Good location to no photos I wouldn’t show it to anyone wherever stayed! - Location Hot water A/c Fairly clean Old furniture Tatty looking. . needs a good refurb & painting. Cupboard doors hanging off . Bathroom no words! 1cup ! There were 2 people. The bedding was for spring summer months didn’t appear to have been washed( I’m sure they would have been🥴) so cold. Very noisy as on main road.
• Andrzej (2/5): Nie polecam, brudno. - Blisko centrum i plaży. Bardzo miła obsługa ze strony Pani, która nam otwierała mieszkanie. Bardzo stare mieszkanie, bez żadnego remontu zapewne od kilkudziesięciu lat. Na krzesłach i sofach widać plamy, i siadanie na nich było obrzydliwe, korzystaliśmy z ręczników do siadania na tych miejscach. Wszystko brudne i klejące, przybory kuchenne również stare i w kiepskiej formie. Przez pierwsze dni brakowało ciepłej wody, na szczęście kiedy pokazaliśmy Pani która zajmowała się pokojem włączyła coś poza apartamentem i była ciepła woda. Należy się całkowity remont apartamentu.

• agustin (6/5): Pasable para salir del paso. - La ubicación es buena y hay un estacionamiento publico cerca. Lugar muy viejo y bastante sucio. Hay un televisor que no tiene cable, tampoco es smart tv. Parecía el departamento de alguien muy anciano que ya no puede limpiar con detalle.

• andrea (6/5): Great location. Needs a deep clean - The location is great. It's on the main road at the tourist's end. The apartment is a fair size. Lots of hot water. I didn't feel unsafe in the apartment. Beds were reasonably comfy. It was really dirty. I have stayed in cheap apartment ls before and am not bothered by old furniture but this was dirty. The kitchen cupboards were rotting. The oven only had one hob that worked. I had to wash the crockery before we used it. The air con unit had poured dirty water down the patio door and it was filthy

• Lucie (7/5): Pro nenáročné cestovatele - Ubytování pro nenáročné cestovatele na začátku Limesolu, starší vybavení, úklid by mohl být lepší, kousek od ubytování staví autobus, který jezdí do centra. Parkování buď za domem (to jsme nenašli). Nebo kousek u plaveckého bazénu, parkování bylo zadarmo.

• Andrew (6/5): Good price for the location but needs updating - Location and price The method of entry was unclear and the insistence in seeing the (virtual) card to permit entry caused too much concern. The shower was tepid on the first morning and cold on the second morning. They tried to fix it but I had to go to work. They might reply that I should have reported everything but in reality I only had time to sleep and shower and that was all that I needed.

Le bruit toute la nuit des moto justement à cause des fenêtre qui ne ferment pas. Les matelas tachés. Les plaques de cuissons avec des taches d’huiles. Le frigo sale. Drap que j’ai du laver moi même. Et le propriétaire qui s’en fiche totalement. Je le déconseille totalement

• Diana (9/5): Great value for money! - I really enjoyed my stay here. The accommodation is just a short walk from the beach, which was super convenient. Yes, the building is a bit old, but everything works perfectly , especially the air conditioning and the amazing water pressure in the shower! Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent .I would even say the quality is above expectations. I’d definitely recommend it!

• Uri (10/5): Absolutely the best! - Excellent location at the main road of Limasol, many restaurants and bars, a nearby beach. Good public transportaion. Apartment was huge with comfortable beds, enormous veranda, fully equipped kitchen. Hosts spoke English, were friendly and ready to help. Very good value for the price Nothing at all. There is traffic noise from the street, but it did not really disturb us.

There was parking out side, and a very good Tay restaurant attached to the hotel. The owners and the workers at the hotel were also nice and gave a good service It's not a prime location, and if u want to get the center of the city it's about 5 km a way. The dising is kind of old (old furnished)

• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious with a very nice balcony(app208). We were staying during the winter months but we were able to experience summer on the balcony. The balcony gots a lot of light and zero wind so it's much warmer than outside, ideal for sunbathing or reading in the sun. The boutique apartments are also pet friendly, what was very important for us. Chrysanthos (Owner) was very helpful, making the stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

• Nirmala (8/5): Cheap and cheerful Chrysanthos apts - Location, and quite large. Bath was blocked with hair build up. Shower curtain fell off the wall. Bath was a small 2/3 size and dirty stains which don't come off. Furniture old and dated. No mirror in the bedroom, so had to do your hair in the lounge.

