• Forbes (2/5): Christmas 2025 - The location. The fact that there was no house keeping check up, the leaking ceiling, the running toilet, the fact that it was a 3rd story walk up and my husband is legally disabled. The dirty sofa bed. The clogged sink. Do u need me to go on? Beachfront and penthouse not correct words.

• Steer (5/5): The location of the space is perfect for guest who want to stay in the central area of Ocho Rios. - The location is perfect. My children walked to different locations and was quite safe. The plumbing system .
• Joeanne (5/5): Nice condo - The location was very good the pool and pool bar was good nice big 2 bed condo bed’s was comfortable ac worked well kitchen was adequate have most things u need wife was good and strong in all rooms clean and tidy but o er all was nice would revisit again There were some cockroaches (witch are in most places ) And ants witch tbh u can’t really stop unless ur on top of everything the remote for the tv wasn’t working and haven children is a must needed thing as haven to use the tv to change was a pain the recliner was stuck and couldn’t push back inn.

• Justin (5/5): Owners need to take care of the apartment. - Location It was dirty and stench of garbage. In the apartment the toilet leaks, the bathtub is clogged, the face basin is clogged, the place was just mediocre.

• Nickesha (8/5): Overall it was good time spent in a lovely place - Clean environment, courteous staff. Closeness to many attractions and the town That at the front desk when we went to check out, there was nothing to sign to say we had checked out neither were we asked who we were.

• Jennifer (4/5): Unfortunate - I liked the fact that there was sufficient bed space for 6 people. It was good that we had a direct connection to the Internet, so we were able to watch movies and listen to music. Access to the beach was a plus and great for the children. The housekeeping services were nonexistent. There was not enough cutlery for the number of people in our group (6). Dirty laundry had been left in the washing machine. The washing up sponge and toilet brushes were all dirty. The cooker hood was in a flithy state. There was water coming into the property on the top floor outside the bedroom. This may have been as a result of the recent hurricane, but I'm unsure as no one came to inspect it. There was water penertration to one wall in the living area and water seeping up from beneath the floor. This had started in the area between the kitchen and the area where the dining table was situated and gradually made its way further into the living area. By the time I was vacating the property, the rug in the living area became very wet from the seepage and started to smell. It is a real shame that the housekeeping service had not attended to the smaller things, e.g, changing the dirty sponge and toilet brushes, ensuring there was enough cutlery for the number of guests and taking care of the dirty laundry, as these were clearly within their control.

• Wayne (1/5): Bad - Nothing The fact that there were lots of red ants in one of the bedrooms and management did nothing to help after I complained. We had to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights out of our 3 night stay. We got no apology or part refund for the inconvenience.

• Devenisha (5/5): Passable - The location was great and convenient. The bathroom room is not accessible for kids, a extended shower would be good as I found it difficult to shower. I find bugs in the kids room and roaches in the kitchen.
• Tammy (10/5): Great location and a great space at a reasonable price. - I love this unit and have stayed there a few times. The rooftop balcony with shower is the highlight for me. I have all my meals there, hang out, and also work from that location! The first time I stayed there, there was a bit of an incident. I left my favourite sundress behind and it seemed to have disappeared. The host did make some effort to track it down, but had no success. Perhaps the next guests found it - I am offering a $100 USD reward for it if it turns up, so you have it and are reading this, please contact the host!

The bar is of course weak and the music is not very good. but overall great the smell of grass is everywhere. but we understood where we were going. Of course it would be nice not to smoke by the pool...

The condo is in the heart of Ochi with access to many amenities within and outside of the condo such as restaurant but there is a pool and beach access which makes it ideal for us who carry our kids. Just some nearby pounding as if they were doing some repairs nearby

There were 3 of us and only 2 lounge chairs! We had to carry a dining room chair up the spiral staircase! We turned a trash can over to use as a table! The host was very helpful.

The flooring started chipping which was unsightly. The dining and arm chairs were dirty, the table lamp was dirty/dusty, old fashion and out of date. The ceiling fan and light was very dusty some bulbs was also missing.

• lo (2/5): Not enough information provided on the condo - The hotel itself is great. However, the unit that was part of the package was privately owned. The condo is on the third floor in a complex that does not have elevators. Imagine dragging your luggage to the door. Inside, the condo has 2 floors, with a spiral staircase to the upper level; another difficulty. We were travelling with a 2moth old child and brought a stroller with us in addition to luggage with stuff for family members who reside on the island. The housekeeper, who is privately employed by the owner, was not there to meet us and did not show up at any point during our 7-day stay. After 2 days without any cleaning service the hotel assisted me in contacting the owner, who informed me that it was $25 per day for the housekeeper. I stated that the only amount I has seen on the website was $10 for the rooms cleaned by the hotel staff. The owner stated that she would accept that amount but no one came to clean. I also attempted to get a different room but the request was rejected by the owner. The unit itself is in need of maintenance. The furniture was lumpy, the toilet is too close to the tubs and the showers to small with the enclosures. There was also a water bug (roach) in the room.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Apartment was quite dusty throughout even on top of shower fixture. Couches are getting worn. Mattress not tbat comfy. Air conditioning and fans work well. Overall comfortable. Partially renovated bathrooms.
