• Emma (10/5): Amazing! Like a little oasis in the center of tulum! - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cool. Event nights on every night, was a great addition. Music and atmosphere were also amazing. The pool and the hammocks were lovely! The place is like a little oasis in tulum Centro. Very close to the Ado bus terminal too. The shower pressure, and temp. No hot water in the double private room. But great shower in the communal areas.

Tudo que é preciso a acomodação fornece e ou informa como conseguir não houve respeito quanto a alimentação na cozinha compartilhada, mas isso não é não culpa do hostel e sim dos hóspedes. Outra coisa que pode melhorar, o ar condicionado é ligado todos os dias às 20 hrs e desligado as 8 da manhã com temperatura fixada em 26C, entretanto, Tulum faz muito calor, acredito que isso deveria cair para uns 22C

I was very positive impressed considering that it's "just" a hostel. Would definitely choose Che hostels in any city again (what I actually did at my next stop in Bacalar) The rooms (especially attached bathrooms) could have been a bit cleaner. The prices for drinks were quite high, got cheaper drinks at bars/clubs

Organizaram uma burger night, so havia hambúrgueres para metade do hostel.

• carli (6/5): Super social and fun but I was glad when I could get to a nice place with clean towns and a softer bed. - Location is great. Very social place. So many of the staff were good fun. I had a private room with a friend. The bed was much smaller and harder than Mayan monkey where we had just stayed. There were no blinds even on the window looking into the walk way that everyone can walk past. We we had to keep the curtains closed. The place could do with some upkeep and new towels. The blond German girl working there refused to give us clean towels even tho ours has poo stains all over them. She then replaces them with more poo stained towels. We had to air dry. No locker or safe in the room.

• Traveler11 (10/5): Best Hostel in Tulum, By Far. - This is the best hostel in Tulum (I've stayed at practically all of them). Here's why: Che Hostel Tulum excels and is superior on all levels. They have recycling bins (something most hostels don't have). As soon as something breaks or is not working, they fix it. The cleaning staff is PRO, they always have the place looking and feeling clean, fresh, and nice. Also, Che has fantastic tour options available. Plus, there are always fun events planned for guests, like mixology classes, karioki, games, bike rides to the beach, etc. Besides all this, the staff always makes you feel welcomed and is there for your needs. Shoutout to Luca, Mau, and Abraham, who also speak excellent English, in case you don't know Spanish. Great place!

• anuar (5/5): I would choose different hostel - Confortable enough for short stay They organised a ‘ free’ bike ride to the beach in which you can rent a bike in the hostel. The condition of the bike rental is the worst that i ever rented in my entire trip. It is unsafe. Some of us got an accident due to bad condition of the bike. To make it worse, the guide from the hostel ( i believe his name is jesse) is the worst. He dont even care. He even left some of us without head counting first on way back.

They *really* make an effort to be inclusive, nightly social activities and day time trips for all budgets. Dana (entertainment host), Lourdes (epic bartender) and Mauricio (front desk) nailed the experience. There is 24/7 music playing - zero breaks.

• Iesha (1/5): DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY - Nothing. It's SCARY how bad the customer service is at this property. It's SO SCARY. I don't know why I personally had such a bad experience but specifically Luca treated me awfully. They make up prices and rules as they go. There's no uniform costs to things. No signage to back up their arbitrary charges. The only good thing about this place is the people that would stay there during Zamna- you are likely to make friends. Other than that, it's weird people who stay here. Rooms are awful, it's like they don't care. I am in utter SHOCK at how bad my experience was.

Le soir si on veut sortir on a un bracelet pour avoir un shot gratuit dans une boîte de nuit de Tulum. Mais je pense que ce qui a rendu cette expérience vraiment aussi plaisante c'est le personnel. Merci à vous et à bientôt Il manque peut être juste une poubelle un peu plus grande que celle des toilettes dans la chambre. Et la douche n'était pas terrible, mais très propre.

• nadia (10/5): Highly recommended, very clean, amazing stuff, recommended tours, comfortable place - I'm a solo traveler exploring Mexico, and this is hands down the best hostel I've stayed at so far. The staff are absolutely amazing—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The location is also great. Even if you don't have a car, you can easily rent a scooter at a very reasonable price and explore hidden cenotes and the beautiful countryside. I had an unforgettable tour with the awesome Mason—highly recommend it! The village itself is full of authentic Maya culture, and the hostel really goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. I've never experienced that level of support and kindness before. I originally booked for two nights but ended up extending my stay. Thanks so much, guys—I hope to see you again soon!
