Michael (6/5): Erlebnis im Felsen - eine Selten mögliche Erfahrung - wie die Menschen, die hier vor Jahrhunderten lebten. - Die Lage des Felsenhotels ist einfach toll - am Hang oben gelegen - bietet einen Blick über Göreme und sofern stattfindet, die aufsteigenden Ballons. Leider genau vor dem Hotel ein eingerüsteter Felsen. Achtung: nichts für Personen mit Einschränkungen - nur Stufen zu den „Zimmern“; Weniges dafür hilfsbereites Personal beim Koffer tragen od. Auskunft erteilen; Die Bilder auf booking.com sowie im Internet müssen aus der „Vorzeit“ stammen; bedingt durch Vorsaison fehlten div, Ausstattungen für Terrasse u.a.; Die Möbel sind alt und ausgeleiert; wenn,am auf Altes steht, dann fühlt ,an sich sicher wohl; Katzen und Hunde sind präsent. zum Teil auch im Frühstücksraum incl. Familienanschluss der „Eigentümer“; Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet eingeschränktes Angebot - regional angepasst; Je nachdem wer bei der rReception sitzt, wird man auch als Kunde wahrgenommen oder ignoriert; Speziell vom „Junior“: der mehr Interesse an seinem Quad samt rasendem Wegfahren, als am Hotelgast hat!

- Neil (8/5): Great location and very helpful staff - Had a great location to see over the town and watch the balloon flights. The staff were very helpful and tried to assist in any way they could. For someone unfit or not well then a taxi would be needed to get to the hotel. In line with being in a cave at times it was a little dull to see some things clearly …. However that was sleeping in a cave !!

- LETICIA (1/5): La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear - Las vistas La ubicación y las vistas del hotel son muy buenas, probablemente lo único destacable de la estancia. Sin embargo, la limpieza fue claramente insuficiente. Las sábanas tenían manchas, las toallas estaban rotas y la ducha acumulaba tanta cal que daba la sensación de llevar meses sin limpiarse. Además, había polvo visible en distintas zonas de la habitación, transmitiendo una sensación general de abandono y falta de mantenimiento. El desayuno también nos decepcionó bastante, tanto por la calidad como por la variedad. En general, el hotel nos pareció muy descuidado para el precio que cobra, que consideramos excesivo en relación con lo que ofrece.

- Роман Белоусов (6/5): Аутентичное место с красивым видом и атмосферой,но уровень комфорта и сервиса не соответствует цене. - Отличное расположение с видом на всю долину. Номер действительно встроен буквально в пещеру, в саму скалу - это очень круто и аутентично. Выходя из номера, сразу попадаешь на старинные улочки, по которым приятно прогуляться. Очень дружелюбный персонал на ресепшн, в отеле живут милые собачки и котики. И в целом открывается хороший вид. В номере не было кондиционера - стоял только вентилятор, отсутствует холодильник, вода просто стоит на полке. Чистота на уровне среднего. Мы приезжали на автомобиле, и очень огорчило отсутствие парковки, хотя на сайте указано, что она есть. Улица возле отеля очень узкая, поставить машину практически невозможно - с парковкой это целое мучение. Завтраки в целом неплохие, но однообразные, и за яичницу или омлет почему-то требуется доплатить 50 лир. Сумма небольшая, но вызывает вопросы. На мой взгляд, описанные минусы не соответствуют стоимости, так как отель недешёвый.

Het ontbijt was fijn en de transfers en de excursie waren correct geboekt. Alles is versleten en soms kapot. Voor de kamer rook het naar kattenpis. Oude spullen zijn in het zicht in een hoek gezet. En de portier gaf een veel te laat tijdstip door om in de ochtend de ballonnen te spotten. Er zijn twee honden die aan je tafel komen schooien.

- Tehseen (10/5): - Me and my husband had a lot of fun staying in this hotel! The room was amazing and it gave us the opportunity to experience living in a cave. The highlight of course was the breakfast, it had amazing variety and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner is very helpful you can get an airport shuttle and rent a car from the property without having to go anywhere.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable also helped us booking baloon flight. We also got a free lift to bus station at the end of our stay. Highly recommended.

