• Chilelli (2/5): - The location was perfect in relation to Termini Station As a seasoned hospitality professional, my motto is that I cannot fix/address issues if it's not communicated to me. Said that, in the 2.5 days that I stayed at the location there was never a manager or employee present to speak with. 1) I take full responsibility (caveat emptor) for not looking closely at what the location offered. I picked this location because I had family and friends that were also staying there. 2) On some sites (but I recently noticed a change) this location is/was listed as Artemis B&B...well that was half right B for bed was correct, but the B for breakfast was not, unless you are ok with a breakfast that consisted of instant coffee & tea with a bowl of potato chips as breakfast in the "lobby" 3) The room had no TV, no coffee maker, no small fridge. Again my bad for not looking more closely at the site before I booked. The website pictures are deceiving, so be advised. The cleanliness of the room was concerning, but again..No employee was present to express my concerns. In my opinion the nightly room rate for the services is NOT WORTH it.

• Paul (6/5): Bare Bones Clean Hotel In Rome - Location was great, rooms were clean and efficient. No coffee maker in room, no in room mini fridge or microwave, no TV. A place to sleep and nothing more.
• Jana (9/5): Klidné ubytování v centru Říma - Perfektní ubytování v centru Říma. Vše důležité je v docházkové vzdálenosti. Ubytování bylo příjemné a tiché. Jedná se o velký palác, je potřeba projít hlavním vchodem dovnitř a doptat se, kde se přesně ubytování nachází. Nás si přišel vyzvednout velmi milý pán přímo do vstupní haly. Ocenili jsme možnost uvařit si kávu nebo čaj a balené croissanty.

• Jackie (3/5): We love the city it is cleaner than most and can walk around in the evening - Location was brill. Room was clean and bedding and towels changed daily Economy room for 220 a day is 12 ft by 8. No real wardrobe so half clothes still in suitcase.

• Elle (8/5): Good location - Location. Quiet courtyard (very safe). Spacious room. Clean. You need cash to pay the city tax. 7 euros per person. Host was odd. He recommends you to book directly from the him eventhough the prices are much higher. Not a hotel but a hostel with a few rooms.

Вы просто туда не поместитесь . Положили два чемодана на пол и пройти в ванную можно переступая их. Ну про ремонт - вкус у всех разный , по мне - это перебор с золотым цветом

• Donna (10/5): - The place was clean and comfortable, in a secure building, and in a fantastic location. The neighborhood is very conveniently situated with anything you might need: shops, restaurants, metro, etc. Even a museum or two. Roberto, the host was very helpful and kind, as were the other staff. I would absolutely stay here again. I don't have any complaints.

We could not find it the first time, so had to leave, contact the owner and come back

• Charlene (8/5): - Super accueil de Roberto, on a bien rigolé ! Bonne explication du lieu, j'ai eu droit au choix de la chambre. Chambre très propre tous les jours. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais une belle attention à l'accueil avec thé, biscuits, bonbons, boissons et même charcuterie mis à disposition gratuitement. Aucune indication ni le nom de l'hôtel indiqué sur la façade. Il fait regarder l'interphone pour se dire que c'est 4bien là. Petit bémol, il faisait froid dans la chambre.

Quarto extremamente limpo com banheiro muito bom. O anfitrião foi super atencioso e nos ajudou com as demandas fora de contexto.

