Maar keek daar niet naar, en maakte gelijk foto's van de paspoorten, terwijl we duidelijk hadden aangegeven dat we dat niet wilde. Verder was deze dame ronduit onvriendelijk. Het ontbijt viel erg tegen, het bestond uit 3 sneden wit brood, gekookt ei en een banaan
Daniel (7/5): Good location and good facilities - Room was lovely and big, and I loved that the shower had a cubicle because this is rare in Vietnam! Bed was comfortable. The lady checking me in was super lovely, allowed me to check in early as I’d moved hotels and gave me recommendations for where I can find things. Location is a short walk from the old quarter too. The thing that let this down for me was the curtains let so much light in from around the fitting that I woke super early in the morning and struggled to sleep again.

Water uit wc spuit soms omhoog, natte vloer en wc bril. Voor ontbijt moet je 200 mtr verderop in een ander hotel zijn. Heel bizar. WiFi heel slecht, nauwelijks bereik. Ook niet met eigen bundel. Rare badkamer met glaswand. Wij hadden 2 kamers allebei slecht.

Javier (1/5): Very disappointing stay – nothing like the photos - The location was good and convenient. I was very disappointed with this hotel. It felt old and in poor condition, and the cleanliness of the room was very bad. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online, which was one of the main reasons I booked it and paid a higher price compared with other options in Hanoi. I honestly feel misled and overcharged. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.
