A localização também é adequada para quem deseja a região central e perto das vias principais de Campo Grande. O valor da diária é justo. Não gostei da limpeza do quarto, pois faltou dedetização contra insetos e outros detalhes.

Cobra muito e entrega pouco. - da cama O banheiro não estava limpo (tinha cocô e cabelo no vaso), o chuveiro (que um dia deve ter sido bom), todo entupido, a pia semientupida, a assento do vaso quebrado. O café da manhã, ok, mas nada demais. Infiltrações em algumas paredes. Precisa de uma reforma boa.

- agudallago (6/5): Ok stay in Campo Grande - The hotel looks very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very diverse and good. The elevator in this hotel is a pain in the neck. We had to wait for 15 minutes to go from the swimming pool to our room, because the lift worked very weirdly (skipping floors and allowing very few people in one go). The swimming pool was not what I expected. Not only is quite small, but also has almost no sun during the day (mostly in the early morning). finally, our room conditions were not great. Firstly, the air conditioner lid came off when turning it on. Secondly and most important, the main lights in our room (4 bulbs) were broken, therefore our room was very dark during our whole stay. This should be checked every time a new guest comes.

- Felipe (9/5): Bom custo-benefício com excellente café da manhã, para quem está de passagem por Campo Grande. - O café da manhã é muito bom e variado. Gostei das refeições e os preços são bons. O custo-benefício do hotel é excelente. A saída de ar do banheiro estava com tufos de pó, indicando falta de limpeza por muito tempo. O tempo para que a água aquecida a gás chegue no chuveiro é muito elevado, pois a vazão é muito pequena. Levou 5 minutos para a água ter um aquecimento mínimo. A academia do hotel também é bem precária.
