The atmosphere felt peaceful and luxurious. Staff were friendly and everything was well prepared. Definitely one of the best places to stay and I would love to come back again.

La bañera no tenía cierre y se salía el agua, lo cual fue peor teniendo en cuenta que no limpiaron ningún día. Estaban haciendo obras en la habitación de al lado sin respetar el descanso. El desayuno nos pareció cutre. No había tostador de pan y el café era instantáneo.

Завтраки вполне нормальные. Рекомендую. Приедем ещё. Все немного "подуставшее" в номере, но и цена не высока. Кровать следует починить. Завтраки накрывались немного позже указанного времени, что неудобно, если торопишься куда-нибудь.

Nos fueron a recoger al aeropuerto en un transfer super cómodo a pesar de ser bastante tarde por la noche y nos esperaron para hacer el check-in. La habitación era grande, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Estaba todo limpio. El personal fue muy agradable. Nos sirvieron un desayuno muy rico y variado, con cosas típicas de la zona.

• Weatherhead (1/5): I strongly recommend avoiding this property. There are many better-managed hotels in Göreme. - Location is good. I stayed at Falcon Cave Suites in Göreme for 2 nights, and the experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. First, the room was unacceptable — the mattress was badly dipped in the middle, and the springs were literally bulging out, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. For a hotel listed on Booking.com, I expected at least a basic standard of comfort and maintenance. What made the stay even worse was the terrible customer service, especially at check-in. Due to a flight issue, we arrived around 2am. Although the hotel claims to have a 24-hour reception, this is simply not true. The owner was extremely reluctant to get up to check us in and made it very clear that our late arrival was an inconvenience to him. Despite Booking.com (and the hotel itself) already having my credit card details, we were unexpectedly forced to pay in cash on arrival. When we questioned this, the owner threatened to mark us as a no-show and charge my card anyway. He even told us to “go find another hotel” at 2am. while we were standing outside, freezing, with our luggage. This behaviour was unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unacceptable. Warning to future guests: If you arrive late (even for reasons outside your control), you risk being turned away or pressured into paying cash on the spot. The 24-hour reception claim is misleading, and the overall service is far below what Booking.com usually offers.

Bella la terrazza dalla quale si possono vedere le mongolfiere, mancherebbe soltanto qualche arredo. -

• Daniel (1/5): Katastrophe. Nach 10 Minuten wieder ausgecheckt!! - Die Lage Alles war schlecht, die Zimmer waren absolut nicht so wie auf den Fotos! Es ist heruntergekommen und vernachlässigt, es hat keinen Charme mehr. Es ist einfach abgenutzt. Es wurden und zwar 2 Zimmer gezeigt welche wir wählen konnten, beide rochen sehr muffig! wir haben das Hotel sofort wieder verlassen und uns ein anderes Hotel gebucht!

• Judee (9/5): We had an unforgetable stay Cappadoccia is a magical place and made it more wonderful local people - Location is walking distance to the bus station and the center, the owner Mr. Kadir offered to pick us up from the bus station, i forgot my bag in the bis and he helped me to recover it without his help it. We also love the breakfast.

• Gaurav (9/5): Comfortable Stay at a good value for money. Central location. - The staff were super nice and very responsive to all our queries. The rooms are huge plus the bathroom size is the same as the room. They gave us the warm dining area to stay from 4 am to 10 am prior to the check-in.

• Oksana (10/5): Goreme - Отличный отель, всё чисто, аккуратно. Встретили ночью, предлагали трансфер бесплатный из аэропорта, уютная территория, вкусные завтраки, чувствуешь как у бабушки летом. Месторасположение супер, в центре, до кафе /ресторанов близко, автовокзал под боком, смотровая площадка на шары тоже рядышком. Разрешили остаться после чек аута и сходить в душ после целого дня похода в горах. Если вернёмся, то только сюда Все замечательно
• Jorge (9/5): - Kadir and his family are very welcoming. The cave is wonderful, roomy and clean and its location is close to a supermarket and the main street of Goreme. Be on time for the homemade breakfast otherwise the other guests might empty out the trays fast!

• Marco (7/5): Nice stay, great position and roof terrace. - Excellent position, 2 minutes from the central bus station and the heart of Goreme. The hotel is on a small hill and has a great terrace on the roof making it an amazing spot to see the balloons from any position they might fly in the morning. Room was spacious, clean, with all working appliances (fridge, hot tub and hair drier). 24/7 check-in/out and luggage deposit always available. The staff is nice and speaks good English. Overall had a nice stay. Keep in mind that cave suites are on the ground floor and can trap a lot of humidity. Only the bathrooms are actually carved in the rock. If you want a proper cave room id suggest to look into other structures since the vibe there is more of a regular hotel, which can be found for cheaper. No AC available. I’d expect more curated finishes in the rooms, the laminated floors are quite ruined and the furnishing was a bit thrown together. Definitely a nice room but shouldn’t be advertised as a suite. Come with expectations accordingly.
