- Botond (10/5): A perfect place to stay - Beautiful and really calm Riad next to Bahia Palace. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Small but nice pool and roof terrace. Would return and recommend. A bit more light in the whole room. But this is only a small suggestion.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et change tous les matins. Abdoul est incroyablement gentil à l écoute et fait en sorte que votre séjour se passe parfaitement bien. Un grand merci à Zahira la cuisinière pour les délicieux repas . Le petit Bassin est idéal pour se rafraîchir. Nous reviendrons vite c’est une certitude.

O isolamento dos quartos, consegue se ouvir tudo dentro do Ryad, até as pessoas no quarto ao lado. Precisa de renovacao em certos sitios, ha sinais de desgaste principalmente no rooftop que podia estar mais bem aproveitado.

La piscina, aunque pequeña, cumple para refrescarse y descasar. En cuanto a la ubicación, no es tan difícil de localizar, Google Maps te da el camino sin problemas.

- Nicole (8/5): Ci sono Riad migliori - La colazione era buona. Staff cordiale. Posizione buona, dal terrazzo vedi la biglietteria del palazzo Bahia. Per arrivare in Riad ci sono un po’ di vicoli da fare ma fatti una volta non è difficile da raggiungere (anche se c’è un mini alberello, è più un Dar che un Riad). La struttura mi è sembrata trascurata, più bella in foto che nella realtà. Per quello che paghi, per esempio, potrebbero cambiare il soffione doccia con uno funzionante che stia su da solo come dovrebbe (noi avevamo una junior suite). Decisamente rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo (pagato 360€ per 3 notti in due). Wi-Fi in camera non prendeva o a stento solo in qualche punto. Reception e colazione all’ultimo piano, per chi ha problemi può essere scomodo. (All’ultimo piano il Wi-Fi prendeva, noi eravamo al piano terra).

- Nicolas Andres (8/5): - Amazing breakfast! We were three people staying in the room, and overall the room itself was very good until we tried to take showers. The first person had a normal hot shower, but the second person only had completely cold water. At first, the hotel staff told us the water was working properly, even though I was touching the water and there was absolutely no difference between hot and cold. Later they gave us another room so the second and third person could shower there. In the new room, the second person managed to shower with hot water, but the third again only had cold water. Another issue we experienced was that the bathroom mirror suddenly fell off the wall at around 3 a.m., which scared us quite a bit. Fortunately, nothing broke and nobody was hurt. Just something to keep in mind when booking — this might be fine in the summer, but with colder temperatures it was quite difficult.

- Andrew (10/5): Perfect location, traditional Riad with amazing staff. - The staff were amazing, especially Younis who did so much to welcome us and spoil us throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just inside the medina but well away from the hustle and bustle. There is a rooftop lounge area that was great , and staff will make drinks and food for you if you want it. We find it hard to fault this place, and would definitely recommend it. The only thing is the picture or the pool is somewhat enhanced, it's actually a plunge pool about 2m x 2.5m but we wouldn't have used it anyhow. Just worth knowing if you are expecting a swim. Nothing

- Elettra (9/5): - La struttura si trova dentro la medina. Consiglio di contattare l'hotel e di farsi venire a prendere al parcheggio più vicino, dove i taxi lasciano i clienti. In questo modo non solo si trova più facilmente il posto ma potrete avere un aiuto per trasportare i bagagli. Infatti, appena si scende dal taxi, arriva subito qualcuno con un carretto che propone di caricare le valigie fino all'albergo, sparando dei prezzi improponibili. Se ci si vuole avvalere comunque del loro aiuto, suggerisco di trattare sulla cifra prima di affidare i bagagli. Se si ha l'auto, ci si può fermare allo stesso parcheggio dei taxi, dicendo che si soggiorna al Riad Swaka, così si ottiene uno sconto. Pur se da Maps l'hotel sembra molto vicino al parcheggio, purtroppo non si può fare la strada più breve, perché c'è un cantiere, quindi bisogna percorrere un labirinto di viuzze per raggiungerlo. L'esterno dell'abitazione inganna, come in quasi tutte le case della medina, perché appena passata la porta, subito ci si ritrova in un cortiletto centrale su cui si aprono le stanze. Ovviamente l'unica via per raggiungere il primo piano e la terrazza sono le scale. La tripla in cui abbiamo soggiornato non è ampissima ma ci si sta abbastanza comodi. La camera à dotata dei principali comfort e i prodotti da bagno forniti sono di ottima qualità. Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni giorno. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate ma questo è il pegno da pagare per vivere l'esperienza di soggiornare in una struttura tradizionale. La colazione è servita sul terrazzo panoramico ed è diversa ogni mattina: abbonda il dolce meno il salato. Prenotando in anticipo, si può anche pranzare e cenare. La piscina che si vede nelle foto è sostanzialmente una vasca abbastanza piccola ma utile per rinfrescarsi: a Marrakech già a febbraio di giorno fa un caldo terribile... Il personale è gentilissimo e gradevole. Metterei un comodino con una lampada vicino al letto singolo e controllerei meglio la pressione dell'acqua della doccia.