• Leanora Qevani (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE - Nothing Upon arrival at the listed address, I attempted multiple times to contact the host using the phone number provided. The number does not exist. I rang the building doorbell and received no response. As this was my first time travelling with a minor, the situation caused significant stress and concern. After further attempts, I called the number displayed on the building door bell The person who answered did not speak English. Using limited Italian, I explained my situation and asked for assistance. I was told to send a message, which I did, but I received no response. When I attempted to call again, the person answered and began cursing at me on the phone. At this point, I felt unsafe and concluded that remaining in this situation was not appropriate or responsible, particularly while accompanied by a minor. Due to the host being completely unreachable, incorrect contact information, lack of assistance, and abusive communication, I had no option but to leave. The accommodation was effectively inaccessible. I am requesting a full refund and a review of this listing, as the experience posed a safety concern and did not meet basic standards of communication or accessibility. Host had the audacity to deny that I called them or having a female staff.when I literally have a screenshot of the times of interactions over the phone. He cancelled my stay and still hasn't given me a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go book EDEN LUXURY hotel ,amazing host,been there on 2 separate occasions and you can contact them at anytime and they will respond effeciently
• pucci (7/5): - La posizione fantastica. Vicino alla stazione (1 fermata bus, 4 min senza traffico per arrivare) era qllo che mi serviva. Avevamo un volo all alba e dovevamo essere alla stazione per il collegamento con Leonardo all alba. Dato la mbiente intorno alla stazione termini abbiamo cercato un posto che fosse vicino se non vicinissimo, ma sicuro. Pulito, all osso perche la nostra camera era l economi. La persona che ci ha accommodate era pronta all orario giusto e non ci sono stati ritardi. Moltissime telecamera fuori e dentro la struttura. Seppure economy il riscaldamento me lo sarei aspettato in dicembre. Siamo morte di freddo. La pompa di calore che era presente era settata su 30 gradi, MAI VISTI NE SENTITI. Sul letto una coperta marrone tipo esercito, sottile come un'ostia e vecchiotta. Null'altro. 16 dic a roma, inverno. Abbiamo dormito vestite con i giacchetti come coperta. Scandaloso direi, e anche faticoso. Anche perche per quando economy, la stanza e stata pagata non poco. Bagno senza ventola funzionante e riscaldamento, freddo come una tomba. La persona che ci ha accolti, seppure efficiente, ha polemizzato sul dettaglio nella prenotazione di mia figlia 14 anni, definita bambina. " le sembra una bambina??!" Cosi mi ha attaccato. Inutile avere spiegato almeno 2 volte che l eta e la definizione dello status deriva direttamente dalle impostazioni di booking su cui io non ho controllo.se setto la sua eta, il mio lavoro e finito. Se booking la definisce e la categorizza come bambina di certo non e una mia responsabilita'. Chiaramente, prenoto e mi fermo una notte. Non voglio polemiche, non voglio complicazioni e non voglio morire di freddo. Esperienza da non ripetere.
• Alexandru (8/5): - Experiența a fost una plăcută. Amplasarea hotelului în zona centrală reprezintă un real avantaj, iar nivelul de curățenie a fost ireproșabil. Camera fiind situată chiar la intrarea în hotel, nivelul de zgomot a fost ridicat, ceea ce a afectat liniștea. De asemenea, lipsa unui TV în cameră a constituit un minus.

There is no sign in the front of the building to indicate the Artemis a small button on the outside wall is the only thing that indicates Artemis and it doesn’t even say hotel we pushed it several times got no answer. The whole event was struct because of this we will never go to Rome ever and we will suggest anyone that they never ever go to Rome
• Lauren (7/5): A great base for exploring the main sights. We were personally greeted by the owner and had good communication with him - The location of Artemis is perfect. A really central base for visiting the sights and within walking distance of the Colosseum The room was smaller than it looked on the pictures and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but otherwise the facilities were good and clean

• luciana (8/5): Próximo a estação, limpo, pessoa receptiva, considero boa a estadia - Da localização e limpeza O local informava que o check-in tardio era possível mediante aviso e pagamento de uma taxa extra. Mesmo tendo avisado que chegariamos tarde por conta do voo atrasado, a pessoa responsável informou que não seria possível nos receber. Quando chegamos no dia seguinte, percebemos que todo o processo de check-in era automatizado por senha, ou seja, não havia motivo para a recusa. O único momento em que houve contato foi para pagar a taxa de turismo, que poderia ter sido paga no outro dia sem problema. Perdemos uma diária por conta disso, mesmo tendo seguido todas as orientações.
