Breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a lovely area of Lastarria, which made it great for exploring the city. The pool didn’t appear particularly clean and felt a bit awkward to use given its placement next to the dining area. The restaurant was okay but nothing special, and breakfast starting at 7:30am isn’t ideal if you have early excursions planned.

Could hear other guests going to the toilet from our room. Breakfast was poor. Some things seemed like it was leftovers from the breakfast the day before. Not many options.

Really lovely touches in the room, such as chocolate on the pillow and half a bottle of red wine. Would thoroughly recommend! Good location, and breakfast was nice (very classic South American breakfast buffet style).

El personal de recepcion es muy amable y la localizacion es buena Las paredes son de papel y tanto por la noche como por la mañana hay muchisimo ruido asi que no se puede dormir. La piscina de la azotea que parece espectacular en las fotos es una charca. La señora que esta en el desayuno es bastante borde y desagradable

The breakfast was delicious, and the service was exceptionally attentive. Our room was lovely, with windows and a very comfortable king bed. • MJC3468 (10/5): Luciano K hotel, Santiago- Wonderful! - If you want to experience the history, culture and best dining scene of Santiago Luciano K is the perfect place to stay. A small boutique hotel in walking distance to lots of places of interest. Wonderful friendly staff, great free breakfast and cool roof top bar and pool. Forget the big hotel chains in the new part of town, this is the place to be to enjoy Santiago and all it has to offer.

• pauljaemin99 (10/5): A gem of a hotel - Hotel Luciano K is a perfectly located, boutique and well-run hotel. There was 24 hour desk people who were all very lovely and extremely accommodating. The room was clean, cool, spacious and the bathroom was well-stocked with enough body soap. The breakfasts in the morning were a nice touch, and the food tasted excellent and fresh. Added bonus of a rooftop terrace with fully functioning bar and restaurant and a nice pool. I would definitely stay here again.

An early breakfast was arranged when we had a very early tour. The bed was comfortable, and free wifi was great The room was quiet, as requested but I didnt think it would come at the expense of having no windows or natural light. Happy with room overall, as long as the internal lights are turned off at night of which we had no control.

• EKGlobalgal (10/5): Convenient Hotel in Santiago - Comfortable hotel walking distance to major sites in Santiago. Our room was quiet, well appointed, clean, with a comfortable bed. Particularly liked the wooden floors and marble countertop. Our room was so quiet we slept through the night undisturbed. The breakfast could be stepped up by having plant based milk option and a wider fresh fruit selection.

O banheiro é ótimo, espaçoso e as amenidades de qualidade. Conta com um bar no rooftop bem interessante. Fica em uma região segura de Lastarria, e possibilita fazer muita coisa à pé, caminhando pelo Passeio Florestal que fica em frente. Em uma próxima viagem a Santiago, com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente. Funcionários muito solícitos.

• Jankathi (2/5): Cleanliness and Attitude Issues with Bedbug Discovery - We were booked to spend three nights at the Luciano K Hotel. After our first night we returned to our room in the late afternoon from our tour to find our room not yet cleaned. Figured we would just make the bed ourselves when my wife discovered a bedbug in the sheets. I took it down to the front desk who nonchalantly confirmed it was a bedbug. No shock or surprise or apology. They did offer to move us to an ajacent room which my research did not recommend as bedbugs easily can transfer between any adjacent rooms. Front desk just stared at me when I bought this information to their attention. They did admit they've had bedbug issues prior. I asked if they get pest inspections after bed bug findings which they did not answer. Well with that attitude, we contacted our travel agency who transferred us to a different hotel for the remaining two nights. We never got an apology from the front desk when we left. Bedbugs are not really the hotel's fault as hotel guests are the one's who bring them in. What is the hotel's fault is cleanliness and not having a laissez-faire attitude when bedbugs are discovered. If the room had been cleaned prior to our return, chances are they would have discovered the bedbug. It makes me wonder if our room and bed sheets were cleaned after the prior guest left??
• mjcotetita (10/5): Cozy room - The room is perfect for a couple. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's in a great location, too. The Lastarria neighborhood is full of cafés, restaurants, and shops, but it's still quiet at night. San Cristóbal Hill, Parque Forestal, and Santa Lucía Hill are within walking distance, so it's easy to stroll around. The 24/7 reception is also great. Every receptionist was attentive and friendly. The room was also clean. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed every day of my stay. I would recommend it! The creaky floor was a bit annoying, though. It was very loud when walking on it, and we could hear the floor above us creaking, too. Breakfast was okay, although, as is often the case in hotels, there wasn't much selection for vegans. Other than that, I have no complaints.

• Milen (3/5): Se gosta de conforto mais premium não vale a pena! - Os quartos são muito pequenos. Muito mesmo! Janelas internas, quarto escuro, não dá pra ver o dia lá fora. A localização fica em um bairro bem popular, lembra o centro do Rio de Janeiro! Banheiro é grande, bom mas as toalhas de pessima qualidade. Travesseiros bem ruins também. Café da manhã é bom! O atendimento também é muito bom!