- Khudyk (9/5): - We had a great stay at Elite Cave Suites and honestly didn’t want to leave. The cave-style rooms are very cozy, especially the spacious ground-floor one. The staff were ultra friendly. The terrace offers beautiful views of the hot air balloons, and even with nearby construction, it was still enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and unlimited coffee and tea were a nice bonus. Both rooms had jacuzzis, which were perfect after long, active days. The hotel also offers activities at reasonable prices, which made everything very convenient. Overall, we really loved our stay and would gladly come back😊

Pokój jest wykuty w skale i ma niesamowity klimat. W szafkach dostępne były zarówno kosmetyki, jak też duże ilości kawy i herbaty. W Pokoju było ciepło i przytulnie. Recepcja organizuje fantastyczne wycieczki i loty balonem. Polecam skorzystanie z usług hotelu w tym zakresie i ich biura. Wszystko zorganizowane jest perfekcyjnie. Można też liczyć na bardzo dobre śniadania a darmowe wifi jest wystarczająco szybkie. Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że do tego najlepszego pokoju z widokiem trzeba pokonać sporo schodów, więc nie jest to dobre miejsce dla osób z ograniczeniami ruchowymi lub bardzo leniwych ;) Niestety widok nieco zakłócała konstrukcja rusztowań otaczająca jedną z większych formacji skalnych, która była akurat w trakcie prac zabezpieczających. Ale to pewnie przejściowe i nie psuje ogólnego znakomitego wrażenia.

Nos enamoramos del pastor alemán que reside allí. Un amor de perro. El baño no estaba del todo limpio, grifos con cal, fundas de colchón con pelos… la limpieza podría mejorar bastante.

- Fransisca Iskandar (8/5): Good hotel - its a cave hotel because its a cave hotel, there is no lift, so it a struggle to bring our luggage up stair although the staff help us to bring the luggage. I also feels that a few sand on my feet when walking inside the room although I know that they already clean it, maybe its because it is a cave hotel. The breakfast is a variatif turkish breakfast although i would prefer continental breakfast. Its better if they could start the breakfast earlier or provide take away breakfast to cater customer that want to start their day early before 8.30. I also a bit disapointed because there were a major construction in front of the hotel. It obstructed the view from their terrace, while this was the major point why we chose the hotel. But fortunately the hotel location near sunset point so we can walk 10-15 minute to see the balloons. the hotel is a bit far from the center and need to hike up and down to go to the center.
- Shalini (9/5): Very good stay - Very friendly and supportive staff. The view outside the room. The location was very convenient. And breakfast was diverse and good. I am sure the place looks more beautiful when all the flowers are in bloom. There were construction activities ongoing at another hotel which was impacting part of the view. The good thing is that this is not permanent.
- Andrei (10/5): - I have booked a family suite and i was impressed, from cleaning to comfort, all in the experience of living in a cave. The location is great and it will be perfect once finalized the renovation of another cave nearby. Even so, the view is already nice, i was able to experience the balloons passing nearby our balcony. The personnel was very polite and smilling. The breakfast was good and with enough diversity in order to start day. I would totally recommend 🙂
- alessandra (9/5): Uno staff super - Uno staff super. Disponibili, preparati, competenti e sorridenti. Persone così aiutano a vivere al meglio il viaggio. La strattura è molto bella. Stanza nella roccia, inevitabilmente un pò buia, ma molto affascinante ed ampia. Colazione varia, sia dolce che salata. Svariate terrazze da cui osservare il panorama di Goreme. Un cagnone molto buono e tanti gattini. Il gruppo che gestisce l'hotel ha anche un'agenzia di viaggi e tour, con la quale abbiamo fatto due giornate di tour privati ed il giro in mongolfiera. Ottimi prezzi e servizi. Molto soddisfatta.

