L'habitació té molts detalls així com també tots els altres espais de l'allotjament: sala de jocs, gimnàs, sauna... Per altra banda el menjar deliciós: molt recomanable el pastís de carn. A l'hora d'esmorzar hi ha una part de buffet i un altra que pots elegir el plat principal. I cal destacar l'atenció dels propietaris, molt atents i agradables.

Ian and Suzanne were fantastic hosts, friendly and kind. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our evening meals were delicious and breakfasts were excellent.

From the warm welcome by Suzanne and Ian, and their advices for surrounding hiking trails, to the beautiful view, the room cleanliness and amenities, the bed comfort, the cosy room decoration and furniture, and the breakfast, this stay was undoubtedly the best of our 2-week trip to Scotland. We could recharge ourselves and still enjoy the wonderful nature, hiking around Fort William and Ben Nevis. Thanks again Suzanne and Ian for your kindness! PS: No picture of the hotel but some from our hikes within 30-45mn drive from the hotel. Nothing.

The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming - to our surprise, we got two chocolate Easter eggs at breakfast which was a nice gesture. The staff are helpful and welcoming, they kindly provided guidance on the hikes we were planning for the following days. The breakfast and dinner service were excellent too. Great value for money in this area - highly recommend!

It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. That’s a first for us!

Sauna war vorhanden, aber wenig Raum, um nach dem Saunagang zu ruhen oder sich abzukühlen.

Internet działał bez zarzutów, parking bezpośrednio pod obiektem. Można kupić sobie obiad/kolację, jedliśmy steka i rybę - pyszne! Gorąco polecam.

• dromasca (9/5): beautiful premises - The Glen Spean Lodge has a beautiful location and a wonderful decoration in stylish Scottish manner. Rooms are large and pretty comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Generous bar and hall spaces. Good breakfast.Personal friendly service. Two problems need improvement. Floors can be accessed only by stairs (no elevator in a historic building - so carrying luggage should be offered. The wi-fi coverage is poor and unreliable. This can and sshould be fixed.

• Peter (10/5): Herausragend - Alles - Von einem außergewöhnlichen Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Wintergarten mit etwa 300 Grad "Rundumverglasung" und Blick auf Teile der berühmten Nevis Gebirgskette über ein herausragendes Abendessen in entspannter Atmosphäre und sehr gutem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis hätte es nicht besser sein können. Dabei war das Essen auf sehr gehobenem Niveau. In diesem Urlaub nur 2 x getoppt - davon einmal vom berühmten "three chimneys" auf Skye mit Michelin Stern. Vergleich hinkt aber da exakt 6 x so teuer ....
• laraine (9/5): A charming, well run little hotel, Ian and Suzanne are friendly hosts, we loved our stay. - Lovely location just off main road, but no traffic noise, birds and red squirrels on feeders in the gardens. Comfortable bed with lovely crisp bedlinen, and option to just use a sheet without the duvet was handy, as it was hot - for Scotland. Very good breakfast, help yourself buffet with juices, selection of fruits, cereals, yogurt, breads, pastries, and good range of cooked food, from full breakfast to lighter options, all presented beautifully. Problem with internet - we couldn’t get any connection during our stay.
