• Claudia (1/5): Scam - When you arrive at the Riad they tell you neighbours are in construction and they bring you to revés d orient. I should have read the comments but was in a hurry to book something and I didn’t… This is a shame because the Riad revés d orient is not bad (doesn’t have a spa just a jacuzzi in the terrace) we had a nice stay but it’s not what we booked and I don’t like to be lied at and taken advantage of.
• Aida (10/5): Nous avons tout aimé dans ce riad, mais surtout son emplacement exceptionnel, idéal pour découvrir Marrakech tout en pro - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Riad Zehar & Spa du 28 avril au 1er mai. Nous étions quatre : une maman et trois enfants de 8 et 10 ans, et nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme une véritable famille dès notre arrivée. Le riad est magnifique, paisible et plein de charme. Après l’agitation de Marrakech, c’était un vrai havre de paix. Les chambres étaient très confortables, impeccablement propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Les enfants ont adoré l’ambiance chaleureuse, et moi j’ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse sincère de toute l’équipe. Le personnel a été exceptionnel : attentionné, souriant, toujours prêt à aider avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Nous avons été touchés par l’accueil humain et authentique. Les petits-déjeuners étaient délicieux et généreux, avec des produits frais et marocains. Ce séjour restera un très beau souvenir pour notre famille. Merci du fond du cœur à toute l’équipe du riad pour ces quelques jours de bonheur à Marrakech. Nous espérons revenir un jour ! Tout nous a plu.

Cuando llegamos sale un chico y nos lleva a un Riad muy diferente e inferior al que habíamos reservado. Allí nos explica que el que habíamos reservado no se puede ir porque los vecinos están haciendo reformas y hay mucho ruido. NO NOS AVISARON DE NINGUNA MANERA y poco tiempo antes me habían hablado ellos por WhatsApp. Nos da dos opciones o nos quedamos en ese o nos devuelven el dinero. Teníamos claro que en ese no nos quedábamos porque por mucho que el chico nos decía que era superior, claramente era mucho peor. La otra opción era buscarnos otro pero claro un sábado a las 17h., pues ya poco se podía encontrar. Aún así, tengo la suerte de encontrar otro, Riad Samira, lo reservo estando en el Riad que nos había ocurrido todo (eso sí, nos dejaron estar con su wi fi mientras buscábamos otro). Le digo al chico si me indica dónde está el Riad Samira y mi sorpresa fue que me dijo el Samira era del mismo grupo que el que yo había contratado y tampoco podíamos ir porque estaba lleno cuando sí que daba disponibilidad. ESTAFA TOTAL. Añado a todo esto que el R. Zehar, cuando ocurrió seguía teniendo disponibilidad para esa noche. No lo habían quitado de Booking. Nos hemos sentido ENGAÑADOS!!!!! Todo Limpio y la habitación arreglada. Su ubicación es perfecta. Debimos madrugar en dos oportunidades y estuvieron pendientes para nuestro desayuno. No dieron toda la información necesaria sobre Marrakech. Nos recibieron en el aeropuerto y nos llevaron hasta el Riad. Gran ayuda. ( recomendación contraten el transporte de llegada) Abdu y su equipo grandes anfitriones. Todo bien
• Miguel (1/5): Estafa absoluta!!! - Fuimos estafados!!. Un trabajador nos busco en la parada de taxi y nos llevo de forma fraudulenta a otro alojamiento que era un guesshouse. Nunca fui a este Riad ya que un trabajador llamado Abdo nos estafo y sin avisarnos nos llevo a otro alojamiento. Cobran como un 4 estrellas con Spa y te dan una habitacion de mala muerte en otro lugar donde convives con familias que habitan en el alojamiento y Booking es parte de la estafa ya que no abre una averiguación despues de que hemos reclamado en varias oportunidades.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. We traveled with our child, and it’s truly a family-friendly place. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming to our little one, which made us feel right at home. A huge thanks to Abdo for the perfect organization. He handled our airport transfer before we even arrived and gave us an amazing surprise by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi. Watching the blue Marrakech sky from the jacuzzi was a dream. I’m definitely booking that specific room next time! Adnan gave us the warmest welcome with delicious local mint tea and cake the moment we stepped in. His insider tips about the city were a lifesaver, and he was so helpful with all our taxi arrangements and little requests. And the breakfasts... Fatima is a star! Every morning she prepared a different, authentic, and super tasty spread that we all loved. The riad was spotless, and they were always ready with treats whenever we needed anything. If you are visiting Marrakech, especially with family, look no further. Thank you Abdo, Adnan, and Fatima for making our trip unforgettable! Nothing at all! Everything was perfect from start to finish. We actually didn't want to leave.

