 21. I really lucked out finding this place. Breakfast has fresh food fruit cut in pretty ways, yogurt with toppings, eggs or omelette made the way you like them, toast, toppings, we sat outside by the pool with you to the city on the rooftop. The staff was adorable and so sweet. Luggage storage was really helpful for us on the last day. I also loved that they had a washer and a dryer inside our suite. Yes, a dryer, not just a place to hang your clothes. The name on the door and the name in Google maps and the name on booking.com are not all the same name, so that was a little confusing.

My shower went from very hot to cold and back to hot then cold. The room could have been cleaned a bit better before my arrival. No towels when I arrived. Maybe a check list for maids would be a good idea. Forgot to replace my water.

- KIT SHAN (8/5): - 從Asok Terminal 21 一條直路直達酒店，步行約5分鐘，超級方便，沿途仲3間7-eleven, 超過十間按摩店任君選擇，cafe, steak house, 韓式西餐店，路邊攤賣生果，小食也有，食同行就冇得輸喇，雖然街頭非常熱鬧，但酒店又一點嘈吵也沒有，酒店職員非常有善親切，兼且酒店價格實惠，唯一失分就係，本人入住的行政套房，面積超過1000尺，介紹稱可4人入住，有2個浴室，空間感非常大，可是偏偏只得一張「特大」雙人床，只是3個人睡也覺得擠逼，同埋housekeeping 就麻麻，茶包、毛巾等refill要每日叫先做，牙膏、shampoo 、body wash，建議最好自備，酒店提供的質量有好大的改善空間

Lo staff gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di usare la piscina e le relative docce fino alle 20 del giorno del checkout, ti cambia la vita! Pulizia e servizi ineccepibili. La zona non è particolarmente attraente, con un canale maleodorante che scorre lungo la strada, comunque zona molto tranquilla.

- Abdul (5/5): Passable - Close to shopping area. Breakfast was nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Free regular buggy to shopping . Rooms too old . Chairs , sofa and carpets were old and not adequately cleaned and had a bad smell . The AC also needs servicing and cleaning of filters. As air coming from AC had a bad smell. At night time its noisy from nearby construction and traffic. The sliding door to the balcony is not smooth and gets jammed easily. Key card gets stuck and has to be pushed in many times for it to work in the lifts and for the rooms door.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, but issues with pest - The location was central and right down the street from Terminal 21 Mall and the train, so great location. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. My biggest issue was there were roaches in the rooms. I was kindly accommodated to a new room and the staff did everything they could, but even the new room had a roach. I did not feel comfortable staying there, but I was with a group or I would have checked out and went to the Westin down the street. I kept my luggage and everything closed up due to this.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. I arrived 3 hours too early for check-in after a long journey from NZ, however, the staff let me go straight to my room without having to wait. The porter was lovely, as were the security guards on the gate. The room was excellent, as was the breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again!.
