• Caitlin (10/5): Beautiful retreat. - I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s close to everything but quiet. It is really beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was really proactive in helping us book our hot air balloon flight and helped us reschedule when the weather wasn’t great the first day. This is being picky, but they give you way too much food for breakfast. I wouldn’t mind but it feels like such a waste of food when you don’t eat it all. But it was delicious!

• Mari (10/5): - ホテルは綺麗で可愛いのはもちろん、スタッフの方がとにかく親切！ 気になるハマムや乗馬ツアーの話をしたら、私達のプランに合わせてすぐに予約してくださいました。 分かりやすく説明してくださいました。また最終日は夜行バスで次の目的地に向かう予定でしたが、11時にチェックアウト後もキャリーケースを預かってくださり、一日予定を終え、ホテルに向かうと夜行バスの時間までトルコの話をしながらゆっくりさせてくれました。そして、朝食も食べきれない量で残してしまって申し訳ないですが、とっても美味しかったです！またカッパドキアに来る機会があったら、必ず宿泊したいと思います！幸せな時間でした♡ コンセントがガタついてなかなか充電出来なかったくらいですが、コンセントの下に色々ものを置いて調節すれば角度によっては使えました！

Betten sind sehr bequem und die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist total entspannt. Schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker aber man bekommt Platten an den Tisch mit seeehr viel essen und man fühlt sich dann schlecht wenn man soviel zurücklässt und es dann wieder zurück in die Küche geht. Buffet wäre sinnvoller.

• Teruaki (10/5): とにかく親切！そして猫好きになる！ - 2026/5/6から夫婦で二泊宿泊しました。 カッパドキアに泊まるなら、ぜひ初日に泊まることをおすすめしたいホテルです。 ルーフトップのソファエリアが2か所あるので、朝の気球鑑賞や写真撮影の際も混み合いにくく、ゆっくり過ごせました。 空一面に浮かぶ気球を背景に、絨毯やソファのある素敵な空間で記念撮影ができるだけでなく、ホテルにいる猫たちも一緒に写ってくれます。 猫たちの気分次第なので保証はできませんが。笑 そのくらいホテルには猫がたくさんいて、猫好きにはたまらない環境でした。 個人的には、猫じゃらしを持って行けばさらに楽しめたと思います。 現地で買おうとしましたが、お土産屋さんでは見つけられなかったので、持参するのがおすすめです。 そして何より印象に残っているのは、ホテルの方の親切な対応です。 カッパドキア旅行の大きな目的の一つは気球に乗ることだと思いますが、気球は天候に左右されるうえ、価格や予約の仕組みも少し独特で、観光客にとっては判断が難しい部分があります。 自分自身で旅行前に気球ツアーを予約していたのですが、決済エラーでキャンセルになってしまい、前日にどうすればよいか分からず困っていました。 ホテルの方に相談したところ、本当に親身になって話を聞いてくださり、業者に確認してくれたり、予算も考慮しながら一緒にプランを考えてくれました。 そのおかげで無事に気球に乗ることができ、とても思い出になりました。本当にありがとう！！ きっとカッパドキア初日に宿泊して相談すれば、天候を考慮して最適なアクティビティを提案してくれると思います。 もちろん気球に乗れたこと自体も素晴らしい思い出ですが、それ以上に、トラブル時に親身に助けてもらったことが一番の思い出になりました。 このホテルにして本当に良かったです。 もしまたカッパドキアに来ることがあれば、必ずもう一度ここに泊まります。

Giriş katta yer alan odamızın ses yalıtımı kötüydü dışarıda konuşanların sesleri olduğu gibi odanın içindeydi, bu sesler birçok kez uykumuzu böldü. Ücretsiz otopark olduğu belirtilmiş bu bizim tercih sebeplerimizden biriydi fakat özel bir park alanları yok park yeri bulmak için her seferinde birkaç kez tur attığımız oldu otelin civarında.

