• Asokkumar TA (9/5): - Had a pleasant stay at Silver Star Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, it is good value for money and I would recommend it for both family and business stays. Restaurant should be improved. And food quality should be improved

• S (1/5): Last 2 times I have faced lot of problems in room. - Nothing is like, worst receptionist behaviour last two times There is no safety lock inside room, room cleaning was worst, receptionist behaviour is very uncomfortable.

Due to some emergency I had to leave room for 2 days. But during checkin I had paid full amount, in spite of request they did not returned the money of one day. Breakfast was meagre and not Upto the mark. Overall not satisfactory. I don’t recommend this hotel.

• john (8/5): - The hotel has clean, spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is alright. One of best budget hotels in Gandhinagar, Bengaluru.
• Mak (6/5): Not impressed- gone downhill. - Good size room, hot water was there. This hotel used to be very good but since My Space took it over, it is gone downhill. 1. Insist on charging you in advance; previously in arrears. 2. Nobody at reception when we arrived & when leaving... had to wait about 7 minutes each time. No towels in the room but 5 minutes later they brought after asking. 3. The guy at the reception will not give me a desired room saying the hotel is full, however it was empty. I did not see a single guest despite being there most of the day. 4. The hotel staff continuously moving furniture about above my room for over an hour at 10pm!! It only stopped when i complained. 5. Overall NOT impressed.

• john (8/5): - The hotel is nice but getting old and that shows in the bathroom. The rooms are of generous size. The staff helpful. Complimentary breakfast was alright. What I did not like was the contraptions used for the handwash/ bodywash and shampoo dispensers which made the dispersion all the more difficult if the containers were not full. Another problem was the stink coming from the bathroom drains. I did inform the manager about it. This hotel is one of the best in its price range at Gandhinagar Bengaluru.

• Krishna (6/5): Hotel in centre city - The hotel is centrally located in Bangalore near Anand Rao circle. Bathroom was stinky and the stay not very comfortable and the breakfast buffet had hair in it. Overall not a pleasant experience.
• Joshua (4/5): Ask and you shall not receive - Arrived at 11pm after a long train and my room had no towels. I had to go to reception to ask for towels, and even then they were never brought. Next morning, after finally procuring a towel, I ordered lunch, and it never arrived either.

The rooms are spacious Had decent size of car parking. The location of the property with more restaurants and ample of choices of food can be enjoyed with a small walk and the property is very much accessible to reach all part of Bangalore city. I'm happy and wish to recommend to other travelers and this property is also safe for the families

Room service, size of room,quality of breakfast, location all were very nice & impressive.Our stay was very good, comfortable & I il definately stay again n again @ this property, whenever I il be in Bangalore & il suggest my friends also. Overall, it was par excellence experience. Nothing to find anything unlike. It il be silly.
• Des (7/5): Good - Efficient. Well mannered. Clean. Noise in early hours of morning from floor above. Either deep cleaning or renovating!
• Des (8/5): Other than noise during night very pleasant stay. - Staff friendly and helpful. Meals excellent. Room clean, tidy and and provided kettle and mugs with coffee, tea, etc. In the middle of the night (ie. 1am) there was someone moving furniture and making a loud noise on the floor above (I was on 3rd floor - this was on 4th floor). I am unsure if they were renovating or cleaning.

• Yadav (8/5): Our stay was good and comfortable, I wanted clean room and washroom which was there - We liked the rooms, cleanliness, cordial staff. Breakfast could be better, a toaster to toast the bread was not there, this is old property so a little worn out but we'll maintain for cleanliness

Good size room Bad smell in room Security guard friendly. Everyone else just OK. Basic breakfast. I'd rather them charge more and give better quality/choice Noisy neighbours upstairs scraping chairs and furniture
• Maha (5/5): It was a decent stay if wasn’t for the cot issue. - South Indian Breakfast was decent which was included in the price. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and food was very tasty We didn’t like when they expected one of us to sleep on floor with a just a mattress. This was disappointing to say the least. We did get the cot bed in the end after few attempts and arguments with the staff.

• Aleksandr (3/5): Poor - It's quiet place. The pillow and bed are very comfortable. Clean rooms. They changed my room without my permission. When I got to my room at two in the morning, two strangers were sleeping there. It took me a 30 minutes to find my clothes left in the room. The breakfast was not good. Saw a cockroach.

• Alberto (1/5): DO NOT COME - DO NOT COME. We check in and there's cockroaches in the room, bathroom smells disgusting, there's no toilet paper, towels were old and broken (also smelly). We checked out the next morning even though we had two more nights paid. We explained the reasons to the front desk, do you think they at least say sorry? No, they just said: Ok sir 👌🏻
