- Carlos (3/5): -
- Leonard (8/5): - AC was not working correctly, glad I brought my own fan
- Tyler (4/5): It was very poopy. Wouldn’t stay again. - The movie channels are about all you got. Other people maxing out the TV volume at night so it’s like people talking extremely loud, terrible insulation. Rude matience men, I left itchy everywhere,
- Hermelinda (1/5): -
- Allison (5/5): -
- valerie (1/5): -
- Salazar (4/5): Not Good - Several problems in the room and staff refused to solve any issues
- Alessandra (10/5): Very comfortable and affordable if you do an extended night stay. - That it was very affordable (stayed for 8 nights) and it included a queen bed and a sofa pull out. Will be staying again in the future. Wanted to add an extra night but it was $75, which is more expensive then what the original nights were. Payed 340$ for 8 nights and that comes out to around 45$. But other than that it was very nice and very clean.

- Marcell (7/5): A comfortable and safe place to stay that is great value for money. - Value for money and very close to where we needed to be. Walgreens right next door. Very quiet with other guests very respectful. Laundry onsite is very convenient. Kitchenette made it easy to prepare meals. First room was clean with a good enough stove but very uncomfortable bed. Second time we went back and that room had the best bed but a temperamental stove and it wasn’t clean when we first checked in. Staff were pleasant except for one staff member when I asked for help seemed to get annoyed. The rest were fine.

- Anneli (10/5): Very Nice staff and caring, i have Nothing to complain about 😊 -
- John (3/5): Poor - I liked that the property was well lit at night. I did not like the fact that the room was sold as sanitary and cleaned when it wasn’t. There were no toiletries and the towels in the room felt dirty. The window in the room was missing parts from it which made the window unsafe and not secured. Staff seemed to always be on property but never anywhere to be found when needed, I think that’s on purpose to avoid actually doing anything.
- Randy (2/5): - Terrible
- Kendra (10/5): Exceptional - The bed.quiet Nothing
- Dennis (8/5): For the price it is what I thought - Location Smoking on the facility
Mattress too soft
- Tiri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (6/5): - The handicap parking space should be in front of the room that has handicap facilities and not 2 doors down. Would have been nice to park in front of the room instead of having to walk as I use a walker and this was a big inconvenience for me,
- Mohamed (8/5): Very good -

- Viviana (1/5): Crap - Nothing other then the fact that is was clean and quite I didn't like the fact that it smelled like weed and that are ac never work and are shower was always making a noise and the AC was always leaking and the toilet wasn't working and the employees were very awkward and I will want my refund!!!
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - Clean quiet hotel, manager was excellent No elevators
- Latoya (10/5): Exceptional - clean
- Abdalla (8/5): - I have reservations I did arive at 8 pm no reception I have to go to others hotel and there charge me no show I have to pay double for 1night and you have to clean your towel and bed sheets never herd of that before heard of that I.
- Richard (10/5): - management was great to me
- Carlos (10/5): - On site laundry great manager
- Vsbrowning (6/5): Long-Term Guest - The management here has been responsive, helpful and accommodating on most issues. That is my main positive and the reason I have stayed here for 6 months now. The negatives are the once per week cleaning leaves something to be desired (e.g. dead bugs on the floor not swept up or vacuumed leaves me wondering what else is being missed). Housekeeping has also taken the liberty of changing the setting on my thermostat without my permission. I have provided my own bed linens - thus I have to wash them. They offer linens that they do wash, but are not of the quality that you or I would purchase for our own homes. Their covid-19 practices regarding plastic under the sheets to protect the mattress makes for a noisy night's sleep. Finally, THE WIFI SUCKS!! If you need to connect to business meetings online - forget about it. If you like to stream your favorite shows - SORRY, you are out of luck. Need to download a large file from the office - count on it aborting mid-download. Extremely frustrating. I've spoken with management about this issue and all they do is smile, deflect, and the problem remains. It truly is out of their control, but does not make the issue any less bothersome. The room meets most of my needs (bathroom/shower, efficiency kitchen with full sized fridge , mini closet and 4-drawer dresser), but the ones that make the greatest impact on my day to day routines (e.g. wifi and cleanliness) are average at best.
