- Silvio (10/5): - I loved my stay here. The staff of this family owned hotel are fantastic and will help with any requests. The room was gorgeous. Breakfast and staff were so kind ( gave me honey and ginger for a sore throat). The view of Goreme is spectacular, lots of comfy places to soak in the view- early morning as balloons float across sky or evening sunsets.

- an (10/5): - Very nice cave hotel with amazing views over Goreme town where the lovely Maureen at reception, the owners and all the other staff couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful! The garden and outdoor spaces could use a little TLC and a few lightbulbs in room were not working but fully recommend staying here. Our cave deluxe room was gorgeous. Missed out on balloon ride due to high winds so will defo be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay Panoramic ❤️
- Rusty (10/5): - This family owned hotel is one of a kind! This is one of the few hotels where you can actually stay in a Fairy Chimney Cave! Zaza (one of the owners) has the best sense of humor! The food was also unbelievable! So many options and all very traditional Turkish cuisine. The views of the valley are also amazing. It sits on a hill with perfect panoramic rooftop overlooks with a beautiful Turkish sitting area. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean, but at night time you get a very strong smell of sewerage from wash room pipe lines.. it was so bad that I had to keep the door open at 3am.. I brought it to management attention all they said oh SORRY I did not get any sleep .. on top they charged me 60 euro additional because I had my kid with me .. overall not very happy

They organized a balloon tour and a transfer to the airport. The location of the hotel is also very nice. In summary, I left satisfied. Thank you.

I recommend this hotel for everyone who cares about comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. (We spent 3 nights here and we are rather type of demanding guests).

We landed and had to wait one hour since the driver was waiting for other customers on a flight that was arriving later. This was extremely unfair to us.

Otel sahibi ve çalışanların ilgi alakası, güler yüzü, tatilimizden ekstra keyif almamızı sağladı. Kahvaltı da oldukça lezizdi..yolum tekrar Kapadokya’ya düşerse ilk tercihim olacak :)

- Nazli (2/5): Hayal Kırıklığı - Göremeye gittiğimizde hotel.com üzerinden iki yetişkin ve bir çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptık. Otele geldiğimizde çocuk yatağı olmadığı için bizi başka odaya alacaklarını ve fiyat farkı almayacaklarını söylediler. Önce çok olumlu gibi gelen yaklaşım sonra bize keşke 2 kişilik odaya sıkışsaymışız dedirtti. Mağara odaya girdiğimizde içeri çok nem ve kötü kokuyordu. Havalandırdık ama geçmedi. Oda çok nemliydi gece yatak yorgan nemden ıslandı ve mağara üzerimize dökülmeye başladı. Yatak hep toz içinde kaldı. Gece odanın problemli olduğunu yatağımızın ıslak olduğunu ve kötü kokuya dayanamadığımızı ilettik. Kimse ilgilenmedi. Yapabilecek bir şey yok cevabı aldık. Nevresimlerimizi bile değiştirmediler. Hiç uyumadık. Ayrıca kahvaltı bölgede eşdeğer otellere göre çok zayıftı. Bölgeye çok gittim bence benim kaldığım en kötü oteldi. Ayrıca bu hizmete aldıkları ücret çok yüksek. Eğer sadece o oda problemli ise bence o odayı müşteri kullanımına kapatmalılar. Bir daha asla konaklamayı düşünmüyorum.

Otel de Göreme manzarasına hakim ve son derece otantik. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Ekiptekiler yardımsever kişiler. Tekrar gitsem başka yer aramadan konaklarım. Mutlaka arabanız ile gidin veya kiralayın derim. Yorumlarımı 12 senelik otelci olarak yazdım.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sue i had a good trip, booked transfers, activities and arranged a special sunset ballon flight when they heard there would be no flights the next morning (when i had arremged to and my last morning in the city), not only that, but contacted my tour guide and came to pick me up in the middle of the tour to make sure id make the ballon ride. Also offered to drive me the next morning to see the open air museum. They also have a really cool turkish bath just next to the reception, really enjoyed the experience. Breakfast was great and the room looked just like the picture and they provided a full size blowdryer(not those attached to the wall). Dont think you can get any better than that, specially with the price! When i opened the bathroom windows in the morning i could see all the balloons in the air and if you walk 5 min uphill you can take really nice pictures. Amazing hotel!

