• Kevin Eduardo (2/5): - Fue una muy mala experiencia. El lugar es sucio, tanto que tuve que matar 4 cucarachas y de tamaño pequeño-mediano. No había personal en la noche con quien reportar los inconvenientes como que no había papel de baño, la limpieza del lugar, regadera rota o televisión que no funcionaba. Ha sido el peor lugar que he pisado. Por cierto, se llama Hotel pero es Hostel.
• Sandrina (4/5): - La habitación estaba llena de cucarachas, mucha luz que nos despertaba muy temprano. El lugar es bastante cerca de todo en el centro pero por la noche hay prostitución al rededor del hostal. Teníamos siempre que abrir y cerrar los portales de las entradas con las llaves. Lo + : no hay ruido, es calmo
• Isa (10/5): - Espacioso, excelente atención, servicios completos, en mi caso no servian las pilas del control y no me las quisieron cambiar ☹️ de ahí en fuera todo bien
• mayraret (6/5): - estan amplias las instalaciones, lo malo es que no hay elevador, no hacen servicio de limpieza en el cuarto, nos quedamos 2 dias y no se realizó aseo ni fueron por la basura del baño.
• Soojin (2/5): - Furchtbar. Die Angestellte war unkomunikativ und das Benehmen ist beleidigend und sehr unangenehm. Es gab Kakerlaken im Zimmer, und die Unterkunft hat den Koffer in der Küche gelassen nicht hygienisch. Und Check-In ist bis 20: 30. Das heisst , dass die Angestellte bis dahin den Koffer halten kann und bei der Information stand die Möglichleit zum Kofferbewahren aber sie hält nicht die Regelung bei Homepage von Hotels.com.

• José Manuel (10/5): En mi experiencia estuvo bien - La estancia estuvo bien solo que las puertas deberían de ser un poco más seguras para mayor seguridad de ahí en fuera todo lo demás está súper y cómodo y la tranquilidad para descansar está bien.

Tuvimos un par de detalles con cucarachas en el cuarto, las matamos y posterior a eso no encontramos ninguna otra. Las sábanas estaban percudidas, pero en relación costo supongo que lo vale. Fueron muy amables
• Jessica (2/5): - Las habitación 1 que nos toco en el balcón bastante ruido por la avenida, las camas rechinan mucho, agua fría. Sin ventilación. Nos pasaron a la habitación 6 y un poco mejor lo único bastante cucarachas en la habitación ventilador medio viejo y ahí si se encontró agua caliente. Se bajo a comentarles del las cuca harás y que no tenían insecticida solo ajax le echaron pero continuaron las cucaharas.. Muy mal

• Guillermina (6/5): - Buen lugar pero solo hubo agua caliente un día de los 3 que me hospede le comenté a la encargada pro solo dijo q dejara correr más tiempo el agua y pues jamás se calentó y de los 3 días nunca hubo limpieza de habitacion
• Alma (4/5): Para salir de la emergencia está pasable - Lo bueno es que nos recibieron super rápido, malo que no se puede hacer pago con tarjeta, la habitación no tiene ventilación, por lo tanto huele un poco a humedad, se veía limpio hasta que note unas manchas bastante marcadas en en sillón de la entrada, la TV no tiene control remoto, así que para encenderla y/o apagarla hay que levantarte, había toallas y enseguida note que una estaba sucia, lo peor fue cuando en el lavamos salieron 2 cucarachas, el techo es como de acrílico, en la noche cayó un tormenton y ya se imaginarán el ruido horrible, el precio está considerable comparado con los hoteles cercanos,

• Adriana (2/5): - Horrible la atención de la señora, tocando horrible la puerta de mi habitación por que el check out ya había pasado, eran las 11:50 y había un letrero gigante qué claramente decía que a las 12 era la salida. Sin embargo la señora nos gritó diciendo que ya nos saliéramos por que ya la había reservado. Pésima su atención al huésped. Nos tocaron además sábanas sucias y no nos dieron shampoo

• Jenniffer (10/5): Excelente atención. - El hotel tiene lo necesario, son pocas habitaciones, económico, súper limpio, a pocas cuadras del centro y lo mejor: la atención, recibimos una excelente y un cálido servicio. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.
• ALMA (2/5): No recomendable - Lo único rescatable del hotel es la ubicación, se nos otorgó una habitación distinta a la solicitada pues ya habían entregado la que nosotros reservamos, la limpieza bien, el trato del personal bien, las instalaciones no muy buenas, no tienen servicio de cable por lo que no tienen servicio de tv ni de internet, el hotel se nota abandonado, nada que ver con mi anterior visita, consideraré seriamente buscar otro alojamiento para la próxima ocasión.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Desgraciadamente no analizaron que al no dejar personal después de las 8 pm en el Hotel por lo que los imprevistos como en mi caso que la regadera estaba tapada y no salia agua no hay quien los resuelva, por lo que nos tuvimos que bañar con vasitos de agua el primer dia de estancia lo que hecha al traste el paseo ya que empiezas de manera negativa el dia
• JESSI (2/5): PÉSIMO - Jamás nos abrieron la puerta, llegamos pasando la media noche por problemas con el traslado, estuvimos afuera como media hora , no respondieron al teléfono ni quisieron abrirnos. PÉSIMO

• Alfredo (2/5): - CUIDADO con tus pertenencias, no respetan la privacidad de no entrar al cuarto, entran para "Limpieza" cuando no estas y se roban dinero, morralla, y buscan por todos lados algo de valor, argumentando que es su propina, sin embargo no realizan cambios de toalla ni de lo básico del baño. Al finalizar se ofende el personal.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - I have stayed here at different times, in a doubke privayr room (great!) & twice in the female dorm. Second time female dorm was not so good. Pay the extra money and choose the private room or try elsewhere. Talking in any common area, preparing dishes for breakfast the next morning, & the music from reception (all day starting at 8am!) can be heard very clearly in this dorm. Breakfast is good. All staff are friendly & helpful. I appreciated the lock for the good sized locker (for a backpack).
• Blake (8/5): Nice location - The hostel is very well situated and within a 5-6 minute walk to the town square. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hostel is basic, clean, and very quiet. It is not noisy like the typical backpacker's hostel. The complimentary breakfast was decent. I stayed in a private room, and I wished they had provided at least a soap bar. You do get a clean bath towel for the duration of your stay. Room was cleaned daily. The private room has a TV with many channels and Netflix, which was really nice to have. There were no hooks or towel bars to hang your wet towels dry. You would have to just spread it on your bed or on the shower curtain bar, but there's no room if there are two of you to a room. This is an easy fix by adding a couple hooks to the room. I'm surprised no one has brought this up already. Easy to use Uber to go around if your destination is not within walking distance. Uber is quick and cheap. If you just wanted a basic, clean, affordable place to rest after walking around or sightseeing, this hostel is a good deal.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, will do the job. - Pros: Great location near the historic centre, very clean, good breakfast, fast wifi. Cons: dead quiet and the type of travellers who come here don't seem to want to socialise or even say hello, you are given the bedsheets and have to make your own bed, ALSO NO HOT WATER during my stay.