- Eunjin (10/5): 엘리트케이브 동굴호텔 추천합니다! - 아침식사는 맛있었으나 이른 아침에는 사람이 너무 많이 몰려서 먹기가 조금 어려웠고 숙소가 동굴로 만들어져서 따뜻했고 뷰도 너무 좋고 욕조도 있고 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했습니다 뷰가 좋아서 그런지 숙소도 걸어올라가야되고 계단이 너무 많고 동굴이라서 그런지 엘레베이터는 없어요 숙소앞에 공사뷰여서 좀 아쉬웠어요!

- Kraai- (8/5): Es lo que ves, pero no lo que parece - Amplitud, es como un mini estudio. Ambiente rocoso, como se vivía en esa época. Bonitas vistas de la ciudad. El hidromasaje funcional y excelente para relajar. El servicio de cambio de toallas y agua gratis. Recepción 24h. El desayuno muy completo y variado Son unas cuantas, entre malas y no tan malas pero... El calor de esa habitación era inhumano, y no era posible regularlo. Al tener que ventilar, te entraba uno que otro gato por la ventana del frío que tenían. Amo los gatos, pero pueden orinar y eso no lo queremos. Faltaba iluminación en todas las áreas, muy baja luz. Se podría agregar más detalles, ya que se veía un poco seco de apariencia. Los miradores de las terrazas que se muestran en fotos, solo existe 1 y da a una roca llena de andamios. Las alfombras nunca las vi fuera, al no ser que vaya de temporadas. No vimos los globos pero esto no es culpa de nadie, solo hago mención. Al tener vistas, háganse la idea que el hotel está en altura, por lo que hay que subir una cuesta de aprox 5min (esto tampoco influye en mí calificación, solo quiero que se sepa). La presión de agua del baño era una vergüenza, ya que solo salían 10 hilos de agua con casi nula presión, salvo que fuese agua fría. Por último, la cama está más alta de lo normal, con bordes duros. Y lo mismo pasa con el WC, está como súper alto. Yo con 1,77m, apoyaba los pies en punta para llegar.

Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They can book balloon ride as well. There are many cats and few dogs. Nice Turkish breakfast The one only bad thing is the smell from bathroom. It can be really big problem for sensitive to smells people. I just closed the door in bathroom and there was no smell in the bedroom.

- Leila (8/5): - Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon. Die Aussicht war super und die Lage auch ziemlich gut! Im Zimmer hat es etwas feucht gerochen, was aber glaube ich für ein Cave Zimmer normal ist. Was mich mehr gestört hat war, dass das Licht sehr schlecht war. In der Dusche ist es sehr dunkel wenn man die Türe schliesst. Im Bad hat es bei uns etwas reingeregnet und es war immer sandig am Boden. Nichts was super schlimm ist und unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem toll.
- OSMER (7/5): Bien ubicado para ver los globos al amanecer. - A pesar de que hay una gran cantidad de hoteles con el mismo concepto de cuevas en la zona, posiblemente lo mejor de éste sea su ubicación , sobre todo para ver los globos al amanecer y a la avenida principal son unos 7-10min caminando. Información de tours en el hotel sin costos y puedes contratar ahí mismo si quieres. El traslado al aeropuerto es indispensable y se gestiona muy rapido con ellos mismos. Las aéreas comunes necesitan arreglo o no se si es que estan aun en construcción pero es una lastima que si quieres quedarte en el hotel solo puedes estar en tu habitación porque del resto no hay buen techo para protegerse del sol y lluvia. El desayuno es bastante pobre, solo huevos duros como proteica. Esperaba algo mucho mas acorde por el precio que se paga por la habitación.

- Maria (10/5): - Прекрасный отель! В каждый номер отдельный вход с улицы, номер атмосферный, просторный и уютный. Вкусный турецкий завтрак, чисто и комфортно. Мы были в марте, ещё прохладно. Летом наверное очень здорово завтракать на улице с видом Удобно для прогулок по городу - всё в пешей доступности. У ребят так же отличные цены на полеты на шаре. -
