- Hassan (9/5): A relaxing experience with wonderful staff - I enjoyed the overall room setup. It felt bright, private, comfy, and spacious, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were amazing: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere. Having a large supermarket right next to the entrance was also incredibly convenient for anything I needed during the stay. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but offering a wider variety of options would make the experience even better

- Pekka (8/5): - Siisti huone. Tallelokero ja jääkaappi on. Ovellinen suihkukaappi pitää vedet hyvin sisällään. Kahvinkeittomahdollisuus on, kunhan itse ensin jauhaa kahvin. ;) Samassa kiinteistössä on monipuolinen ruokakauppa, joka on arkipäivinä auki iltaisinkin. Bussi M36 tuo parin minuutin päähän hotellista, ja vuoroväli on tiheä vielä iltaisinkin. Huoneessa on kyllä parveke, mutta siltä pääsee helposti viereisille parvekkeille. Koska hotellissa ei ole jäähdytysilmastointia, piti yrittää tuulettaa parvekkeen kautta. Tilava tallelokero sijaitsee jääkaapin päällä, ja siksi se lämpiää aika tavalla.

Freundlichkeit und Lage top - Die Lage ist sehr gut und kommt gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch mit dem Auto sowohl in die Innenstadt als auch zur Autobahn. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt mit Bäcker, so dass man sich das teure Frühstück im Hotel sparen kann. Außerdem können im Wohngebiet in der Regel parken, wenn man nicht zu spät kommt. Es gibt kein Anwohnerparken. Grundsätzlich finde ich ParkKosten und Frühstücksdienstleistungen in einem Hotel zu teuer. Das Gute ist, dass es bei diesem Hotel sowohl kostenfreie Parkplätze auf der Straße gibt (wenn frei), sowie einen Bäcker und Supermarkt im Gebäude.

- Katrin (10/5): The hotel was exactly what we were looking for and it surpassed our expectations. We hope to be back - Even though we were early, we were able to check in, which was swift and helpful. The room was more spacious than I am used to in Frankfurt, and we were delighted to find a little balcony with chairs and an ash tray. We are not breakfast people, but we appreciated that we were allowed to get coffee in the morning. I also appreciated that there were many coffee options in the machine, so I could get my usual chococappuccino option. We also loved that we were given a small bottle of water, which we could refill. My request for an extra bed cover was also accomodated. Lovely all around. We asked for a second small water bottle, as we are 2 people. For some reason that was not possible.

El precio del desayuno (20€) me pareció excesivo y no lo contraté pero hay buenas alternativas en las inmediaciones del hotel

Todo fantástico! El precio del desayuno (20€) me pareció elevado pero hay opciones alternativas en las inmediaciones del hotel.
- Miki (5/5): Stay elsewhere - The location is good - close to a frequent bus stop, 30 mins to walk into town, a supermarket next door. The room was very hot, the A/C didn't work, because of the windows it was like a greenhouse in the room. The housekeeping staff opened my room door at 9am even with the "do not disturb" sign on the outside! The bathroom was not clean on arrival. The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have experienced - one tiny pot of natural yogurt for all the guests, vegetables that looked like they had been sitting there all week. SO disappointing. And the staff were all pretty miserable, rude if you asked them anything, and generally unhelpful and unfriendly.

I attended an exhibition so the daily rates are vastly increased. Breakfast was typical continental. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned which was odd.

- Frank (9/5): Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal und schöne Zimmer. - Ich war bereits mehrfach in dieser Unterkunft und würde auch jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe einer Busstation und man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Außerdem gibt es in der Regel ausreichend Parkplätze, so dass man sie Tiefgarage nicht zu einem überteuerten Preis nutzen muss. Ebenso befindet sich direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei, wo man für wesentlich günstigeres Geld Frühstück kaufen kann. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das WLAN ist gut und stabil. Im Grunde gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Einzig (und das betrifft alle Hotels) sind die hohen Preise für das parken und Frühstück. Hier könnte man sich Gedanken darüber machen, ob man beim Frühstück zum Beispiel verschiedene Varianten anbietet mit entsprechenden unterschiedlichen Preisen. Dadurch das gegenüber beziehungsweise nebenan direkt eine Bäckerei ist, kann man sich das Frühstück im Hotel sparen.

Nice to have the supermarket next door. Very quiet. I had to be given a physical key as the card wasn’t working, which meant I couldn’t access the gym - though it was quite basic unfortunately so it’s not a gym, it’s a room with some TRX bands. I also asked for my room to be cleaned once during my 5 day stay and though they acknowledged, they didn’t do it. It would have been nice to get a fresh towel and kitchen supplies etc. The room was also too hot, even set at 18 degrees.

Welcoming reception staff. Choice of plenty of street parking or covered parking for reasonable fee. Small bed.

- Britta (9/5): Schöne Zimmer, toller Blick! - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Blick über die Frankfurter Skyline ist toll. Ich habe eigentlich nichts groß auszusetzen. Das Personal wirkte bei der Abreise etwas genervt, weil wir mit der Bezahlung der Tiefgarage nicht zurechtkamen. Das könnte man vielleicht direkt bei der Ankunft eben erklären.

- Eugenie (9/5): Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl. - Ich habe aus Versehen für einen Monat später gebucht. Nichtsdestotrotz konnte man mir schnell helfen und ein anderes Zimmer besorgen. Ich komme gerne wieder.
