ROSA MARTHA (2/5): - El hotel es muy decepcionante no cambiaron las toallas hasta que lo indiqué, no ponen frazadas, cuenta con lo elemental o menos, no tienen botellas de agua, no hay servicios uno tiene que abrir y cerrar la puerta del establecimiento al salir, pues no hay servicio de recepción, no sirve la regadera nos bañamos con agua muy fría, aparentemente la habían reparado y estuvo igual, hay muchos zancudos (mosquitos) y te dan un bote de insecticida, TERRIBLE

Amador I Domínguez Romero (6/5): Pueden cuidar los detalles - En general una estancia agradable. Hubo amabilidad, aunque los anfitriones no interactuaron mucho con nosotros. Sin embargo, pueden mejorarse aspectos como el acceso a la red wi-fi (nunca pudimos conectarnos). Se hizo el servicio de limpieza al cuarto, pero no se agregó algún papel higiénico más, no nos lavaron las tazas del café o no se incluyó alguna botella de agua. Uno de los cojines de una silla tenía una mancha "extraña" y en las sábanas hallamos algunos cabellos rojizos largos, y no eran de nosotros, obviamente. También podrían tratar que su sistema de TV capte más de dos canales. Para pasar la noche y descansar un poco, está bien; si se piensa pasar más tiempo en la habitación, no tanto.

Kelly (2/5): - Upon seeing the parking arrangements and the room it was apparent it was not suitable for my needs. I went back to reception but no one was there. I waited until someone came back then approached the receptionist about getting my cash back. (Less than 30 minutes) she said it was not possible. I reached out to the owner and was told via WhatsApp that it was a last minute reservation. She didn’t know I have dogs ( stated in my reservation) and refused any compensation. I have been a super host with Airbnb for many years as well as my traveling partner. Every situation is unique and the owner is more than capable of making the decision to refund part if not all of my money. This is very poor customer service, bad reviews go a long way these days. Perhaps on my account you would reach out to her and suggest she re-evaluate the situation. Regards Unhappy client.

Angélica (4/5): No hay reembolso, cuidado. - Le estancia por que eso no es hotel, no tiene estacionamiento, la pagina donde reserve no da reembolso, llegue al lugar no tiene ni letrero visible, considero que da mala imagen al tipo de turismo que se da en San Miguel, deberían mejorar las condiciones del sitio, quise cancelar en cuanto vi el lugar pero la pagina hoteles.com ya había hecho el cargo, y en el alojamiento no me solucionaron nada, tengo la culpa por reservar en páginas poco conocidas, mejor me fui a Queretaro. Fueron $1400 tirados a la basura.

Ivonne (2/5): muy mala experiencia - Realmente, de los peores lugares donde me he hospedado y de los más caros para el servicio de dan, totalmente descuidado, los muebles muy deteriorados, el piso en muy malas condiciones, las paredes con humedad y las pocas repisas sucias, había que investigar donde está el calentador del agua para poderse bañar, no hay estacionamiento y el más cerca es muy caro. No volvería nunca y no lo recomendaría a nadie.

Anna (6/5): Hotel sencillo pero funcional - Casa Erendira es sencillo pero funcional. Son aproximadamente 15 minutos caminando al centro y cómo 5 al mirador. Sólo tengan cuidado al reservar si son sensibles al ruido ya que está sobre una calle muy transitada y pasan autos toda la noche.
Maximiliano (10/5): Excelente estancia para llegar al mirador de la cd - Es muy buena opcion para los que llegan al mirador, bajan al centro y de regreso ya tienes de nuevo tu cama limpia y habitacion recogida, lastima que no promueven algun tipo de desayuno, se compensa que tienen cerca el mercado de artesanias y fondas para comer algo tipico de la region. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Limpieza a medias, alhunas areas con polvo y vasura. Para llegar a dormir esta bien, pero aun asi para el precio me parecio que deja mucho que desear. Moho o humedad en techo del baño.

Alonso (6/5): Casa De Huespedes - Mi estancia fue muy buena, pero tiene pros y contras: Pros: -Esta todavía en el centro de San Miguel de Allende -Esta en una de las avenidas importantes -Esta a un par de cuadras del mirador de san miguel donde salen los turibus -Buen servicio Contras: -Me toco en el cuarto #6 y da a la calle y hay mucho ruido todo el día por lo transitada de la avenida. -el bano de la habitación fue muy incomodo, la taza de bano esta casi pegada con la pared, asi que es muy incomodo. -No tienen para pago con tarjeta, tiene que ser efectivo. -No tienen estacionamiento ahi, hay un lugar seguro que ellos te llevan para que dejes tu carro muy cerca.
