• ENIKO (9/5): Örömmel foglalnánk újra,kivéve nyáron!Légkondi nélkül meleg lehet,nyitott ablaknál viszont zajos! - A hangszigetelés nagyon jó, volt az első emeleten is, pedig az ablakok forgalmas utcára nyílnak, de a szomszédos templom harangozása se hallatszik be nagy meglepetésünkre! Világos, tágas szoba. Egyetlen aggodalom, hogy nyáron nagyon meleg lehet, mert légkondi nincs! A közös fürdőszoba makulátlan tiszta, szép, nagy. Kéynelmes ágy, bár sajnos a franciaágy 2 külön álló ágyból áll, ami túl könnyen szétcsúszik. Ingyenes parkolás, bár kevés a hely. Szerencse kell, hogy legyen hely! Csak egy kis világos függyöny kellene. Nincs, csak sötétítő függöny és spaletta, ami a szembelévő házak ablakai miatt zavaró, mert napközben is állandóan be kellene legyen húva, vagy csukva, HA nem szeretnénk, hogy belássanak. Amúgy nagyon szép világos sarkon lévő szobát kaptunk nagy örömünkre:-) Kevés a pakolási lehetőség, ami hosszabb tartózodásnál nem olyan parktikus. Nincs hely a törölköző szárítására/akasztására, sem, pl, ami közös fürdőszoba lévén ott nem hagyható/szárítható. Kilincsen nem marad meg.:-( A franciaágy 2 külön álló ágyból áll, ami túl könnyen szétcsúszik. Aki franciaágyas szobát foglal nem örül, ha nem olyat kap. Csak rögzíteni kellene őket egymáshoz, :-)

• Glarcher (10/5): Preis / Leistung und die Lage war perfekt für uns - Die lage ist sehr zentral und perfekt zwischen Laax uns Vals. Das personal war zudem auch super freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte ein komischer Geruch was mit viel lüften weg ging.
• Riccardo (7/5): - Nonostante un piccolo disguido tecnico (la camera prenotata risultava occupata), lo staff ha trovato tempestivamente una soluzione che si adattasse alle nostre esigenze. Ho apprezzato molto la loro disponibilità e attitudine al problem solving. Molto piacevole anche la cena presso la struttura. La colazione è risultata un po' sottotono rispetto al resto dell'esperienza, l'offerta era davvero troppo basic e mi sarei aspettato una maggiore varietà e qualità.

• luzia (6/5): war gut, da wir an einem fest waren und spät ins bett gingen waren wir nicht lange im zimmer..... - frühstück war gut unser zimmer (nr.38) hatte nur ein fenster in den gang und da hat es einfach keine frische luft. finde ich sehr ungünstig.

Alles was es braucht, ohne Firlefanz. Frischer Fruchtsalat, Zopf, Croissans und frische Eier zum selber garen im Wasserbad. Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz gleich brim Hotel. Nichts. Trotz Renovation hats einige Farb- und Gips-schäden, die aber Sterne-gerecht sind.

• Gabrielle (7/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. - Der freundliche Empfang der Chefin, das Zimmer Beim Frühstück wurde kein Aufschnitt, kein dunkles Brot oder Zopf nachgefüllt. Die Serviertochter kam noch schnell mit einem hellen Brot vom Bäcker zurück. (Wir kamen um 8.30h zum Buffet). Hotel Parkplätze beschränkt, mussten auf öffentlichem Parkplatz Gebühren bezahlen.
• Amelia (6/5): A good place to sleep but overall quite basic - - good location as just a short drive to Laax - free parking - great powerful walk-in shower and nice bathroom overall. - no “external” window - the only window in the room opened into a corridor so lack of airflow - lots of road noise/ noise from train barriers through the night when window is open. Also noisy if people in other rooms are entering/exiting their rooms as it is just open to the hallway. - very basic - no complimentary water or glasses - limited parking spaces so I can imagine these would run out if fully booked so would have to pay for parking. - Dated tv - didn’t really use anyway!

• Uloaku (9/5): Positive experience. Will not hesitate to stay at the property again - Had the single room with shared, external bathroom. Room was functional, clean. It had a washbasin and the single bed was suitably comfortable. Slight downside is that the external bathroom was on the floor below my room - so using the toilet or shower meant leaving the room, going down a flight of stairs to get to these. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Toilet and shower being on a different floor from my room. Hotel restaurant closes relatively early - so impossible to get a meal when one returns late from outing

• Bruna (4/5): Good for one night stay over (avoid if sound sensitive) - It's located across the street from the station so it's good for public transports The towels provided in the room were completely wet on one side and had clear signs of having been used recently. I had to go around the hotel looking for fresh ones that I located in a storage and replaced myself since all the staff I interacted with declared to speak no language other than German, of which I had very limited knowledge, and couldn't assist with the issue I presented. The hairdryer only worked for 5 minutes before shutting off completely, and the part of the handle connecting to the engine was left broken. In terms of amenities, it might be relevant to point out that the hotel does not provide ironing boards and the rooms are not equipped with a kettle so for tea or coffee one should refer to the restaurant downstairs (where a cup of tea costs 4.5 CHF and cannot be brought into the rooms). Though not a fault of the hotel per se, some disrespectful guest managed to leave quite a mess (three times in less than 12 hours) in the one shared toilet serving the middle and upper floor, which contributed to the overall sense of discomfort of my stay. For reasons completely unbeknownst to me, the bell tower across the street rang every 15 minutes, for several minutes at a time, all night long without stopping. I had read about the bell in previous reviews but I must have missed the part about the 15 minute intervals. I'm not sure if this is a daily/nightly recurrence or if it was due to a special occasion, but it certainly didn't help with falling asleep. Similarly, the level-crossing barrier went down a few times during the night, sounding a very loud alarm for several minutes each time a commercial train was passing through. All in all, not a comfortable stay by a stretch but it might have been an unlucky night.