Kahvaltısıda abartılacak birşey olmamakla birlikte güzeldi .. Yalnız odada Tv yoktu:) sorduğumuzda arızalı olduğundan yeni çıkartıldığını öğrendik.. Konaklamamız 2 gece idi ve odamızın temizliğinin yapılmadığını sorduğumuzda oda anahtarını bırakmadığımızdan (bırakmamız gerektiği söylenmemişti) yapılamadığını öğrendik :) Bunların harici Sabahattin Bey bize gayet yardımcı oldu teşekkür ederiz. Göremede konaklama için seçilecek samimi bir yer olduğunu söyleyebilirim..Bizi rahatsız edici bir durum yaşamadık.. gayet keyifli bir seyahat oldu bizim için..
- irfan (2/5): Kesinlikle vasat bir otel - Daha ilk girişte sorunlar başladı.Netten beğendiğim rezerve ettiğim oda doluymuş.Başka oda verildi.Bu odanın verileceğini bilseydim kesinlikle gitmezdim.Oda pis temizlik namına hiç bişey yok.Banyosu vasat.Duş alamadım çünkü sıcak su gelmiyordu.Isınıyor gibi su oluyor soğuyordu.Duşun başlığı arızalıydı.Söylediğim halde değişmedi.Kahvaltı orta şeker ne iyi ne kötü.En önemlisi odada terlik yoktu.Kalmamış sipariş edeceklerini söylediler.İlgilinin yanına böyle olmaz yan otelden vs bulun diye konuşmaya indim masanın çekmecesinden çıkartıp verdi.Saygı yok kesinlikle.Bir ihtiyaç için yanlarına gittim bekliyorum işimi bitirince ilgileneceğim cevabını aldım.İşi youtubta turistlerle video izlemekti.Güle eğlene.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.Duştan gelen kokudan uyuyamadık desem yeridir.
- Samet (10/5): Panoramic Cave - Otelin konumu çok iyi, otopark, kahvaltı, her şey mükemmeldi. Otel sahipleri aile ortamı ile karşılayıp, aile sıcaklığı ile uğurluyorlar. Gerçekten çok ilgili insanlar. Konforlu bir konaklama için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptılar. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

- Sabri Tolga (10/5): Mükemmel otel:) - Adına bakarak seçmiştim oteli. Adını sonuna kadar hak ettiğini gittiğimde anladım. Mükemmel bir manzarası var. Çalışanlar sıcak kanlı her türlü özel isteğimi karşıladılar. Açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet iyi. En hoşuma giden şeylerden biri ise odanızda teras vb. bir dinlenme alanınızın olmasının yanı sıra kafanızı dinleyebileceğiniz yalnız kalıp manzaranın tadını çıkarabileceğiniz çok fazla alan var. Göreme otellerinde sorun olan otopark problemi burada yok kendine ait kameralı otoparkı var. Anlayacağınız gidin sizde memnun kalacaksınız
- Min (10/5): 很不错的入住体验 - 很不错的入住体验，住的房间出来有很大的庭院，几乎可以俯瞰整个小镇，早上起来晒着太阳在外面吃早餐，夜里天上星光点点，喝杯热茶，非常惬意。也很幸运地在入住第二天坐了热气球，很美。 管家Zaza非常热心，还未入住的前一周就开始联系，安排接机等服务，临走那天还开车在我们去露天博物馆，总体非常贴心。推荐。
- Mustafa (10/5): Manzara ve Panoramic Cave Hotel - Misafirperver ve gayet iyi hizmetin olduğu ve manzarasının çok güzel olduğu Panoramic Cave Hotel'i tercih etmenizi tavsiye ederim. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili personel sayesinde hem güzelce konakladık hem de verdikleri bilgilerle bölgeyi çok güzel bir şekilde gezme fırsatını yakaladık. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve bol seçenekli idi ve ayrıca Göreme manzarasına karşı kahvaltı yapabilmekte ayrı bir tat kattı tatilimize. Her şey çok güzeldi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz Panoramic Cave Hotel ailesine.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 5 üzerinden 4 - Öncelikle; otelimizin konumu çok iyiydi. Göremenin bütün güzelliğini seyredebildik.otel genel manada temizdi ama kaldığımız double cave room odanın banyo kısmı pek o kadar temiz değildi.Aynı zamanda diğer odalardan ziyade bizim kaldığımız oda çok karanlıktı.Odamızda pek kalmamaya çalıştık... diğer odaları gezme fırsatı buldum.daha ferahdı o odalar.Kahvaltı açık büfe olup eşimle beni ihya etti :) kısaca otel güzel fakat oda eh :/
- Emre (10/5): - Panoramic Cave Otel'de iki gece kaldık. Kaldığımız oda bahçe manzaralı bir odaydı. Ama cave odalarda mevcut. Açıkcası bir dahaki ziyaretimizde tekrar kalabileceğimiz ve cave odalardan birini tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. Odada istenen genel anlamda herşey mevcut. Banyo temiz, televizyon oldukça yeterli, internet bağlantısından memnun kaldık. Bir akşam internetten maç bile seyredebildim. Anlaşmalı oldukları restorantın yemekleri oldukça güzel, özellikle tandır kebabını tavsiye ederiz. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve tam bir türk usülü kahvaltı mevcut. Ev yapımı kekleri ve sigara böreği oldukça lezzetliydi. Fiyat/fayda oranına göre bizce oldukça iyi bir otel. Rahatsız olduğumdan Kapodakya'yı pek gezemedik ve tekrar gidince yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel...
- Mustafa (8/5): Mükemmel konum, muhteşem manzara - Otelin lokasyonu mükemmel,çevredeki tesislerle kıyaslayacak olursak kendine ait otoparkın olması, Türk hamamı masaj hizmetlerinin olması büyük avantaj. Tesisin terası tek kelimeyle mükemmel, kahvaltı dört dörtlük değil ama tesis standartlarına göre fena sayılmaz.