- Go29068419566 (4/5): CAR STOLEN FROM PREMISES, SKETCHY ONLOOKERS, THIN WALLS - There are two In Town Suites locations in Leon Valley on Bandera road. I was staying at the the one furthest from QT... 6625 Bandera Road Leon Valley North... Checked in on a Friday and had my car STOLEN off the premises Sunday night before I had to report to work Monday morning!!! Filed a police report with San Antonio PD and the thieves ended up abandoning my car on the Southside of San Antonio approximately 30 mins from the Suites location days later. The room at the suites is immaculately clean, no bugs, the cleaning crew comes every thursday to change the sheets and vacuum the floor. Downside is... the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors entire conversation. The property has a courtesy officer who "patrols" the property, but my opinion.. he isn't very attentive. When my car was stolen, he was clueless. When I was speaking to the police, he was clueless. What's the point of having a CO on the premises if they aren't really protecting anything or patrolling accordingly?? Last but not least, from the time I checked in and started taking my personal items from my car (prior to it being stolen) there were a few sketch individuals who had all eyes on me. I'm not pointing fingers, but the "on-lookers" could've very well had something to do with my car being stolen!! Besides the bad that was mentioned, it's one of the cheapest, cleanest and closest places to food spots that there is in SA.. BUT BEWARE OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY AND CARS BEING DAMAGED/STOLEN.
- Robert and Abbie (8/5): Good spot for long stay; good access th freeway. - Room had been smoked in recently.
- Sandy (4/5): Not happy - I don't know why but they are constantly checking on the room not a day went by they came to do something in the room I felt like I was being monitored I understand that they had problems before but I wanted to just have peace I keep a very clean place so I believe it still a choice to have housekeeping or not but there you have to have them clean when did it change that a customer was wrong not right all my years of retail the customer was always right.....
- Mel (8/5): - Bill is a friendly and professional general manager and the staff is nice too
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Friendly when I first arrived, but after I complained about the constant noise, it fell on deaf ears. They never offered to move me to a different room. The room smelled bad. Not a place I'd ever return to.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Spotlessly clean. Amazing staff. Great location! They go above and beyond to make you feel at home!
- Alma (10/5): - Lots of places nearby for shopping and eating out. The room was comfortable. The overnight property manager was very nice and helpful; I got locked out once late at night. Will definitely stay again.
- Jennifer (2/5): Never again - The lady at the front desk was rude. We never got housekeeping n the outside walk way smelled like urine!
- Amanda (8/5): Gold Star Experience - I really like this InTown Suites. The manager, Bill, and his friendly staff always make you feel welcome. The location is very safe. A lot of traffic and if you come from the 1604 side, the light for the turn around time forever.....if it ever turn green. But that falls on the city, not the hotel. I've stayed at this location before and the cleanliness is always on point. Bill let's you look at your room before deciding to stay as well. That is the only hotel that has given me that option. Really makes you feel like they aren't just trying to get $. Him and his staff go far and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work, Bill. Trust me, it is not going unnoticed!!
- clarkas79 (4/5): Intown suites - While okay for a short time, I was apartment hunting, these rooms are not easy on the wallet considering that the staff does very little help and the rooms were never cleaned properly. They have a schedule of what they do inside the rooms but noticed on several occasions nothing had been touched. Our microwave didn’t work. Don’t recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - That it was close to restaurant and all kinds of business.
- Alfredo (10/5): Great Stay - We have been staying at In Town for almost a month and we can't be happier with the hotel and management. Staff is completely accommodating to our needs.
- Alfredo (10/5): Great place, great value - Always a great experience, look forward to staying at In Town on my next buisness trip.
- Alfredo (10/5): Great Stay... - Convenient location and just what we needed for our stay. Staff is great and would definitely book again.
- Alfredo (10/5): Great stay, great price - We are doing work in the area and the accommodations are perfect. Great home away from home hotel. Management is very easy going and accommodating to our needs.
- Alfredo (10/5): Home away from home... - Experience has been grate have been staying for a few weeks now, great management and nice place.
- Debbie (4/5): - Though the room was clean and the staff was helpful and the grounds presentable,I was a very dissatisfied customer when I found out that our kitchenette wasn't supplied with anything, anyother kitchenette motels I have stayed in have at least supplied the very basic things in order to utilize the kitchen and eat in the rooms!
After having to buy for ourselves everything we needed to be able to prepare basic simple meals, for the week we stayed at the facility I could have paid to stay in a more expensive hotel!! I found the web site and stating fully furnished rooms to be false advertising! As the kitchen isn't fully furnished,in fact the kitchen isn't furnished at all!!! No pots, no pans, no plates, no cups, no glasses, no silverware,no cooking utensils, absolutely nothing!! How many travelers or business people do you know walk around carrying these items when traveling??? Why is the kitchenette left empty?
Very dissatisfied with Intown Suites!!!