• Paul (4/5): Disappointing - Location good. Located on a busy main road and close to some good bars. The apartment is old. Beds and seating are well worn and very uncomfortable. My bed had a few black curly hairs on the sheets and plenty more in the bathroom. Very dirty.
• Evgeny (1/5): Terrible Experience: Filthy Rooms, Unchanged Linens, and Unfriendly Staff – Avoid This Hote - Location This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. The rooms and the entire property are filthy. There’s cobwebs everywhere, and I even found cockroaches in my room. The bed linens were clearly not washed or changed after the previous guests—they were wrinkled, with hair and other signs that someone else had slept in them, which was extremely unsettling. The bathroom and the rooms had black mold growing, and the towels provided were grey, full of holes, and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The air conditioning remotes didn’t work. The staff, if you can call it that, consists of a single woman who seems to live in the house and is clearly annoyed whenever you ask her for anything. There’s no dedicated parking, and the rooms are never cleaned during your stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise against staying here.
• Steve (2/5): Very poor - The location is good and pets are allowed. Easy check in and check out The kitchen, the equipment, outside and inside the fridge, and the shower were extremely dirty. Strong smell of mould in the bathroom and in the kitchen cabinets. The beds were very uncomfortable, as we could feel the springs in our backs. There are people living there on the 2nd floor who were up all night and doors were constantly being slammed.

• Jan (1/5): Not clean, not worth it. - The location is ok, the lady who gave us the keys was quite nice. The place was dirty and made a rather shabby impression (like when you use a paper tissue you wipe off a shelf you want to put your stuff on and the tissue becomes literally black). The flushing of the toilet didnt work. The lady came to "repair" it, but then it stopped working again. There was some waste in the bathroom sink (rests of an apple and bits of aluminium foil), but it was not clogged. The bed sheets definitely didn't make a fresh and inviting impression (plus there was a larger stain caused by I don't know what on the mattress, which you could see even through the beed sheet). When we tried to use the tea kettle, it basically fell apart (the lady who gave us the keys was still in the room at that moment and fetched a brand new kettle). The furniture in the living room and kitchen is simply visibly very old, but that would be acceptable - unlike the previously mentioned things. We did not stay in the apartment and left.
• Gwynj (8/5): Good value apartment next to the lovely Dasoudi Beach - - The location is excellent, as it's right next to Dasoudi Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Limassol. The beachside walk starts here, and it's great for a morning swim and a coffee overlooking the beach. - One of the cheaper Limassol rooms on offer, good value for money - Large space, not a hotel room but a self-contained apartment (mine had a separate bedroom and nice balcony) - Equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and washing machine - Very friendly and helpful hosts - Good, free wifi - Free parking (although only a few spaces), and if it's full Dasoudi has a big car park - Old and a bit shabby - The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept on - Small TV, limited channels (Cyprus only) - I found it a little depressing, and I wished I'd paid a bit more for something slightly ritzier... maybe with Netflix so I had something to watch! - "Boutique Apartments" is a bit of a stretch :-) - As the location is so great, it's still a good option. I feel churlish complaining. Indeed, this area is prime Limassol real estate, so, one day, this building will get a swanky makeover, and I'll miss being able to stay here.
• Matthew (8/5): Ideal location for access to the beach and to the bars and restaurants of Germasogeia - Perfect location. Just a few minutes away from the beach, from the bars and restaurants of the tourist area and also from the supermarkets. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was sometimes difficult to park at the back of the hotel, there are only 4 or 5 spaces.

• Anonymous (1/5): Never again, this website does not have up to date information - The outside at the front and the space inside It was dirty’ it was in disrepair, it was not secure overnight, people knocking on the door, it smelt of cigarette smoke, the furniture was old and dirty, the bath full of cigarette burns, the shower was not secure falling off the wall, there was no pool it was empty and full of weeds,
• Manuel (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacy. It's just great to have a balkony to sit on. When it comes to clothing and travelling, it's just unbeatable to have a washing machine. The kitchen, bathroom, and the bed were fine. Nice beach just next door. Plenty of restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets are in the neighbourhood. To get to the next Lidl, it would be more convenient to have a rental. There's is a big public carpark just behind the apartment complex. The linnen was smelling very strongly of washing soap. I kept waiking up because of this in the first night. After the first night, the smell disappeared. I didn't mind, but some people might feel bothered by some stray cats, who hang around just in front of the entrance as they are given dry food just around the entrance. You need to watch your step to not step onto a cat, and there is a constant dry food smell surrounding the entrance area.
• Alexandru (7/5): Too expensive per quality, should be even more cheaper. - Very good location, close to Dasoudi Beach and some interesting restaurants and fast foods. I had room with balcony in the back, where I could see the sea a bit, but most important - no noise from the street. Could be interesting if you are a fan of old furniture. Too expensive per quality. Initially I thought it was cheap, but compared to how regressed were the facilities I regret a bit the choice. Be very careful with the water boiler. Mine was contaminated/melted and if you use it you cannot drink the tea or coffee because of the horrible taste. Internet could be faster. If you work from your laptop, you will have some downtimes and disconnects Crows were crowing non-stop.
