• Dey (5/5): Passable - Swimming pool was not operative even upto 9AM. We have been told that it opens at 7 AM. At breakfast the staffs were very casual and late to serve hot even within small nos of guest
• Anuj (10/5): Best place to stay near Bagdogra Airport. - Everything is perfect here. The room are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms are big and crystal clean. Veg and non-veg restaurants on site. Nice swimming pool and Gym. The staff is helpful and courteous. The AC in the room did not work. Later we were shifted to another room which was little cooler still, did not go below 23 degrees celsius the entire night.

• Giri (10/5): It was absolutely fantasic. - As I needed to reach airport on time not to miss my flight due to Siliguri's traffic jam. This hotel is in the right location to reach the airpot on time. WIFI needs to improve. It doesn't work.

They charged me 1500 although menu card was showing 375 per peg ... Then they told me it was 30ml for 375 which was not mentioned in the menu... Otherwise good restaurant .

• Dhiman (8/5): Barsana Hotel - Gateway to Darjeeling - We stayed for a night while going to Darjeeling. Hotel is located near NH at Matigara, outskirts of Siliguri.Rooms are moderately good size and spacious attached bath with bathtub. Mr. Shivshankar Sarkar the Manager was very helpful and all staffs are always With a smiling face and always ready for help. There is a pool but we didn't have time to venture. Nice hotel. Will recommend anyone as it's value for money. All good ..... but if Non veg option also available will have been better. But it's ok.
