- Ronnie (9/5): - Once again thourally enjoyed our stay staff now know us very well and always take care of our 17 month old as we've been staying here since she was 3 months old Checking out lol 😂 but TV,s should be upgraded to smart tv as stayed at many much cheaper hotels and they mostly all have Netflix and other streaming services or the ability to use your own account

The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I especially enjoyed the Ramadan buffet — the food was delicious and offered great variety. Considering the price, there is really nothing to complain about. Overall, excellent value for money and I would gladly stay here again. None

We did separate bookings for 3 nights, but the reception staff helped us combine the bookings into just staying in the same room so we don’t have to check out after the separate bookings. The water pressure for the toilets are too strong, but the water pressure for the shower is too weak.

Room was the most basic on offer but was very spacious. Had a comfortable bed, TV worked well and the bathroom spacious. Good sized shower. Staff where very prompt in answering all questions regarding transport from our cruise ship through Agoda.

This modern hotel has amazing staff who endeavor to cater for every need. The restaurant food is exceptional as I am a chef and am quite fussy with quality and portions. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant : si vous arrivez après 8h, il n'y a presque plus rien. Pour le prix payé, le rapport qualité-prix est loin d'être au rendez-vous.

- Rachellin926 (10/5): Second home is golden place hotel - hi my name is Rachel lin, i stayed at golden palace hotel for 2 days, and it seems like this hotel is the only hotel that offers a nice view from the room, you can see the view of mount rinjani in the morning, the room is spacious and clean, complete bathroom equipment, and a soft mattress and a big thank you to mba nohan and all the FO and restaurant staff for making such an extraordinary contribution during my stay here, of course i highly recommend this hotel to all of you, thank you, don't forget also, the food is very delicious!!!!!

- O (7/5): Good - Breakfast, the food lot selection but the problem the food taste its tasteless, need to improve, like bubur ayam, the bubur just to running and ayam broth its just like water, no taste at all.. Dissapointed as its was my breakfast favorite dish and only dish i taste, and when i take roasted duck/ chicken which also cant eat as its not fresh... So please double check for the breakfast quality even its including in the room charge but its can do better..

- adibahi2024 (10/5): The best Lombok experience ever - The hotel is very good, near to the centre of the city, facilities are all good. The room is also very clean and the pillow is fluffy. They gave each 2 pillows which is quiet rare as hotels usually give 1 pillow each. This hotel also have rooftop which you can enjoy good coffee. We will definitely come again.

I asked for a dish that was offered to be prepared for me, the waiter never came back until we were asked to leave because the room was closing

- 641maratuss (10/5): Amazing hotel in mataram - the service is quite good, the bunket team responds quickly.. the food is quite varied and diverse and uses a healthy menu, I really like that.. the cleanliness is very detailed.. and makes me comfortable, and it's really suitable for holding events here because the meeting room is quite spacious

- ayundyap2024 (8/5): Golden Palace Experience - the room is quite large, it gives spaces for moving around or do prayers, especially for muslim who needs extra space for praying. unfortunately they dont provide iron in each room and we cant borrow it too, it cones with extra charges if we want to use it. The food is good, but some needs to be improved. overall its a nice place to stay in lombok.
