Guest Reviews
- Judi (9/5): Superb - No upstairs bathroom/toilet
- Keith (10/5): Beautiful Barn - We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful place! It has everything you need with spectacular views of the hills and fields! The kids enjoyed all the wildlife and the pet goats and ram in the fields! It was a peaceful place to unwind with friends and especially in the evening chatting around the stove fire!! We loved it so much I look forward to returning in the future! It's also close to all the attractions in the Yarra glen such as wineries, chocolaterrie and the Healesville Sanctuary!
- Sullivan (9/5): Had a wonderful relaxed time - Loved the visits from animals, goats, rams dogs and kangaroos.
Kitchen was well equipped. Some of the bedrooms arnt great for someone over 6 foot.
- Georgia (10/5): Fabulous accomodation in the perfect location! - We loved the location and the open space for the kids to explore & watch the kangaroos.
- Michael (9/5): Great place for my birthday weekend with my sons and their families - Beautiful peaceful location within easy reach of all Healesville attractions
- Mira (8/5): Very good - Everything was perfect except the beds.
Very small for 2 adults
- Heath (9/5): Superb -
- Dirk (9/5): Superb -
- Eugene (10/5): A lovely and comfortable place to stay - Extremely comfortable place to stay. Very clean and spacious. Most suitable for families. Abundance of firewood provided which let us keep the fireplace going all night if we chose. There's even an outdoor firepit if we wish to have a campfire under the stars. We could see wild kangaroos and rabbits quite often and there were even some sheep in the fields next door. There was also a friendly little Jack Russell Terrier named Evie that visited us :D.
Location wise its just a 5-7min drive from the property to Healesville town itself. And there are lots of wineries nearby to explore too. Very convenient location~ Definitely a place I'd want to stay in again if we do go back to Yarra Valley. :) Only a really minor issue in that both toilets are located at the ground floor. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. So for old folks or those with slight mobility issues, they'd have to head down the stairs to get to the toilets.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angus (10/5): - Easy stay for a group, close and convenient to Healesville
- Stephen (9/5): The Barn - It was spacious and very comfortable and suited our needs in the main. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, with the added bonus of being able to watch the wildlife from the comfort of the family room. A fold out bed or couch in the loungeroom would have been helpful in our situation as would more preparation space in the kitchen.

- Zhiliang (10/5): - The place was well stocked with resources to entertain the family. It had DVDs, books and simple games for the kids. You could cook a meal there and even snuggle by the fireplace.
Lastly, the kids enjoyed feeding the goats and sheep on the property.
