• Adams (1/5): The only thing I can say about staying here is don't do not stay here. - This facility was ran down it was disgusting roaches roach eggs holes in the walls the hangers had rust on it the beds were disgusting the sheets was dirty I literally had to go and request more sheets and then when they brought the comforters back they have cigarette hole Burns in it stuff was burnt and melted to it I had to go and request two times with different comforters the sheet the pillows I mean the wash clothes in the towels were so dingy and nasty that I had to end up going and getting my own wash clothes in towels just to clean myself it has been swept them up I use one of their wash clothes to mop the floor by the time I got done with it it look like I was washing it with concrete it was so nasty and filthy the TV had three channels and two room was Fuzzy the air conditioner filter was dirty it was holes all in the wall my front door will not stay closed unless I did Bowl it and put the chain on it other than that the wind would have blew it open it was so many straight people just hanging outside like the club just let out they said complimentary breakfast they didn't even have a freezer that worked they didn't have no no water what's up with ice cups it was nothing to eat they were giving away nothing not even a bowl of a 99 cent cereal pack of oatmeal pack of nothing and then does the phone in my room did not even work then they were trying to replace with another phone the cord the cord to the receiver kept popping out this is terrible place this look like something that that need to be in the hood and a ghetto with smokers and prostitutes like one of them hotels you buy an hour at a time ot was awful and zi hope booking.com stop doing business with this establishment I did my research on this hotel before I booked it and I understand it wasn't top notch but the quality of everything the way it looked was just ran down and Raggedy the outside was dirty the inside was inhabitable it needs to be burnt down not just remodel demolition build it back up the pictures was misleading they had on the internet the amenities was not non-existent nothing they said they offered did they offer this was a random Backwoods low budget hot mess

• steve (2/5): - Actually, there was nothing that I liked about this property. Bathroom seemed to be updated, but it was obviously cheaply done. Where caulk was needed, the caulking was excessive and had dark colors as to indicate mildew. The only positive about the room was the new mirror, and perhaps the beds, then again the beds were not extraordinary, but acceptable. It smelled like moisture when I first entered the room. The attendant at the reception counter did not crack s smile once when I arrived. This motel promised breakfast in the morning, I asked a out the time gor breakfast and he said 6am. The following morning I was attempting to enter the reception area at 6:20, but both doors were closed and locked, and when I found the phone hooked up outside, I lifted the receiver and the attendant (with a voice obviously sleepy and in bed, had no answers when I asked him.”What happened to the breakfast you promised?!” I now understand that Rodeway motels are not! a place I will go back to next time I travel!!

Stink bugs covered the curtains and window inside room and crawling on the ceiling. Owner tried to be accommodating and was very nice but rooms were just unacceptable due to extremely poor conditions. We left after trying 2 different rooms and got another hotel. Do not recommend 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

• Emilie (2/5): Very poor condition - We booked a non-smoking room a clearly got a smoking room or at least had been. The plugs in the wall around the bed did not work, neither bed lamps. One switch gave us a schock. The heater smelled terrible and the sink did not fit in the table. The hole was cut too large so we could look right through it.
• Amanda (6/5): Keep Driving... - The only thing great about this hotel is the price. The floors look new, however, everything else looks like it's from 1993. You can see multiple layers of paint on the walls. The bed was broken somehow. It was sloping down toward the floor on the right side. There were only two pillows on the bed. Normally for two travelers there are four pillows. There was just one bath towel in the room. There were other towels, but they were not full sized for an adult to shower with. I killed a roach making it's way across the desk top. And last but not least, the staff entered my room while I was not there. I know this because they called me to tell me my belongings were still there.... 3 hours before checkout time.I had run out to grab some breakfast and the staff chose to enter my room without my consent ot knowledge.

I could see my car from my room. Parking space was a few feet from my room. Comforter was stained. Mattress was ok but in need of replacement soon. Room had stale smell when I entered as the fan/ac was turned off. Sheets were low thread count.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned (used bar of soap in the tub and used toilet/dirty). When I walked around barefoot my feet got dirty, the door didn’t close properly, there were holes in the comforter they provided, bugs flying around the room. We decided it was best to leave and had to book another hotel due to these unfortunate circumstances. I have pictures of this situation.

I had better living conditions while living in a tent deployed. It was disgusting. If I hadn’t desperately needed the rest, I would have left immediately. I should have done that anyways since I barely got any sleep due to the repugnant conditions.

• Beatrix (9/5): We will be using Rhodeway again when we visit YTexas. - The location was ultra-convenient for us. It’s exactly halfway between our house in WV and Texas where our son lives. The price was extremely reasonable. I appreciated that there were no funky smells & the room & bed were clean. Our only negative comment would be that the coffee pot still had the previous occupant’s coffee filter in it. But I’m sure that was an oversight.
• Shasta (1/5): I would not stay here if I had any other option. I wouldn’t even bring luggage into a room. - The front desk ladies were pleasant. The first room I was given was dirty. The bed had been ‘slept’ in, the trash was overflowing, the toilet was nasty, and there was an unpleasant odor from the trash sitting in the room. I requested a second room, and the front desk lady gave me one. The second room, the mattress was blood stained and had bugs and such in the mattress. It stank of stale beer and mold. I went on this app to cancel and request a refund, but was told there would be a $77 fee to cancel, which was about what I paid for the room. So we immediately left and drove the final 5 hours to our destination rather than stay in this hotel, or waste the money for a second hotel in the same night.

How in the heil Booking.com put a smiley face by my comment is beyond me. Try this :o(( What I didn't like? Much easier to write down what I did like. Nothing. Everything from heavy mold in the bathroom and microwave, to cum, blood, and dirt on the bedsheets. Want proof? Got pics. Zero sound proofing between the door and outside. Threw the cummed up sheets on the floor and got a "fresh" set. Being honest here. Pic for proof. Who knows if she got it from the laundry bin. At least she offered a different room....But you know. I'm pretty sure they're all the same quality of room. Never again. Sticking with brand names. I'm fearful of waking up being carried away by what feels like something crawling on me. The place is PACKED....So something is going on. They don't gaf about my review, I'm sure.

Towel rack half torn off the wall, sink & tub were dirty! It was cheap so we weren't expecting anything marvelous but there's no excuse for dirty room. If we weren't exhausted from driving we wouldn't have even unloaded the luggage!! Beware of this property!!

The hotel needs renovation. Great location, took me less than a minute to get back onto I 40. There is an adult video store next to the hotel, but I did not encounter any issues. Shower was great, but cleneliness was the issue. AC worked fine. I would stay there again if I was very tired and just wanted to shower and crash.

Small refrigerator, microwave, large tv, and chair. Wifi was fine. Room was on the first floor and we could park right in front of the door. Staff was friendly. The town has less than 100 people so it needs our business. Lots of rooms available. Close to Jackson TN. Gas station across the street. The floor was warped just a little bit. Apparently there had been water damage in the past. Located near to an adult videos store, that might bother couples with children.
