• Joanna (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja w pięknej kamienicy. Mieszkanko czyste , dla dwóch osób wystarczająco przestronne. Wybieram sie jesienią i chętnie do tego samego miejsca jesli bedzie dostępne Nie działało WiFi, po wpisaniu hasła połączyłam sie ale bez dostępu do internetu co jest kluczowe . Nie mialam czasu na interweniowanie więc zostawiłam sprawę. Przydałyby sie kieliszki do wina ( są tylko szklanki do piwa ) oraz łyżka do butów.
• Jacek (8/5): Mimo pewnych niedogodności byliśmy zadowoleni z pobytu - Super lokalizacja, czystość, miły personel Nie działał internet, szpara między drzwiami a futryną( było przez to zimno) i hałas na zewnątrz do 4 rano

• MARGARITA (10/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ομορφο και ανετο διαμέρισμα - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Μεγαλο διαμέρισμα με ανεσεις και ομορφη θεα απο το παραθυρο. Ηταν λιγο tricky να μπεις και να το βρεις. Έπρεπε να πας σε ξενοδοχείο για το τσεκ ιν και απο κει να επιστρέψεις στο διαμέρισμα που επρεπε να περασεις πολλες πόρτες καθε φορα. Δεν εχει ασανσέρ. Ωστοσο μετα απο 1-3 φορες το συνηθιζες

• Jennie (10/5): Great. I would stay here again next time I visit. - I loved the central location and the apartment had everything I needed. They provided a map and whatnot it would have been helpful to meet at the actual location of the apartment but once I got the hang of it, it was fine.

• Justyna (8/5): - Czysto, schludnie i minimalistycznie. Kuchnia do dyspozycji, wyposażona łazienka...wygodne łóżko. Zbyt duży hałas, w nocy nie można spać.. Wymiana okien ze względu na hałas konieczna. Brak w-fi w telewizorze i ogólnie bardzo słabe w pomieszczeniu.

• Agnieszka (9/5): - Bardzo dobrze dogrzany mimo, że narożny i stare budownictwo, super klimat, z okna widać hejnał mariacki, ale przy zamkniętych oknach nie przeszkadza w spaniu. Nie wiem jak w lecie. Ładna kuchnia. Bardzo trudno było ustawić temperaturę pod prysznicem, stare kaloryfery były niebezpiecznie gorące, musiałam bardzo na dziecko uważać. Z klepek na podłodze wychodzą drzazgi.

• Dmitrii (10/5): - Очень удобное месторасположение. Центр старого города. Рядом есть общественный транспорт, до железнодорожного вокзала пешком 10-15 минут. До района Казимеж 20 минут пешком. Очень шумно ночью. Всю ночь мимо проходят отдыхающие в многочисленных кафе и ресторанах туристы и жители города и в апартаментах все слышно.
• Luiz Fernando (10/5): Espetacular - La ubicación es increíble, desde la ventana teníamos vistas al mercadillo de Navidad. La calefacción es genial. La pequeña cocina completa para lo que necesites. Tal vez la alcachofa de la ducha podría tener más presión pero por poner algo que la verdad me gustó todo. Lo de la fianza la podrían quitar porque es algo simbólico a final, debe de ser por las llaves si no las entregas.

• Giulia (10/5): - Il punto di forza di questa struttura è sicuramente l’ubicazione! L’appartamento si trova esattamente in centro e questo ci ha aiutato tantissimo nel nostro soggiorno. In secondo luogo ho apprezzato molto anche l’arredamento molto grazioso e curato. Nel portone c’era un’odore molto sgradevole e sulle scale esterne su cui affacciava la mia camera la luce era bruciata e quindi quando tornavo in camera alla sera ero completamente al buio.

There's no information on numbers to call in case of emergencies/health & safety infos. There's no holder/caddy for soap/shampoos in the shower.