• Samuele (10/5): - Posizione perfetta per visitare Marrakech, in meno di un minuto ti ritrovi in mezzo ai souk e in circa 10 minuti a piedi raggiungi Jemaa el-Fnaa. La colazione, oltre ad essere ottima ed abbondante, unisce dolce e salato con specialità tipiche marocchine e viene servita sul terrazzo del riad che si affaccia sul giardino segreto (una delle attrazioni principali di Marrakech). L'ambiente è curato e la pulizia ottima. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è l'accoglienza dello staff, attento ad ogni esigenza dell ospite, riesce a farti sentire a casa lasciandoti anche il numero di telefono in caso di qualsiasi problema. Riad super consigliato da ogni punto di vista!

Jó hangulatban, vidáman teltek az itt eltöltött napjaink. Segítettek kivinni a taxihoz a bőröndöket. Minden kérésünket teljesítették és kaptunk tájékoztatást is a városról, hogy mit érdemes megnézni és hol vannak jó éttermek, stb.

Coupures d'électricité et de Wifi plusieurs fois par jour et pendant le séjour, meme si toujours quelqu'un de disponible pour le remettre en place. Climatisation/Chauffage qui s'arrete ou se dérègle seul. Tarifs pour les excursions proposées vraiment chères (presque double de ce qu'on peut trouver sur booking par exemple). La nomination Spa est toutefois relative car en effet ils ont un Spa mais en dehors de l'hotel et prestations en supplément pour y acceder. Chambre plus ou moins bruyante selon la ou elle est située dans le Riad.

• Pascal (5/5): Un Riad typique mais expérience décevante, mauvais rapport qualité/ prix - Bon emplacement au cœur de la Médina, notamment l’emplacement terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner avec vue dégagée Décoration de la chambre typique Bon petit-déjeuner dans l’ensemble Nous étions pour 3 jours et dès notre arrivée on nous a demandé de payer en cash l’intégralité (pas prévu dans le mail de confirmation). On a refusé et dit qu’on payerait au check-out. Malgré cela, on nous a relancé 1 jour avant le départ. Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié cette forme de harcèlement. Les oreillers étaient très durs Les toilettes avaient une odeur désagréable en permanence Déçus du dernier petit déjeuner : du beurre périmé au goût de roquefort, une seule pomme partagée en 4 (il n’y en avait probablement plus assez pour les autres hôtes) et les parts de cake étaient minuscule Du bruit en permanence dans le Riad et la rue qui ne nous a pas permis de bien dormir. Des travaux planifiés dès 6h00 dans le bâtiment adjacent. Pas assez d’eau chaude pour remplir la baignoire

• SIMONA (10/5): Molta attenzione!Bravissiimi - Colazione sul terrazzo e' stata super buona e abbondante!Abbiamo chiesto anche delle modifiche sull'orario della colazione per permetterci un escursione e non ci sono stati problemi.I ragazzi nella struttura sono stati davvero speciali per fornire qualsiasi risposta alle nostre esigenze. La struttura si trova in una zona comoda per girare nei vicoli del centro. La stanza era pulita e la consiglierei.Ci ha accolto Abdo che ci ha spiegato tutto cio' che era necessario per rendere le nostre giornate veramente speciali.

El desayuno te lo sirven muy ordenado y es bastante completo. Está muy bien situado y es tranquilo. El anfitrión estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. Me habria gustado disfrutar más de las estancias comunes como el patio central, pero las dimensiones no lo permiten.

• Anyssa (8/5): Un séjour agréable, mention spéciale pour le personnel - Le Riad est situé dans la médina, dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche des rues commerçantes. Il est grand. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très bon, copieux et agréable. Le personnel est très agréable et nous avons été bien reçus. Je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix concernant la chambre est un peu élevé. La chambre mériterait un petit coup de rénovation, l'étage avec les lits des enfants est dangereux ( la barrière tremble et l'escalier est dangereux car il n'y a pas de contremarche), proche des lumières (dangereux aussi).