One of the best parts was being able to watch the hot air balloons so clearly in the morning, which made the experience even more special. The family (especially brothers Irfan and Ibrahim) and staff were very hospitable, always ready to assist. We appreciate Irfan’s advice and help with arranging our balloon flight, private tour and his recommendations, including our knowledgeable guide, Bilal, and good dining options. Our room was quaint, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace and breakfast area offer beautiful panoramic view of the Cappadocia landscape, watching the balloons take off at sunrise was amazing. Breakfast was generous with good variety. Good choice for anyone looking for a welcoming, unique and memorable experience. Our room has a basement bathroom accessed through spiral staircase. While it added to the unique, cave hotel experience, it was a little inconvenient to access.

• Posthumus (10/5): Five stars - The hotel was in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view from the terrace and breakfast area. The room was comfortable and warm even though it was cold outside. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was superb.

• Marcela (10/5): I feel that it was oustanding for what we paid for :) - Everything! The breakfast was super good. Size of the room very comfortable but I what i liked the most was the staff because they were super nice and helpful. They arranged all of my tours, private drivers, balloon flight etc. It’s in the higher part of Goreme so you have to walk up the hill and for older people it’s a little bit difficult (I traveled with my mom)

Due to bad weather conditions they recommended us to change our balloon flight reservation for a day before and that was 10 out of 10 shot! Flights were cancelled on the day of our initial reservation and we were lucky to fly the day before! We would loose number 1 attraction if it weren't for them! Thank you so much! • Sujit (10/5): Great views, unique ambiance and superb service - Great location and views and unique decor and design representing the cave life. The property is up on a hill so climbing from downtown is needed but well worth the views. Breakfast was amazing (both quality and service) and the little heated outdoor bubble made it pleasant to start your mornings. Irfan made sure we had a good experience in Cappadocia.
• Pacheco (8/5): Ótima experiência no centro de Göreme - Pequeno almoço e funcionários, simpáticos e ajudaram-nos com a questão dos voos dos balões de ar quente, se não fossem eles não teríamos tido essa experiência, uma vez que nos recomendaram alterar o dia de voo por causa do vento. Tampa da sanita estava sempre a cair, a mola parecia avariada. Aquecimento não dava para regular, tivemos de usar o ar condicionado para atenuar o calor.

• Bruno (7/5): Très bien situé et atypique ! Parfait pour découvrir la Cappadoce - L’hôtel est très atypique très agréable et offre une très belle vue sur Göreme !! Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec notre salle de bain car il y’avait une grosse fuite d’eau au niveau de la douche et on se retrouvait avec de l’eau partout dans les toilettes .. Pour le staff je n’ai pas mis la note maximal car il y avait de très bonnes personnes mais il y avait un monsieur (brun et fin je n’ai plus le nom) qui n’était vraiment pas sympathique et pas souriant et qui malheureusement fait baisser le niveau global. Sinon tous les autres membres étaient très gentils au petit déjeuner notamment ! Merci à eux !

• Aya (10/5): - ロケーション、ホテルからの眺望、朝食、スタッフみなさんのお人柄、お部屋、シャワーのお湯、とても良く申し分ないホテルです。空港送迎、ランドリーサービス、少人数制のツアーなどのご用意もありました。レセプションの場所が少しわかりにくいですが、メッセージしたらすぐにフォローしてくださいました。ありがとうございました。 このホテルに限らず洞窟ホテル滞在時の注意点だと思いますが、天井が少しずつ崩れるようで、床などたまに砂っぽくなります。

• Isabel (10/5): Una estancia magnífica - Todo excelente. La hospitalidad y educación de los trabajadores y su predisposición a ayudarte siempre y servirte en lo necesario, la habitación era ideal, el desayuno muy completo, las zonas comunes también estupendas. Nos hemos sentido muy bien y sin duda es un lugar para quedarte y sentirte como en casa.

• Carolina Tinoco (9/5): Maravilhosa. - Staff super educados, muito gentis e nos ajudaram o tempo todo. Cama muito confortável! O café da manhã tem muita variedade, bem típico e também com opções não típicas para quem quer variar, o meu favorito é o que eles chamam de panqueca turca, que é feito na hora. MUITO delicioso. O terraço que tem aquelas mesas de chão com tapete tava com cheiro muito forte de xixi de gato, o que eu entendo que a Turquia tem muitos gatos de rua, mas eu realmente queria aproveitar um pouco essa área. Mas todas as outras áreas estavam impecáveis, nada a comentar sobre. Mesmo com isso continuaria indo no mesmo hotel, só evitaria essa área.
