- Verified traveler (10/5): THE Ideal Oasis Between Flights - We stayed here for one night in January. Located in a residential area comprised of dirt roads, high walled properties and little illumination, YURINN provides comfort and space to relax poolside after a long, tiresome journey. Located near to some restaurants we were advised by Yuri, the attentive and informative owner, that without a car walking in the evening would be awkward due to the rustic roads and lack of light. We ordered dinner for delivery. The room we chose was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. In the morning a simple continental breakfast is provided to start your day. A major bonus was having transportation coordinated by YURINN to and from the property. Apparently UBERS are not allowed to pick up from the airport but they can take you there. Having a ride waiting for us at a pre-advised price allowed us to avoid the insanity of the taxi hustlers. Who needs that after twelve hours journeying from the comfort of your own bed? With decades of travelling under my belt I often arrange a layover between flights. For this purpose, YURINN ranks in my top tier.

- Sylvia (10/5): Peaceful Oasis - My stay here was the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of town. Yuri was super attentive and responsive, and the breakfast provided was simple and lovely. I spent my entire day at the house working remotely, and relaxing. Wifi was great, and there's even an adorable cat on premise. There isn't much to walk to in the area, but I got food delivered with no issues. 13 min drive to CUN airport, would recommended a stay here if you need some solitude and peace.

The location is surrounded with beautiful vegetation and birds. Their are 2 lovely, friendly rescued kitties that were so much fun to play with. Uber is very convenient for low cost travel around the area if you are not driving. Yuri was very helpful with ideas and suggestions of places to eat at and see during our short stay. We loved our time there, highly recommend and would be excited to stay there again.

- Corinne (2/5): - We booked this hotel via expedia, with our other bookings for the week. This included hotels, flights and excursions with my 9 year old son. We booked this hotel close to the airport as we had an early flight and wanted to be close and it looked secure and quaint for the end of our adventure. keep in mind, we booked way in advance and through expedia, who were aware of the travel itineraries with a child. The day of check-in, the hotel informed us at 9:30 am, that we were not going to be able to get a room as their "policy" discriminates for children under 11. We were packed and checking out of out resort in Cozumel to catch the ferry to Playa Del Carmen to catch our private shuttle to the hotel in Cancun. All arrangements had been made to have an easy experience while travelling alone with my son. All arrangements coordinated and paid for. We were left at the last minute to find accommodations as the neither the hotel or expedia had sent information with regards to the "policy" of exclusion of children at the hotel. We missed the ferry ride to Playa Del Carmen and had to arrange a hotel last minute on the side of the ferry dock on Cozumel, in a panic. we managed to catch the next ferry and find a hotel (during Spring break in the US and March break in Canada) that would accommodate us last minute. Luckily it was available. The hotel and expedia refuse to return the fee for the room.
- David (8/5): - Good for an overnight stay. Owner very helpful and arranged a delivery of food when we arrived late due to traffic. The hotel/house has nice grounds and pool but is more like a very good b&b rather than a traditional hotel. It is situated in a residential area at the end of an unmade road. As we arrived by car in the dark and departed early I am unable to say what transport options there are if you didn’t have a car.

Breakfast on the patio by the pool was so nice and the property is beautiful. Bed was comfortable with a nice sized room and large bathroom!

The owners were both so helpful and accommodating friendly and seem to really care a lot about each of their guests. The property is well-maintained and the pool is beautiful and the backyard dining area is very relaxing. They serve you breakfast and provide you with additional options for dining. Everything is close by. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner per their recommendation. I have five Airbnb properties and I was very impressed with how they run their place. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing to stay close to the airport or just to relax away from the busy hot hotel zone?

The room was very clean and well stock with all of the necessities you may need from the basics such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. But also lots of reading material and various entertainment platforms on the television. The outside pool & patio were amazing. Very relaxing and definitely a place to stay at if you need something near by to get you to your flight in time. Yuri makes sure to coordinate the taxi service for her guest to ensure they get the best service possible. As well as providing menus and placing the food order for you to also ensure you get the best! Over all 10/10 5 estrellas!!!! Will definitely be back if I am near the area.

The place is beautiful with the most magnificent pool. From the little that I saw at 8pm, there is not much in the area but I'm told that the beach was only a 9 min taxi ride away. - SERENA (10/5): Top-notch Customer Service - We really enjoyed our stay at Yurinn. After booking, Yuri reached out to us on WhatsApp right away to let us know what to expect. She and Nathan will go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. We got in a little late and they helped us order food and served it to us by the pool. They even stored our leftovers and served them to us for lunch the next day. This is our first time in Mexico and we were blown away by how kind and helpful they were. As far as the food, the continental breakfast consists of juice, coffee, fruit, and toast with butter/jam. You can get eggs or an omelet for a small upcharge. I recomend the omelet with everything. You can also ask to have them cook dinner for you as well (for $15 per person) which was amazing the two nights we had it We had chicken with poblano peppers and rice one night and fajitas with tortillas the second night. Our room was beautiful and the door opened right out to the pool where we could sit for meals. We could have gone swimming also but just never got around to it. The closet space was great and the bathroom was modern. The shower takes a little while to heat up but it is sufficient. The internet was fast enough so that we could stream some television shows on our firestick. The house is off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle, and is well secured with a tall wall and a gate surrounding the compound. Yuri and Nathan did a great job and treat you like old friends. We would stay there again.

I should have done my due diligence in scoping it out beforehand but just know that if you stay here you will NOT be walking around the neighborhood. The hotel is actually a large house with a heavy metal gate in the front and high walls surrounding the property. Kinda like a fortress. You need to get them to open the gate to let you in or out. The property is very nice though.

Yuri was on it we got picked up from airport right away( extra fee) Dinner was absolutely delicious Nathan is the best Chef(extra fee but worth it) It’s a nice place to stay. - Jason (10/5): Book this place now!! - We had an incredible stay at YurInn at the beginning of our trip last week. We wanted somewhere close to the airport with a transfer so we could head out early the next day to get a full day at the all-inclusive, and staying at the YurInn was the best travel choice I've made! The hosts Yuri and Nathan were so incredibly accommodating and communicative. We were originally supposed to come in late, around 9:30pm, but our flight changed to a morning flight, and they accommodated us with an unexpected early check in. They were able to organize a lunch order takeout for us, and we were delighted to pay a bit extra to enjoy a delicious dinner with wine! It was so nice to spend the afternoon wading in the pool and relaxing after a long morning of travel. Such a quiet spot, and an incredibly comfortable bed. We definitely plan on book-ending our next trip to Playa Del Carmen with one night to start the trip and one night to end the trip next time since it's so close to the airport and they are such lovey hosts! Such a relaxing way to get into vacation mode :) Thank you for everything, Yuri and Nathan!

We opted to stay here upon our arrival & what a great way to arrive :) there was dinner and drinks by the pool with soft lights and a beautiful manicured lawn to admire. We retired to bed early after a long day of travel, relaxed and ready for vacation. The continental breakfast was the perfect compliment to our morning swim—excellent start to the day* we will be recommending this to everyone who travels to Cancun and we couldn’t thank our hosts more for making us feel welcomed.

- Ric (10/5): Relaxing stay in Cancun - We had a great stay at Yuri and Nathan's B&B. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, spacious, and pleasant. The patio, where breakfast was served, overlooked the lovely backyard and was relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The hosts are friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and you are in a residential neighborhood instead of the hubbub of the hotel zone. And it was nice meeting other guests over dinner. We stayed twice, on each end of our Mexico stay.