• aurelie (10/5): Parfait - Un vrai coup de cœur pour ce riad ! L’endroit est calme, cosy et on s’y sent comme à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal, tout proche de la médina, mais suffisamment en retrait pour retrouver le calme après l’animation des ruelles. Le personnel est adorable et attentionné : chaque fin de journée, nous avions droit à un thé accompagné de petites douceurs, un vrai plaisir ! La chambre était impeccable, avec une literie très confortable, et tout était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très complet, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Et le gros plus : le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, un bonheur absolu après de longues heures de marche dans la médina. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir !

• Josephine (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Samira Riads in Marrakech! Samira Riads is a group of four beautiful riads, and we stayed at Reves d’Orient. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the Medina. The Riad is peaceful, charming, and very well kept. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, especially with our kids. They made us feel right at home, even offering free tea (Moroccan whisky ☺️) and delicious cookies! Our 3-year-old son liked the tea a lot and felt very comfortable around the team. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and will definitely come back on our next trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your Riad—Shukran 🥰👌🏾

Le petit cafouillage à l'arrivée, l'adresse ne correspondait pas à celle indiquée au moment de la réservation. Idem pour le nom du riad. Ce n'est qu'ensuite que l'on a compris qu'il s'agit en fait d'un groupe de plusieurs riads. Enfin, la medina c'est authentique et au plus près de jemaa lfna mais les ruelles sont inaccessibles en voiture et il vaut mieux être équipé de maps pour retrouver son chemin.

• Jammal (10/5): Generous Stay, exceeding our expectations! - This was one one the beste stays we ever had. The staff was very kind and respectful and always available. The breakfast was authentic, as well as the room decoration. Even if the temperature outside was above 45°C, the rooms were cooled to below 20°C. Cooled, filtered water was free, which is a very generous service from the hotel provider! Recommendable in every case! Maybe some more signs on the road, in order to find the hotel more easily, if you do not have an internet connection and google maps available.

Desayunos muy buenos en la terraza. Buena limpieza de las habitaciones, duchas con agua caliente y buena presion. Para mi gusto, un riad excepcional que recomendare a familiares y amigos. No es “que no me guste”, pero las almohadas un poquito duras para mi gusto personal. Pero es por decir algo.

We received another room than the one we had booked, a little bit of a downgrade, and were not told about it in the beginning. When we asked about it they were very honest about it and apologized. A very beautiful riad but note that these are three different locations so the room we had booked was actually in another location, all very close to each other however.

The location couldn’t be better — just next to the Secret Garden and a short walk from all the main attractions like Jemaa el-Fna square. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the extraordinary staff: Abdo, Fatah, Fatima, and Fatiha. They made every single day feel special and treated us like family. Thanks to them, we really felt at home. Thank you very much!! The riad itself is cozy, charming, and tastefully decorated, with a lovely traditional atmosphere. The views from the terrace were a wonderful bonus — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious, and we also had dinner at the riad on our first night — a fantastic meal full of flavor and made with love. For those looking to unwind, there are also hammam services available for guests, just around the corner from the riad — another great way to experience Moroccan culture and relax after a busy day. We can’t thank the team enough for making our stay in Marrakech so memorable. Highly recommended! There were really no negative points about this riad, but if I had to mention something, it would be that sometimes there was a sewage smell in the ground floor room. That said, I believe it’s more of a general issue in Marrakech rather than something specific to the riad. In any case, the staff was always attentive and did their best to resolve it quickly.

Le riad est magnifiquement rénové et décoré avec goût, on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Le petit déjeuner marocain revisité est un vrai festin, copieux et délicieux. Un immense merci à Abdelilah et Charaf pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. La localisation est idéale, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de Jemaa El Fna. Petit conseil : Samira Riads regroupe plusieurs riads dans le même derb (Habib Allah), n’hésitez pas à appeler avant votre arrivée – le personnel se fera un plaisir de venir vous chercher et de vous guider jusqu’à votre riad. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour en famille !