• Marie (9/5): High recommend. Excellent location & staff, large clean apartment - Fantastic location. Right beside the main square, opposite a handy small grocery shop and lovely restaurant. Staff so kind, approachable and helpful from hotel that the apartment is belong to (4 min walk to collect and return keys). Apartment security I thought was excellent, felt very safe with multiple doors to go through to get to apartment.( travelling as solo parent with child so this was very important to me). Lovely view. Kitchen well stocked, apartment clean. Thoughtful extras (hairdryer, iron, fan etc) The windows are I’m guessing single pane. As it’s just off the main square you can hear all the noise through the night and bins in morning etc. My son slept through it all, I’m a light sleeper and didn’t sleep first night but then got used to it and with all the walking and sightseeing in the heat you’ll sleep well.
• David (7/5): Ideal location - The location was ideal and the property was clean and tidy and for four days suited our needs. Was very handy with easy walking distance for all amenities. Disappointed that there was no Oven, No Toaster and the bed was on the small side.
• Kathleen (5/5): Not pleasant for our first experience with yourselves - I was very disappointed the only thing was it was nice and bright I was very disappointed the entrance smelt terrible and so dirty. Inside was clean but very uncomfortable to stay in as there was only two straight back chairs to sit on. The noise was terrible recycle lorry came early morning to empty the glass bottles from the restaurant underneath us. We also were allocated the wrong apartment. After unpacking everything we received a phone to ask us to pack up as fast as we could and move to the apartment above us , as the other guests were on their way and that was their apartment we were in. As you can see we did not have a good experience
• Mariya (9/5): Superb - That's the second time we stay at the Place. Here's everything you need to have a good stay. A very good place. The internet was slow, not enough for work.
• Ian (9/5): Great apartment in a very central location. - We had the apartment on 10 Sienna, and you can't really get more central, just 2 mins walk from the main square. Perfect size for 2 people and looks to be newly decorated, so very clean. Very good shower, and a small but functional kitchenette, but you are surrounded by restaurants. While it didn't bother me you will get some street noise at night due to its central location.
• Casey (8/5): Very good - Great central location. Spacious rooms. Everything was clean and tidy. Close to all the things you need and also to the sights of old town. Building was a little noisy early in the morning. People taking garbage and recycling down stairs making alot of noise. It is on a busy street so there can also be some noise at night.
• Colin (7/5): Good - I booked through Booking.com on the understanding that the self catering unit in the hotel annex was’room only’ with ‘no meal plan’ clearly stated. But…see next section…. …on checking out I discovered that I had been charged for breakfasts in the main hotel. None had been expected nor taken. I was informed that this represented standard hotel procedure I.e breakfast included . No refund was given. Watch out for this sharp practice!

The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and the hotel staff very helpful. Importantly, the room, and equipment was very clean and met our expectations. Thank you 😊 Everything was fantastic 👍 TIP: There is an extension cable for the power points in the kitchen drawer, which I found a little too late 😅

• Jessica (8/5): Great Value for money - The property was a good size, great size kitchen which was well equipped with all essentials for cooking (pots/pans/plates etc). The bathroom was fully stocked with lots of toilet roll and other essentials like shampoo and shower gel. The living space was bright and airy with lovely windows that open up to the views of the old town. Great location too, as it was a two minute walk away from most things and next to a carrefour grocery shop for any essentials needed. The bed situation was abit of a struggle, having to push the two single beds together as there was no attachment or headboard. The sheets weren’t very good coverage and the mattes did become exposed at some points which isn’t great for hygiene reasons.

The apartment was tired looking and had seen better days. it was difficult to get to as there were many steps and stairs. the advert didn't reflect the property.

• Katarzyna (6/5): Good location but noisy. - Our accommodation was situated on Maly Rynek providing Fabulous location to Old Town (100 yards). Fantastic access/distance to restaurants and other facilities. Accommodation was spacious and modern enough dor our party of 4. Noise from glass bin collection was unbearable and also night life noise was affecting our sleep.
• Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The apartment has clean, spacious and very close to the main square. During the Friday night there was a very loud privat party on Maly Rynek. But it is something we could have expected.