- AidaTexas (4/5): Hmmmm....won’t stay there again - I’m really not very picky! But.... this place is just strange! The “suite” looks MUCH bigger on the computer than the actual room! It’s very small! There’s no couch; there’s just a tiny table & 2 uncomfortable chairs. The bed is very hard. We actually had to get a mattress topper to survive it. I must say, the room was very clean. However, the concrete sidewalks and stairs were filthy. I told the manager they really should power wash them! We will not stay there again.
- chrisccc (2/5): Perhaps Motel 6 would have been the better option - My expectations were already a bit low on this place. For the price, I wasn't expecting the Hilton. They did not have 2 beds, despite advertising it on the website (and this is what I booked). So, we were stuck with a "couch" thing. After driving 23 hrs straight, I was too tired to argue or much care. The place smelled of bug spray, the carpeting was damp. I am hoping it was from shampooing but considering the state of the floors, I am now wondering. The floors were absolutely filthy. We went to the next door Walgreens and bought some bleach and used the provided towels to clean the filthy floors, tub, sinks and toilet. The towels were black when we were done. I doubt the place had been cleaned at all. We completely bleached the bathroom as the tub, sink and toilet were black and disgusting. I was already prepared for the lack of amenities and we brought our own bedding and towels. We made a run to HEB and bought some cheap dishes for the week.
There are some pretty dang lowlifes staying here! My daughter was harassed in the laundry room by another guest.
Oh, you need to purchase a laundry card at the front desk. Not that we were told this upon check in! Another guest told us.
There was a problem with the card and the front desk guy (skinny man with dark hair, glasses and a beard) slammed the door on my daughter and refused to assist her with the card issue. No apology, no real explanation, just told her no and slammed the door. Sadly, now I will be sleeping on my blanket as we cant wash the bedding tonight.
This alone is enough to drop 2 "stars" off the rating. A guest issue with a PAID for card should not be treated in such a way.
I am generally not a picky person, especially for an impromptu trip (family emergency) I was not budgeting for, but this is silly.
I stayed at the Intown Suites up in Minnesota and that place was better than here.
I sadly cannot recommend it.
- 225wellingtone (4/5): Just moved here from another state. - Very disappointed . if you're going to stay here make sure you're on the 3rd floor where no one is above you. I think all toddlers should be on the bottom floor. Kids run like they're getting ready to come through the ceiling.....
- I763HMsteveng (4/5): Heed my warnings. - They boast "high-speed" internet... It's horribly HORRIBLY slow. I was downloading a computer game and the speed peaked at 80kb/s. High-speed should be closer to 10x that speed (and even THAT is only a moderate speed). Unbelievable.
"Large HD TV" was not large and lost connection to channels occasionally. Also, it defaults to the weather channel when turned on. WHYYYYY
No refunds. DON'T pay several weeks in advance (like I did). You'll find you hate it and it'll be too late to get money back and go somewhere else. (I felt like a prisoner there...)
My room reeked of cigarette smoke. It still had a faint smell every time I entered the room.
Bugs. Lots of bugs. Beetles, spiders, and small roaches primarily. The spiders love to crawl onto the bed...... I woke up with a dead spider next to my face one morning.
No pots/pans/utensils or oven as others have mentioned.
Very little kitchen cabinet space.
ALL overhead lights have a hard time turning on. They flicker several times before staying on. This happens without fail every time I turn on a light.
The location I was at had HORRIBLE traffic along the road every single day. There was no back entrance to the place, so I couldn't avoid the traffic.
I had mail sent to me from my nephew. AND I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I asked if I could receive mail, and the owner said "Absolutely, we'll send it to your room." **cue the crickets**
Laundry room was expensive. 3.00 to wash and dry a single load. No quarters: you had to BUY a card made specifically for the machines for $5, then charge money to it, all taxed of course. Here's the real scam: The amount they let you charge to the card isn't in multiples of $3..... It's $5, $7, $13 etc... So unless you put a large amount on the card, you'll have at least a dollar left on the card you can't use. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Being on the first floor contributed to some of the problems, like the bugs and the rain water that puddled through the door once after heavy rain.
All in all, this place is nothing short of a nightmare. Bearable for a week or two. Miserable for any time longer.
Positives: there was a creek behind the hotel that was pretty. Believe it or not, there are worse hotels out there, but only by a narrow margin.
- Texas2000 (10/5): Newly renovated! - I had stayed at this Intown Suites property fours years ago and It has definitely been greatly improved since then. New floors, flat screen tvs, new futons, and updated kitchens and bathrooms. During my recent two week stay, it was quiet and comfortable and the customer service was good. I would definitely stay there again.