There’s a very pretty rooftop terrasse where you can have breakfast and a small pool that was great after a long day walking around. The staff is excellent. Abdul and Samir were very nice and helpful and the ladies who prepared the breakfast and the rooms were extremely nice.

Ottima posizione. - La posizione, la terrazza che si affaccia sul Palazza El Bahia, lo staff molto cortese, il bagno ampio e un'impressione generale di pulizia. La dimensione della camera per tre persone: in pratica ci stanno solo il letto matrimoniale e il singolo, una cabina armadio piccolissima (e poco pratica, solo due scaffali ad altezza della testa) ti costringe a tenere i vestiti nelle valigie (voluminose per vie dei vestiti invernali), che quindi riempiono uno spazio già piccolo. Non c'è spazio per muoversi e si è costretti a stare solo sui letti. Inoltre la nostra si affacciava sul cortile di ingresso, con la conseguenza che si era costretti a tenere le tende sempre chiuse (ma questa è un po' una caratteristica comune dei riad più piccoli).

- Raquel (9/5): Bonito, limpio y personal muy amable y atentos. - Es muy bonito, tal cual sale en las fotos. El personal súper amable, y atentos a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno muy completo y con bastante variedad, El primer día, nos fue difícil encontrarlo, pero , una vez que sabíamos dónde estábamos, luego la ubicación está cerca de la plaza y de lugares de interés general. Las camas, para nuestro gusto, eran un poco duras. Y, aunque estaba cerca de los sitios, pero para llegar al Riad, había que pasar varios callejones.

We were able to have breakfast on the roof in the mornings which was great. Abdul and the team made sure we were very comfortable during our stay and were always on hand to help with any requests or questions! Location was also very good as it was a short walk to the main square with loads of souk style streets around. nothing

- Chris D (10/5): Lovely place to stay. An oasis of calm in a wonderfully busy city. Would definitely recommend - What a lovely place to stay. Easy bus ride (#19) from the airport and then just a few minutes walk to the Riad. Using Maps on our phone helped tremendously as the maze of passages in old Marrakech can be confusing at first (so make sure you have a Travel eSIM or something). When we arrived it was like an oasis of calm in the wonderful busyness of the city. Abdul and Samir our day-to-day hosts were lovely and really helpful. Even in (early) December we had breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning. Our room was pleasantly sized and the ensuite bathroom had a good shower. Comfortable bed! The accommodation is about 15 minutes walk through narrow streets to the main square. We arranged a trip to the Atlas Mountains ourselves, but Samir would have linked us to a travel agency if we'd needed that. Would we stay again? Yes. Would we recommend it? Absolutely!

- Esther (9/5): We hadden het heerlijk in dit mooie plekje in Marrakech - De mensen waren heel lief en het zag er mooi uit. Alles was schoon, het was een mooie plek De straatjes waar je door moet lopen om er te komen vond ik vies en arelaxed. En ik vond het bed wat te zacht maar dat is persoonlijk.

- Abbey (10/5): Perfect stay in Marrakech - Great location, right next to Bahia Palace. The rooftop was lovely, really enjoyed sitting there in the sun and having breakfast. Unfortunately due to a drought they had restricted water, but this was not the fault of the Riad!

- Joe579 (10/5): Tolles Riad in der Altstadt - Gemütliches Riad in der Medina von Marrakesch. Ruhig gelegen und sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal mit tollen Tipps zur Stadt und Ausflügen. Highlights waren das tolle Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse oder zum Nachmittagtee. Nur zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist etwas klein, aber zur Abkühlung reicht es.
